I think that I could write a whumpee waking up from a nightmare about their suffering only to be comforted by a friend, a family member, or a partner, 10,000 times and I would still constantly want to write it again. Even if I’m not writing it I am probably thinking about it.

#it’s just. neat. it makes me happy #a perfect hurt/comfort combo I enjoy #the nightmare is the hurt #the literal comfort is the comfort #and the variety is fun #I love wren and zander comforting each other after nightmares #they have. ample opportunity given how much time they spent sharing a bed #but also. Zander’s moms comforting him after his nightmares.#he always feels like he’s overreacting or being a baby #but he’s their baby and it’s okay for them to fuss over him sometimes #and then thinking about Leon comforting Alexei after a nightmare #but hear me out #Leon having a nightmare about Alexei being missing again or Alexei being hurt #and Alexei comforting Leon after that….#I like that one a lot actually hm #sorry I’m just rambling #I should go to bed I’m very tired #is this normal nightmare content or I just watched scary nightmare movie nightmare content #it didn’t really scare me but I thought it was good #right. going to bed
