I feel like this is what undiagnosed ADHD looks like, no..not just the picture but I made this I'm about 30 to 35 mins. Mind you, I wanted to clean my dxrty asx room, but I need something to do while I was doing that and had to pee suuuuper bad. so I turned on a podcast.. organized the bathroom..cleaned said "dxrty asx room", what another podcast, completed the room cleaning ..talked to my son, roped him into letting me sticker his switch dock..got the hungries. Ignored that!😨😫😭 Had a conversation with my son till my counterpart got in from work. Finally! I finished this!!!!✨💗✨💗✨.

Lidl behauptet, dass das eigene PET-Einwegsystem einen deutlich kleineren CO₂-Fußabdruck hinterlassen würde als herkömmliche Mehrwegsysteme. So sei der CO₂-Fußabdruck einer 1,5-Liter-Kreislaufflasche von Lidl durchschnittlich etwa 20 Prozent geringer als der untersuchter PET-Mehrwegsysteme und sogar fast 50 Prozent geringer als bei Glas-Mehrwegflaschen.

Der Vorwurf der DUH ist: Das ist Greenwashing und klassische Lobbyarbeit.

Was wissen wir Wissenschaftlich?

Lidl selber hat über Ihre Einwegflasche eine Wirtschaftsstudie erstellen lassen und sagt, dass diese Studie nicht auf andere Flaschen übertragen werden darf/kann.

Die DUH behauptet dabei, dass Mehrwegflaschen im Schnitt besser für die Umwelt sind als Einwegflaschen.

Dabei ist der momentane wissenschaftliche Stand der, dass Einwegflaschen nur etwa zu einem Drittel aus Recyclingmaterial bestehen. In Frage der Studie steht, ob Lidl dabei bei der Ökobilanz der optimierte Lidl-Kreislauf nicht komplett geschlossen ist. Unstrittig dürfte wissenschaftlich sein, dass bei jedem recyclen einer Flasche ein kleiner Prozentsatz verloren geht.

Also auch Lidl mit Ihrer Einweg PET-Flaschen für die 100 % Herstellung andere Flaschen dazu braucht.

Die DUH geht dabei davon aus, dass wenn alle Getränke Hersteller dies machen würden, Flaschen für die 100 % Altgewinnung fehlen würden.

Also dann wieder teure, Neumaterialien dazu verwendet werden müssten.  

Der Politische Hintergrund:

Dort sieht das Ganze gar nicht rosig aus.

Die EU und das deutsche Verpackungsgesetz setzt allerdings schon lange auf die Mehrwegflasche. Dazu fordert Bundesministerin Steffi Lemke öffentlich die Quote in Supermärkten gesetzlich festzulegen. Für Lidl wäre das ein finanzieller Run. Dann würden mit der Mehrweg umstellen die Millionenbeträge der Investitionen zu Milliarden-Verluste werden.

Ist somit das Ganze politisch motiviert und Lidl kämpft gegen die gesetzlich geplante Mehrwegpflicht?

Lidl hat also ein großes Interesse daran, dass das Gesetz in dieser Form nicht kommt. Vor diesem Hintergrund muss man wohl auch die Kampagne sehen, dass das Ganze politisch motiviert und gesteuert ist.

Lidl hat die DUH wegen zwei grammatikalischen Feinheiten abgemahnt.

26. April 2023:

DUH Pressemitteilung mit dem Inhalt, dass in der Kampagne zugrundeliegende Studie Äpfel mit Birnen verglichen werden, da das spezifische Produkt Kreislaufflasche mit zehn Jahre alten Durchschnittswerten von Mehrwegflaschen verglichen wurde.

03. Mai 2023:

Lidl reagiert mit Pressemitteilung gegen die Vorwürfe der DUH. Der Vorwurf war Falschbehauptungen.

16. Mai 2023:

Der Verein DUH untermauerte alle Kriterien mit Fakten und forderte Lidl zur Abgabe einer Unterlassungserklärung auf.

Lidl reagierte an gleichen Tag mit einer kurzen Pressemitteilung.

Angeführt wird, dass die DUH die Meinungsführerschaft  der ökologischen Getränkeverpackungen zurückzugewinnen möchte.

17. Mai 2023:

Lidl gibt bekannt, ebenfalls juristisch gegen die DUH vorgehen. Lidl gibt vor, dass die DUH die PET-Einwegflaschen nicht auf andere Unternehmen übertragen kann.

22. Mai 2023:

DUH reicht die Klage vor dem Landgericht Berlin ein.
