their name's Vic, basically a worker with disassembly drone arms grafted on. the jacket is supposed to be one of those puffy ones without a hood and the sleeves torn off. unfortunately tumblr desaturated all the colors so the reddish pink doesn't show up well for the eyes/streak in the hair :(
