My mind is a minefield right now, so I’ve been hyperfixating on skincare as of late (as I usually do when life gets tough). As a result, I’ve been thinking about what some of current comfort characters’ skincare routines would be (or, more accurately, if they would even have a routine). Since it’s been a while since I’ve written anything substantial, I decided to write down some of the thoughts I’ve been having about their potential skincare routines. So… Enjoy! Hopefully this isn’t too niche; I know not everyone is as obsessed with skincare as I am.

Eddie Munson doesn’t have a skincare routine…

Or, at least, he didn’t have one back when he was younger.

From the ages of twelve to about forty, Eddie’s skincare routine was nonexistent. He hardly ever washed his face and, when he did, it was just with the same bar of Irish Spring that he used for his body. He also hardly ever used lotion, or, rather, he hardly ever used it for its intended purpose (if you catch my drift). Eddie did, however, frequently use sunscreen, but only during the summer months, only because he absolutely hated getting sunburns, and only the shitty kind that’s practically always on sale at the drugstore (I’m looking at you Banana Boat). Also, he only started using sunscreen in his twenties because, prior to that, the only thing that was really available was “sun tan lotion,” which hardly provided any protection at all. In fact, the best form of skincare he did at that time was occasionally putting vaseline on his lips during the winter months. Safe to say, he took horrible care of his skin during his youth.

Now that he’s older, though, he definitely has a skincare routine. Whether he was introduced to the wonders of skincare by his kid(s), you, the powers of the internet, or some combination of those three is up for debate. Point is, he’s now in the know about skincare and, as a result, has even developed a routine of his own. It’s a basic four-step routine, nothing too fancy - just a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, toner, and sunscreen - but Eddie doesn’t feel right leaving the house without having gone through every step of it.

He even has a nighttime skincare routine. Granted, it’s just his daytime routine sans SPF, but he still likes to think that it counts. His nighttime routine once also included an anti-aging/anti-wrinkle cream, but then, one day, you told him about how much you adore the wrinkles he already has (just some creases in his forehead, some crows feet, and some smile lines) and, now, he doesn’t mind the idea of getting new ones quite so much anymore.

Ralph Penbury has a very elaborate skincare routine, one that even rivals that of his sister. Firstly, he starts off his morning by simply washing his face, typically with a gentle cleansing cream. He then moves onto shaving using his favorite, hand-whipped sandalwood shaving foam and silver-plated, double-edged razor. Because he’s rich and also incredibly meticulous, Ralph also uses a straight razor specifically for shaving his neck. Once he’s finished shaving, he applies some sandalwood-scented aftershave balm to help keep his skin moisturized. He then follows this by strategically massaging his face for about ten minutes to help liven up his complexion, which is a trick he learned from his mother’s maid. Next, Ralph applies his favorite skin tonic, one which has witch hazel in it to keep any breakouts at bay. After that, he pats some Special Astringent into his skin to firm it up, which he then follows with the Elizabeth Arden Muscle Oil that he stole from his mother. Next, Ralph applies his favorite moisturizer, his favorite lip salve, and some sun protection; his preferred product is the Novena Sunproof Créme from Helena Rubenstein. Then he applies a thin sheen of powder to even out his skin tone and prevent any unwanted shine. He also applies some deodorizing talcum powder from Yardley to his body. Finally, Ralph finishes his morning routine by dabbing on a Penhaligon’s eau de toilette, likely one scented with bergamot or something woody.

Of course, that’s only for his morning routine.

For his afternoon routine (yes, he has an afternoon routine), re-cleanses his skin by applying his cleansing cream to a cotton pad, which he has dampened with his favorite tonic, and swiping it gently across his skin. He then reapplies his favorite moisturizer and some more Muscle Oil to his face before settling in for his daily afternoon nap. Exactly thirty minutes later he re-emerges from his bed to go pat some more of his tonic into his skin before reapplying his sun protection and his lip salve, and, then, re-powdering his face.

