had a convo w my friend abt weed and addictions bc they r sober from alcohol (and yes they’re both diff) but they convinced me to delete / block my dealers numbers and tell my other friends

So I just sent voice messages asking them not to smoke around me bc im tryna detox

#Ngl im anxious and already regretting it lol but also know im doing this for myself and it’s gonna be hard #I just worry im going to be worse without weed and tht my friends aren’t gonna have as much fun or not wanna hang w me as much bc #they wont be able to smoke around me bc im impulsive so I can’t say no #I feel bad asking them not to smoke around me but I just know it’s gonna make me have that craving and wanna smoke #I was also meant to be hanging out w guy on Saturday and we were gonna smoke so im worried abt tht now #like im probs gonna smoke w them but I deleted my dealers number so I defo can’t buy any or ask for a number from my friends #ugh this shit is gonna be so hard idk why im doing this right now but I needed to make this step at some point #journal #edit/ so I ended up deleting the messages I sent them #im just gonna see how this week goes first #I’ll tell them eventually
