Even when broke and living in an old depot, Tony still has the time to help Betsy Braddock out and fence with her. Also, he's really upbeat for someone whose life is in shambles. I'll interpret this as him putting up a front and ignoring his own problems to help others. I also like that Captain Britain went specifically to him to ask for Avengers help :D