Importantly, he also uses a lavender-scented, coconut oil-based hand cream throughout the day, usually applying it after he washes his hands.

Lastly, his night routine is a bit more simplistic. Ralph begins his nighttime routine by taking a warm bath, during which he washes his body with his favorite bar of moisturizing, lavender-scented soap from Yardley. Then he moisturizes from head to toe with a lavender-scented moisturizer, something he also stole from his mother, before applying his After Shower Powder. Then, he begins to pay particular attention to his face once more by cleansing his skin with his cleansing cream, just as he did during his previous routines. He then follows this by patting some skin tonic and Special Astringent into his skin much like he did during his morning routine. Ralph then applies some more anti-wrinkle cream, lip salve, and moisturizer, putting a bit more than necessary so it’ll soak in overnight. To cap it all off, if his skin has been particularly dry lately, he then applies some of the Orange Skin Food from Elizabeth Arden to help keep his skin well-hydrated while he sleeps.

I love Ralph Penbury with my whole heart, but boy is he extra in just about everything he does. Honestly, that kind of makes me love him more.

Billy Knight’s skincare routine sort of fluctuates with his mental state. When he’s in a more depressive state, skincare becomes entirely irrelevant. However, when he’s in a more manic state, skincare can sometimes become a compulsion, though it typically just becomes irrelevant much like it is during his depressive states. When his moods are more stable, though, he does pretty well at keeping up with a decent routine. Some mornings he’ll use a basic cleanser and follow it up with one of those lotions that’s meant for your face and body, though he really only uses it on his face. Typically, though, he just uses the cleanser in the shower and applies the lotion once he gets out, mostly because he doesn’t like how water always gets everywhere when he washes his face in the sink. Billy also sometimes puts vaseline on his lips before bed, but usually only in the winter when they’re more prone to getting dry and cracked. All three products were acquired at random from the nearest pharmacy.

Tom Grant’s skincare routine is truly tragic. To start, he washes his face in the shower every morning with the same bar of soap he uses for the rest of his body. Coincidentally, that’s also where his skincare routine usually ends. The man almost never puts lotion on and, when he does, he only applies it to driest spots on his body and nowhere else. Tom’s not totally awful when it comes to skincare, though. He does, at least, wear sunscreen, but only during the summer when he knows he’ll be outside for a while, and he reapplies it very infrequently. He’ll also do a face mask with you if you offer him one. But that’s about the full extent of skincare for him.

Remember When People Actually Slept On Sleeping Porches For Their Health?

As autumn drifts toward winter’s chill, we snuggle further beneath our down-filled duvets, crank our electric blankets and gently nudge our thermostats upward. In doing so, we ignore the posthumous judgement of our ancestors, who have just one word to spit upon us:

Wimps.

A little more than a century ago, in the early nineteen teens, Cincinnati got caught up in the rage for fresh air. Reading the old newspapers, you’d conclude that coal furnaces and central heating constituted a veritable death sentence. Here’s the Cincinnati Post [2 July 1913]:

“Every home ought to have its sleeping porch. Where there’s room, a better plan would be for all the family to sleep in the yard. Eight hours of breathing fresh, pure air each day make a pretty effective antidote for most of the poisons we take into our systems during the work hours of the day.”

A glance at the classified advertisements in the years leading up to World War I suggest that no credible realtor would offer a house for sale without boasting about its sleeping porch – no matter how small it might be. And, yes, people actually slept on their sleeping porches in winter as well as summer, to the extent that merchants sold winterized nightshirts with “foot pockets” to keep your toes warm on chilly nights. If the foot pockets weren’t sufficiently cozy, the Enquirer [8 November 1913] offered an alternative – the foot muff:

“And then there’s the foot muff. It’s a fur arrangement usually, and you put both feet into it. It’s really just a big, warm slipper built for two feet.”

