I look at the sheer madness and complexity of your lace making process and I feel my sanity slipping. And this is coming from someone who raises their own sheep to hand process the wool into yarn so I can I knit 100% authentic Ren Faire cloaks. In awe of your inhuman abilities.

Haha well you know how it goes though right? I bet you didn't start with the sheep, the sheep snuck up on you in a step-by-step process, a breadcrumb trail if you will of seeing something slightly more complicated than what you were already doing and going, "oh, I could do that!" likewise I didn't just wake up one morning doing stuff with hair-fine thread and dozens of bobbins and forests of pins, I started out with little scrappy bits in crochet cotton like everyone else:
