I caught the bus to Prague, breathed through an asthma attack and now my stomach hates me

Does anyone else experience this? It feels like period cramps, but I'm nowhere near my period and it always happens when I have a bigger asthma attack triggered by running

I have four hours until my flight, I need to do some research

#Aaaah ten minutes later and its going away #All hail my strong body and my shitty time management #You'd think I'd start leaving my house earlier if running does this to me #And you'd be wrong lol #Now I just need a shower because I'm still swimming in my own sweat #sleepy says things #Man this is gonna be four hours of researching muscle dysbalance isn't it #Gotta love it you find out you have scoliosis at a ripe age of 29 after doing competitive sports for most of your life #You'd hope someone would have noticed before
