im seeing a lot of spidey!kazuha and barista!kazuha contrasts so i would like to add something, if i may?

imagine, you’re patching him up, and the usual red on your face is caused by none other than spiderman. the smooth words, the petnames, the gaze he rests on you, you couldn’t deny having a bit of a crush. but….you think about the kind barista you see every morning. how he turns his reddened face away when you compliment him, the small compliments he gives back, his laughter. kazuha. you were so….conflicted. what would happen if the other finds out? both spiderman and kazuha you cared for.

“lovebug?”

you avoid his observant gaze and mumble, ”stop calling me that..”

“i just want to know why my butterfly is so down on a fine evening like this.” his head tilts and he pouts, much to your annoyance.

as much as you wanted to tell him, you stay silent. what could you say?

“it’s nothing. here, i’m almost done patching you up.”

you can feel the presence of a frown, and soon enough kazuha takes your hand and presses it to his masked lips. “lovely, i owe you my life, at this point. the very least i can do is listen to your worries and problems.”

your faces again reddens, and you turn away, hand still trapped in kazuha’s. a sigh leaves you before you mumble once again, “you do stuff like this…and then i’m the one who’s so conflicted between the two of you.”

“two of you? further details, please?”

you sigh, and you slowly look back at spiderman. you guess you’ll have to say something to figure this out. “i….there’s a barista in a coffee shop i like. his name is kazuha. kedehara kazuha.”

spiderman’s suddenly becomes stiff, and you cringe at the change, forcing yourself to keep talking.

“he’s amazing…he’s kind, he’s fun to be around, and i truly want to ask him out sometime…but i love staying with you as well, and i’m so nervous because i don’t want to hurt either of you guys, and i don’t want either of you to leave and become distant.”

you look down. you expect spiderman to be upset, or even worse leave. but what you hear instead is a soft huff, and both of your hands are taken by kazuha’s now. he sighs deeply, and his tone is soft (content, if you think about it hard enough).

“lovely, i don’t want this whole situation of me being here to interrupt your daily life. being with me would bring you danger, and i’d rather have you never met me than for you to become severely hurt because of me.”

he inhales sharply. the thought of you hurt makes him uneasy. he continues, “this..kazuha seems very sweet. i think you should definitely ask him out. i don’t think he would lose a treasure like you.”

his words run around your head. would he…

“would you leave if i asked him?”

kazuha immediately shakes his head. “i would never leave…” his tone changes from a soft to his normal, mischievous self. “…but i would have to cut down on the affection.”

you scoff. “thank goodness. i’m getting pretty tired of the embarrassing nicknames you come up with.”

kazuha laughs, and walks from the counter to your balcony door.

you ask him one more time. “will you come back?”

kazuha looks back. “when will i not?”

he opens the door, and once again zooms through the city. he smiles at your confession, and sighs. looks like he’ll have to tone down the flirting if he wanted to give kazuha a chance instead.

When he arrives sees the food on the ground, and something in the ground, a bracelet or a necklace on the ground, a gift Childe gave to you before he became popular. He arrives to your home to explain himself, but your father or mother opens the door with this enraged face and he can hear you crying from the inside of the house as someone else comforts you.
