FNAF in DBD concepts:
So we all probably heard that FNAF is officially Dead by Daylight's Anniversary chapter for next year, and it's all but confirmed that the killer will be Springtrap, but here are some other predictions and concepts I have. These likely aren't happening it would just be fun.
Springtrap - Vanny Visceral Skin
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pretty self-explanatory. If Springtrap is the chapter's killer (which it most likely is) then Vanny would be a great visceral skin for him. I would say Legendary, but I feel like Vanny would have completely different animations to Springtrap due to not being a robot.
The Dredge - Mangle Legendary Skin
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think this would go hard, as it would be a mess of wires with her main head being obviously the Toy Foxy head, whilst the rest of him would be a mangle of animatronic parts. I think something cool would be if instead of goopy noises, she made radio static noises and metallic sounds. He'd have to have more added wires and limbs to make up for Dredge's size but it doesn't have to be a 1-for-1 recreation anyway.
The Unknown - Michael/Ennard Legendary Skin
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This would go hard I think. It would be pretty similar to the Unknown's default design, just purple and more zombie-looking I guess. I think the Unknown works for this idea since it really gives the appearance of a non-human entity wearing human skin to appear humanoid, and that's more of less what Ennard was doing with Michael's rotting corpse. Maybe facially it could look somewhat similar to Josh Hutcherson but that's a bit of a stretch.
Dwight - Nightguard Inspired Costume
Usually, with big video game licenses like this, one of DBD's original survivors gets a skin, typically either Dwight or Feng. While I could see Feng decked out in a Chica cosplay or something of that sort, that seems a bit too out there I guess. I think it would make more sense to see Dwight in a FNAF-inspired outfit, either based on the movie or the graphic novel's security guard design. Hell, maybe he'll just get a purple shirt or a shirt with a Fazbear design on it, idk.
The Map
So I know a lot of people want the map to just be based on one location. However, I personally have a different idea in mind. Similar to the Saw map, they could merge different locations together. If it's a one-for-one recreation of, let's say, Fazbear's Frights, we'd get another situation like RPD, where it's accurate to the original game but also not great for DBD's gameplay. Instead, I think it would be interesting to have rooms and locations based on all of the games. Maybe the office is the iconic FNAF 1 office, and then there's Pirate's Cove, but also the Puppet's music box is here, and there are some broken animatronics lying around that are from various different games. It would also make sense lore-wise since, in DBD, the maps are taken from the character's memories, so it would be like an amalgamation of Springtrap's memories, for example. It would be more interesting than trying to choose one of the iconic FNAF locations, and turning it into a DBD map.
Map Easter Eggs
Adding to my last point, whatever map they decide to go for should be similar to Midwich, RPD and Nostromo, in my opinion. Not structure-wise, but rather with the easter eggs. Midwich has girls crying in bathrooms, shaking bodies, bodies falling out of lockers, and RPD has zombies outside the windows and the save menu music playing in the safe room. Nostromo has the face-hugger in the window, Jonesy in the lockers, and the MU-TH-UR room, and if they added this level of love to the FNAF map, that would be amazing. Some ideas would be hearing the music box music near the Puppet's box (and maybe even the Puppet leaping up from the box), JJ under the office table sometimes, the audio of Chica in the kitchen playing behind the Kitchen door, the Cupcake wandering around and Shadow Freddy/Bonnie randomly appearing in the hallway but then disappearing when you turn around. Stuff like that.

╔════════════ஓ๑Vittorio Main Verse๑ஓ═════════════╗
For my main verse for Vittorio, I follow cannon pretty closely when it comes to his past and how he got sucked into the fog but it diverges a little from there. At first he is free to explore the realms and search for the Observers. During this time he grows his powers and studies the runes on his body and in books he finds scattered through out the realms. He gets to the point where he can pretty much hop between realms as he chooses and not randomly get thrown around. One day though while experimenting with runes to find a new realm he got to ambitious. He used to many runes he was not familiar with and got pulled into his first ever trial. These trials looked very different than "modern" trials as we see in the main dbd verse with the generators and door. He goes through that torture for about 50-100 years until he finally learns how to break through the entities rules and use his magic. He escapes the never ending trials and goes back to exploring trying his best to forget the hell he was trapped in. Now 200+ years later Vittorio is probably one of the most powerful people in the fog that wasn't "blessed" by the entity. He can now create and pull items from the fog it self and transport freely between realms with little energy. He has learned how to use advanced magical artifacts and has a very vague understanding of modern history/language thanks to both magic and just picking it up from books and other people in the fog. For some unknown reason one day Vittorio is being pulled away from his tower and the all to familiar feeling of being yanked into a trial washes over him. Even if it's been two centuries since his last trial he could never forget that feeling of being pulled into one. This is how he meets the new survivors and killers of the realms. He learns very quickly how the generators work and despite not being in trials for so long he's a very skilled looper/ general distraction. He's actually fairly secretive about all the things he's learned in the fog and his powers as he doesn't know who he can trust with this information or not among the new survivors. He does teach those who can use his type of magic how to work the potential energy spell (though most survivors can not "hold" as much energy as he can and loses that energy quickly if they're not careful enough). He loves sharing knowledge with others and will gladly talk about things he deem "safe" for the survivors he's talking to but will avoid questions or simply just refuse to talk about certain magic. (One way to get him to not share any more knowledge or magic with you is to push about magic being used to hurt others no matter if they're a killer or not.) ═════════════ஓ๑Toscano Verse๑ஓ═════════════ tags for this Vittorio are verse: the other side This Vittorio (Who goes by Toscano) IS violent and uses magic in ways normal Vittorio would never. The tattoos on him are much larger and will move across his body like a living creature. He has inserted the magic ink he's found in towers into his eyes causing them to be glowy like his tattoos. He is very charming and kind but will flip if he views you as an "evil" he must get rid of or if you become a obstacle for his goal of the perfect world. He will claim he doesn't kill/harm others but this is all a lie and front he puts up to gain supporters for his cause. He very much will harm others and on rare occasions "kill" people. Since permanent death is so hard to achieve in the realms his killing is simply either turning the person into an empty husk with no personality or thoughts of their own anymore. Though for people who have a much stronger resolve well he also has access to the void in a way very few people have. Any major threats if they can't be converted to his view point on life through torture/mind breaking well he simply dumps them into the void. He has convinced himself he's an observer or at least someone destined to become more powerful than them .