The impetus for this nocturnal polar bear regimen was tuberculosis, which ravaged Cincinnati at the time. Health authorities preached outdoor sleeping as a preventive measure, especially in the crowded tenements of the West End and Over-the-Rhine, where the “white plague” was especially rampant. But the major proponents of fresh air appear to have been well-to-do residents of some of the city’s tonier hilltop neighborhoods. Take John B. Osthoff, of 459 Purcell Avenue, for example. He was a salesman for a diamond merchant and owned a winter home in Florida and a hunting lodge in North Carolina. However, according to the Cincinnati Post [23 December 1909]:

“Mrs. Osthoff prefers the backyard tent of her Cincinnati home to all other places as a health resort. The tent is large enough to accommodate two beds, in which Mrs. Osthoff and her young daughter sleep, even on the coldest nights.”

No word on Mr. Osthoff’s sleeping arrangements.

Although the poorer classes resisted the argument that shivering the night away was a grand idea, Cincinnati’s upper crust became veritable fresh-air fiends. No lesser authority than Helena Rubenstein pushed this angle in a column published in the Cincinnati Post [5 May 1922]:

“Those who have ever slept outdoors for any length of time are unanimous in their testimony that even the best ventilated sleeping room is far inferior in healthfulness to an outdoor sleeping porch, or an open tent or a window tent. Time was, not so long ago, when outdoor sleeping was prescribed only for such diseases as tuberculosis and pneumonia. Of late, the value of outdoor sleeping for well persons of all classes and ages has come to be recognized.”

Apparently, Cincinnati’s Sinton Hotel didn’t get the memo. When actress Margaret Wycherly showed up in town for a run at the Grand Opera House in January 1914, she asked the Sinton to provide her with a tent on the roof of the hotel at Fourth and Vine streets. Assistant manager Jack Brannin suggested that Miss Wycherly take a good look at the weather forecast and reconsider. Wrong answer, according to the Enquirer [5 January 1914]:

“After a short consultation with Manager [William J.] Fleming, Mr. Brannin returned with the information that Miss Wycherly could use the tent if she so desired. It will be the first time in the history of the hotel that one of the guests was permitted to sleep on the roof. Miss Wycherly, who is the wife of Bayard Veiller, the playwright, spends practically her entire time, except when in the theater, out of doors."

By December 1924, the Cincinnati Post reported that local stores prominently displayed outdoor sleeping accouterments in their windows and messages promoting outdoor sleeping were distributed via motion pictures and stereopticon slides. This gladdened the heart of Dr. Ray G. De Voist of the Anti-Tuberculosis League:

“Fresh air invigorates during sleep and night air is specially healthful. In spite of the theories of our grandparents it is even more purifying than day air as it is less laden with dust and humidity. Cold air, moreover, according to recent experiments, has been found to be even more health-giving than warm air.”

United States Surgeon General Hugh S. Cumming emphatically concurred, in an op-ed published 24 August 1925 in the Cincinnati Post:

“Every night properly spent in the out-of-doors is a health asset. Many a man who never has slept in the open, who never has experienced the feeling of well-being that results from outdoor sleeping in the fresh air, wakes from his first experience in amazement. The effects of such nights spent in the open, sleeping under the stars and in the fresh air, are truly wonderful.”

One cannot help but wonder where Dr. De Voist and Dr. Cumming really spent their hours of slumber.

You can still find references to sleeping porches among today’s real estate advertisements, although the reality of such amenities is probably analogous to that of butler’s pantries in an age when very few actually buttle. Does anybody really sleep on the sleeping porch these days?

Ted Gunderson died asserting the F.B.I was poisoning him and much of that material has been fully scrubbed from the internet. Despite his death he worked with many sources who live on or have remaining works still available and other authors and Conspiracy Theorists have similar or related or consistent views of world events.

