"Then" və "After" arasındakı fərqi bilərək daha rahat ünsiyyət qurun! "Then" İngilis dilində "then" müəyyən bir hadisədən dərhal sonra baş verən bir şeyi təsvir etmək üçün istifadə olunur, məs. “I finished work, then I went to the gym. İşi bitirdim, sonra idman zalına getdim”. "After" "After" isə hadisələr arasında zaman fasiləsini təsvir etmək üçün istifadə olunur, məs. "After lunch, I took a nap. Nahardan sonra yuxuya getdim." Bu xırda detalların sizi İngilis dili danışmaqdan məhrum etməsinə imkan verməyin! Qrammatikanızı mükəmməlləşdirmək və inamla ünsiyyət qurmaq üçün ingilis dili dərslərimə qoşulun. 🌍🌎 "Master the difference between "then" and "after" with ease! In English, "then" is used to describe something happening immediately after a specific event, e.g. "I finished work, then I went to the gym." On the other hand, "after" is used to describe a time lapse between events, e.g. "After lunch, I took a nap." Don't let these small details trip you up! Hey gals how was that past tence, he said in church scene that he never came bsck after that night because of what it would do to everyone i dont understand what he meant when he told demlelza he came to realise after that night she was the one, lucky demelza, aye,i suppose it must mean he didnt go to her because he was not sure who he wanted for deffo at that time ,
Hi nonny – @poldarkmmmuses here. Hope this helps a bit:
PRESENT TENSE: Just once in the TV adaptation I would like to hear Ross tell Elizabeth that he loves Demelza and that’s why he can’t be with Elizabeth.
PAST TENSE: Just once in the TV adaptation I would like to hear Ross tell Elizabeth that he loves Demelza and that’s why he couldn’t have been with Elizabeth.
As for the rest of it, earlier today, a friend of mine actually summed it up – at least for me – pretty well: Ross never had to ‘realize he loved Demelza’. He always KNEW he loved Demelza. 'It’s not a question of wanting you, it’s a question of not wanting her’. He might have been less in love with her at that point, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t LOVE her.
WHY this happened? Would require a lot of work to explain it. Might try to say a thing or two about it on the podcast.

Alliteration is a term to describe a literary device in which a series of words begin with the same consonant sound. A classic example is: "She sells seashells by the sea-shore." Another fan-favorite is: "Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers." Alliteration is meant to be more than a tongue twister, though. It's used to emphasize something important that a writer or speaker would like to express. Even if the sentiment doesn't resonate, hopefully the audience's ears will perk up just a little. So, let's get right to it, as this is a fun literary device, and explore some alliteration examples. #GRAMMAR #grammarnazi #grammartips #grammarpolice #Grammarly #grammarfail #grammarmatters #grammarteacher #GrammarNazis #grammarnerd #grammaroftheday #grammarph #grammarschool #grammarrange #grammarrules #grammariseasy #GrammarMemes #grammared #grammarcollective #GrammarSpot #grammarcheck #grammartip #gramMARCH #grammarwarden #grammargeek #grammarproblems #grammarpolicelivesdontmatter #grammargirl #grammargoals #grammargoodies https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icass4be1ZY

What Can I Say?
What Can I Say?
Welcome to my blog!
For the month of June, I planned to post 30 Days of Definition, well . . . if you’ve stopped by this past week, you know I haven’t managed to do that.
Still dealing with the malaise from medications, but trying to get on top of it.
Today and for this week I thought I’d talk about frequently misused words. We all do it, be honest.