Ok hear me out, the Entity in DBD is the same species as Pennywise.
Strange theory I know, but there is some things that seemed way to similar for me to ignore as I watch the movies and play the game
First, the Entity that we do get to see takes on the form of an orangey light with giant spider legs that jut out from it.
One of the main quotes from in the tv series and book Pennywise is how the loser's minds can't understand his true form and that the giant spider creature is the closest thing that they can understand. The newest movie bring more light, pun fully intended, to Pennywise's true form in the deadlights. The players never look up to see the light of the Entity until their souls are being devoured or through the eyes of the killers (which I will talk about later). It does not cause them to go mad as it does in the movies and book, but it does represent that danger and death is near.
The killers/ lack of a killer represent the players greatest fears.
I'm only going to talk about a few of the players since talking about all of them would take way too long for me to list them out with the amount of detail I want to. The first one I will talk about will be a famous one. But I believe this to be true as the ”deadlights” of the Entity shine through the eyes of the killer, creating the terror radius that announces its presence.
Laurie Strode and Michael Myers
It's no doubt that Laurie would be terrified to find herself in a darkened version of her home town, completely deserted except for three strangers that she has never met in her life, and feeling compelled to fix the generators that are scattered around the area. She would be on edge the entire time until she feels a familiar chill goes down her spine and she turns to see the shape watching her from the distance and she bolts for a nearby house, and is shocked to see nothing to defend herself. Then her world flashes red as she feels a knife stab into her and she runs again. She shocked to see she is crippled by the first hit of his knife, this didn't happen before, and the second hit knocked her to the ground completely. She looks up at the shape and expects him to dispatch of her like his sister, but he lifts her up and begins walking her, taking her somewhere unknown and very unlike him. She screams as she is dropped onto one of the strange hooks that she noticed earlier and glares at the strangely acting Shape, but he just watches her try to escape. She sees the spider-like legs materialize around her, startling her as this supernatural entity raises a single leg and darts towards her chest much faster than the knife of her former assailant. The terror she feels grows to much until her grip slips and the legs begin to stab into her, the last thing she sees as her mind fades is the Shape turning away to slash at the stranger that was hidden behind a shrub, watching her as she died. The entity would take great pleasure in milking the fear from Laurie as she constantly battles her old nemesis day after day.
Bill Overbeck and having no killer.
We know from the left four dead games that Bill sacrificed himself so that his team members may survive the apocalypse after he knew he wouldn’t be of any use to them anymore. Imagine being Bill in his ”final moments” happily watching as the bridge lowers and the team he had grown to care for drive safely across while the undead followed pathetically. He slowly slides down a wall, his breath becoming more labored as his wounds finally caught up to him, it did surprise him that the bitters that were surrounding him began to move away, growling and hissing in what Bill could almost call fear. He couldn't dwell on it long as his vision blurred and he fell willingly into the cold embrace of death..
If only it was death who had caught him.
His eyes opened to find himself not in heaven or hell, but rather a filthy shed with a inactive generator at his back. To say he was shocked was a understatement and he was conserned to see that his wounds were healed and his weapons were gone. His head jerked up when heard the pained scream of a young woman and he could somehow see a red outline of a person being hung on a large hook. He wasted no time in jumping on to his feat and making his way towards them, if he managed to save his team before , he could surely do it once again. The entity would take great pleasure in forcing Bill to watch his new team get killed and sacrificed over and over, feeding on his anguish and fear at not being able to save any of them.
Like Pennywise has control over Derry, the Entity has control over its dark world.
Like how in the end of the massive novel and the latest movie for IT, once the monster has been killed, there is some major damage to the environment around it as it’s hold on the area is released. The Entity has a multitude of different worlds at its disposal to throw its survivors and killers in, no world the same as the last as it can be bribed into changing things if the right item is sacrificed, depending on who is providing the sacrifice. The world still depends purely in how the entity would like to be entertained for each match.
The Entity seems to be more mature and cunning than pennywise, making its prey last much longer than the Dancing Clown.
“I will feast on your flesh as I feed on your fear!” It is a famous quote from the newest it movies, but as we see from the body parts and floating bodies in pennywise’s lair, he does devour the body with the fear. How does this translate into the Entity being more mature and cunning than pennywise you might ask? As we watch our survivor get sacrificed their body turns dark and slightly see-through as they are transferred into the ring of legs, what if this was the physical form of their terror and pain being devoured as their true body is transferred back to the campfire. The Entity doesn’t need to constantly get new victims as it devours what it needs and sends the body back to restore itself to be devoured once again. It lets the survivors have some downtime and also lets them win some trials, letting them build up hope before tearing it down so their sorrow tastes even sweeter.
That's just the major one's I noticed and I'm sure there's more. I would love to see what others could come up with since I love seeing fellow horror fans debate on stuff like this. This has been my TED talk and thanks for listening.