Ted Gunderson warned of international NWO,2,000 highly placed great social leaders. They use monetary and sex bribery in social control adhesion of movement because once entrapped patsys are slaves at risk of being exposed by the Illuminati and thus are blackmail slaves of Illuminati.

As an anti-mafi figure during the Kennedy Administration FBI Gunderson had professional experiences to form his own perspectives but he was not the first conspiracy theorist nor the last and he also drew on information from William Guy Carr. In 1931 Carr started giving conferences in different Canadian clubs on the topic of "International conspiracy," which was subdivided in two main subjects: "International communism" and "International capitalism," stating that both were being controlled by the Illuminati and what he called the "international bankers." The last, according to Carr, are represented mainly by the Rothschild and the Rockefeller families. - Wikipedia

International communism followed the architecture of Hoffa's labor unions, soft on businesses and violent towards more leftist Union elements than the direction of the Teamsters themselves. In affect Rockefeller Communist backed leaders were centrist right communist influences who drew at least some supporters from communist left populations.

Many are life long drug addicts, recruited prison population like Jack Rubenstein, and hit-men from NON agencies or militia groups or NARCO gangs inter-opping with the FBI and Central Intelligence Agency in the US and elsewhere.

He says this grew out of in part FBI CIA role in the Military Industrial complex but it is more that. It is just this world people like Charles Harrelson are drawn from in mafia drug, sex, weapons, and political espionage operations in worldwide CIA life paid for by big business who want available "resources" from the underworld.

At times in the book I will refer to Gunderson P., Gunderson P is Gunderson Posse of not necessarily like minded people but people in various paths he himself was on in Conspiracy Theories.

After retiring from the FBI, Gunderson set up a private investigation firm, Ted L. Gunderson and Associates, in Santa Monica. In 1980, he became a defense investigator for Green Beret doctor Jeffrey R. MacDonald, who had been convicted of the 1970 murders of his pregnant wife and two daughters. Gunderson obtained affidavits from Helena Stoeckley confessing to her involvement in the murders which she claimed had in actuality been perpetrated by a Satanic cult of which she was a member that operated smuggling drugs in caskets of soldiers being flown into and out of Vietnam among other activities.

The information found on the web about him now has far different tonality that direct statement and allegations from him and the language of things ethnology, eugenics, genome editing, and human trafficking has been increasing in formality and availability as "biopunk" black markets in genetics, fertilizations, and third party parenting have become available.

His core allegation is nearly inseparable from Col Prouty's of a world elite and Jen Moore and I will introduce the factual basis for an NWO of global misconduct the Joseph Kennedy Sr descendants and Malcomn X and Martin Luther King began to oppose, puppet rule of countries run by industrialists at times holding offices in the overthrown countries.

IT could be Prouty author of Secret Team, or the authors of Superclasss or Power Elite.

It could be James DiEugenio and Lisa Peace or Mark Shaw, or Ralph Thomas.

It could be Edward Paul Donegan, Jen Moore, and Tara Moore I am putting in a Conspiracy Theory pot together about Covert Harassment and by who and why.

Superclass: The Global Power Elite and the World They Are Making is a book about global governance by American author David Rothkopf, released in March 2008 by publisher Farrar, Straus and Giroux. Most of us want dramatic fiction until age or real life make it too real for us.

I Edward Paul Donegan live a difficult life in homeless camps, etc., after losing my jobs, homes, even freedom to smear campaigns conducted behind my back in most cases.

Today I find fictional struggles less problematic than say 20 years ago when violence in horror and movies that I never like too much seemed even less appealing.

But there is a value to drama -telling the story of the glory about the gory, the fight for justice in danger and rising through that either in the battle in self to face it and overcome fear and after that perhaps to persevere or make headway against an enemy the next fighter will fight from in the battle for justice.

On the cover of this book are just such people. Jim Donegan my father and I think of Star Trek and exploring and link to a Star Trek song at one point. Jen Moore and and a song from Moulin Rouge, and Ted Gunderson any number of possible songs.

