Orcas are very affectionate creatures and display the similar personalities and levels of affection as humans or chimpanzees! (This was found through a research published the Journal of Comparative Psychology.) Some speculate the personality traits of playful, stubbornness, sensitivity, and protectiveness may come from the fact that orca pods are very close, and these are needed to form complex social interactions. Orca pods have also been known to cuddle in what is formally known as a cuddle puddle! It is also speculated that orcas can feel complex emotions that isn’t observed in most animals such as grief for their lost ones.

Overall orcas are very sociable affectionate creatures when it comes to their pod. This could be because the pod is their family, as younger orcas stay with their mothers for life even after having children of their own. Even elder female orcas, or grandma orcas, stay with their pod to train and watch over young ones. Orcas are also one of the animals to live decades past menopause, (the other animals being humans and short-finned pilot whales) this is an evolutionary benefit that comes so orcas can make sure their next of kin stay alive and have all the hunting skills they need to keep their own pod alive one day.

Orcas have a sweet and beautiful love for their pod, doing anything and everything to keep them alive! While I don’t usually insert my own opinions I think it’s adorable, and I think we should use the term cuddle puddle more often! :3

vox is very good with his words, well, he is the voice demon after all

vox is such a romantic and i just imagine him being all soft when he’s with you. he’d do anything for you, literally

i feel like vox would absently trace shapes on your thigh when you’re sitting next to him while he’s working on stuff for stream or on projects. if you wanna move somewhere else or just go to the bathroom he’d be like, “where’re you going my love?”

after a night of passion (hehe) he’d definitely hold you close, stroke your hair and say, “you did so well for me today gorgeous. i love you, my sweet thing…” 

mysta

                          “babe”, “baby”, “cutie”, “mommy” (if he’s feeling cheeky)

mysta is so goofy and playful when interacting with others but around you, he quite literally becomes a puddle or even a cat (well he is a fox so…)

if mysta’s feeling frisky he’d call you “mommy” just to see how you’d react. when you reply, calling him a bo’om he’d laugh and tell you to shut up (he secretly likes calling you mommy)

when you’re in the kitchen cooking up dinner for the both of you, he’d pop in after he’s done with streaming and say, “hey cutie, what’s for dinner?” while learning against the counter, looking at you with his adorable smile

luca

i just have this feeling that luca wouldn’t use as many terms of endearment compared to the others

he likes calling you “babe” most of the time, though the thought of him calling you “honey” the minute he wakes up??? like imagine morning voice luca saying, “good morning honey” and giving that sleepy smile…im gone. hana has ascended (//▽//)

ike

             “babe”, “sweetheart”, “sweetie”, “ älskling” (darling in swedish), “my love”

i imagine that ike would be the type to just stop what he’s doing and admire you. when you catch him, he smiles and says, “i’m just admiring you sweetheart...and thinking about how lucky i am”

now i’m thinking about morning voice ike, he’d pull you close and say, “good morning my love, did you sleep well?” while stroking your cheek and again, admiring you

ike tends to stay up later than you so after you’ve dozed off, he slips into bed quietly, kisses your forehead and whispers, “sleep well älskling, i love you”. 

GAAAAHHH IKE EVELAND, he has me in a chokehold (//ω//)

like luca, i feel like shu would mostly call you “babe”

i’d imagine him calling you “baby” with the pien face and it makes you wanna squish his cheeks, he’s so cute i can’t

but also, imagine after both of you get married, you’d come back from work, he’d greet you at the door to give you a peck on the lips and a hug saying, “okaerinasai anata (welcome home darling)”. hana is now deadge (＾་།＾)

all these are pretty much canon because he uses them with vox #voxto

but i think, like shu and luca he’d use “babe” the most

shoto is such a massive cuddler

he acts all tough on stream but when he’s with you he gets all soft and mushy, asking for cuddles and kisses from you all the time

you’d be playing a game on your pc, he’d come in and start whining saying, “darling…can we go to bed and cuddle now? please?”

in the morning you’d wake up and hear shoto cooking it up in the kitchen

you walk into the kitchen to see shoto making his favourite breakfast food, pancakes

you walk over to him and wrap your arms around him, he’ll then say, “oh, good morning honey, the pancakes will be done soon okay?” ugh i love shoto, he’s adorable (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)

Modern! Highschooler Tanjiro

Since his friend group consists of Inosuke, Zenitsu, and Nezuko

I feel like they would be the odd troublemakers

Not Tanjiro of course

He’s the mother of the group

But Zenitsu and Inosuke get into crazy shit at school

Caught fighting? Tanjiro bails then out with his soft talk

Zenitsu freaking out a girl? Tanjiro ends up bailing him out and apologizing profusely about it

And the girl gets a crush on him WHOOPS

Tanjiro would be the guy that everyone likes

But sadly he’s taken sighhhh

BUT HES IN LOVE SO ITS OKAY

It’s like that cheesy first love story

They met in the library where his s/o works after school

And it just popped off from there

Here’s a funny story

Tanjiro would ask them out by using a book he returned

They would check the book to make sure everything’s good and would find a note

‘Ice cream with me tomorrow? -Tanjiro’

And then bada bing bada boom dating happens

Tanjiro’s also the type of person to like a long term deal but with a slow pace

He doesn’t want to rush into things to fast, so he’ll know if things will truly work out or not

Luckily it does :’)

Since he’s a study driven student they would spent some tome studying together on days where it was slow in the library

Helping his s/o out with science homework

While they help him out with English homework

Besides that it would be amazing

He likes to set a specific day for dates so you guys are always free and have time to spend together

One month it’s a Saturday

Another one it’s a Friday

And so on

But he would make sure that day counts

Taking them out for sushi

Taking them to the beach

Maybe some shopping or just driving around having fun

He likes to get coffee a lot

Since he stays up most of the time either studying or working out

Yes I feel like Tanjiro would be the type to keep his body in tip top shape

But of course he wouldn’t be completely focused on that

He likes taking lazy days with his s/o to just laze around watching Netflix and eating fattening snacks

Sometimes

When he’s feeling really dangerous

He’ll sneak out with them and go out on a midnight drive

But that’s rare

Because Tanjiro is a good boy uwu

I feel like Tanjiro wouldn’t be too big on affection in public

Maybe just a simple head pat and pecks on the lips

But when it comes to affection

It stays indoors or where no one can see

He feels weak in the knees and gets all red if his s/o kisses him

It makes his heartbeat increase and he just turns into a puddle

Basically that’s how he acts

He just loves them so much it makes his heart do crazy flips seeing them