Each of them in the most dangerous trench warfare of fighting powerful shot-callers trying to silence truth tellers met the fight head on. Each left key ground I can now walk in to bring this book to the next if it is five yard mark towards the goal, towards answering the House Select Committee on Assassinations Questions, the questions of the Don Henry and Kevin Ives families, and the needs of justice in how the Presidency of the United States is gained, what now may be the ability to control the Tantalus Field, the way to make enemies, enemies like JFK, disappear so Big Business can carry on.

It may simply be that the Ying and the Yang, the Protagonist and the Antagonist can not fully be understood by us without its counterpart.

The love I have for these people is bittersweet full of sorrow of their losses and mine, and what they did for me and others and the USA.

As I write this book from this saga I hope the USA will find truth in the tale and Truth Tellers, the sacrifice they have made, will see justice at least in the memory of them.

Part of my day is low impact cardio listening to a variety of music often movie scores like Bond themes or Star Trek music. It can be inspiring running on treadmill moving forward at that 3, 4 or 5 mp/h and here this great music, and for me I think of them, still unsung, but perhaps someday we will realize because of the people on the cover of this book what an outrage it was George H.W. Bush was buried by the US Military with military honors.

Chapter 1

Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth.

Ted Gunderson may have been the last and may have been the only law enforcement officer who ever worked for the FBI, an organization that formerly rejects the role of being a law enforcement agency and it is correct to so so.

It was created to be under its statues it operates under as an espionage agency, something the James Comey has often reminded the American public of but is little understood by most.

During the course of his own life Ted Gunderson will accuse the FBI of being a terrorist threat to him and many others using poisonings (of him and others) and other tactics of violence.

The F.B.I an C.I.A (meaning sanctioned private enterprises operating under authorized use of the CIA name and agency support) did kill JFK when its long-term Boston Brahmin vision for the world was threatened by JFK's Republic of Ireland's nationalism and Robert F. Kennedy's anti mafia roots, those two threads of history interconnected for the Bostonians.

Ed Donegan (myself) will show as Jen Moore did the elites of US espionage power have a long running plan and covering their role and their families and businesses role in the assassinations is the current plausibly denied activity of the Deep State and its contractors.

The people most in danger in the USA are those too close to the truth of who killed JFK and RFK and why, and this included the elderly Ted Gunderon and hundreds of others.

Official confirms what thousands of victims have long known: an evil U.S. shadow government is conducting a covert, taxpayer-funded genocidal purge of American society — while Congress and an apparently entrained Obama administration sleep. Meet Jacqueline Cochran!

In 1942, Cochran, at the request of Army General Henry "Hap" Arnold, organized the Women's Flying Training Detachment (WFTD) to train civilian women pilots in anticipation of a similar domestic shortage of American military pilots during World War II. Based first at Houston and then Avenger Field in Sweetwater, Texas, the WFTD received primary flight training in military aircraft from military instructors. The WFTD soon merged with Nancy Love's Women's Auxiliary Ferry Squadron (WAFS, a group of experienced pilots) to form the civilian Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) with Cochran as director. From 1943 to 1944, 1,074 women flew over 60 million miles ferrying aircraft and personnel, towing targets, and other transport duties. The WASP flew every military aircraft including Boeing B-17 and B-29 bombers. The WASP were disbanded in 1944, and Cochran was at the center of complications that prevented the group from being absorbed into the USAAF's Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (WAAC). The WASP finally received retroactive military status in 1977.

Following the war, Cochran earned more speed records including multiple ones in her Lockheed Lodestar. In 1953, she borrowed a Canadair F-86 Sabre jet (because military aircraft were not available to civilian and especially female pilots) to break the sound barrier; she was coached by Major Charles "Chuck" Yeager, the first man to break the sound barrier.

For several years Cochran traded records with French pilot Jacqueline Auriol, a matter of pride for both nations.
