started this after "Point of No Return", my interpretation of their reactions to losing Omega 💔
just because we don't see them being emotional in the show doesn't mean they aren't emotional at all 🥺🥺

Polly’s Daughter - Headcannon
request ; Hey! Would you consider making headcanons for being Polly's lost daughter and how she would react to the daughter just appearing one day telling her that they just told Polly that she's dead to keep her away? And how Polly would react and treat her afterwards + how the rest of the family would? 💜
i think this is a genius idea tbh; mainly because i refuse to believe in a world where Anna Gray isn't alive. I just need Polly to be happy? i don't think thats asking too much. So yer, thank you for this - you've fuelled my domestic fantasy where Polly has a full family and is never sad again. This one also hits hard for me because my mum was adopted as a baby, and I've always grown up wondering who my biological grandma is - so however you are and wherever you are granny i hope youre rocking on and having a good old time!
i kinda wrote this from like the readers point of view? i don't know why i just liked the flow better that way. Anyway, i hope you like it! and NEVER hesitate to send in a Polly related request because i ADORE the woman. Iconic.
Tumblr media
i feel like she’d grow up dreaming of a your mum coming to find you
because you were a few years older than
but with every birthday and Christmas without so much as a card, it would kinda harden you into hating Polly for leaving you like that
being moved to Australia and completely giving up on her ever trying to find you
trying really hard to not repeat your mothers mistakes
being as responsible as possible
finally ending up with a family that keeps you around long enough for you to build up some sort of trust system and being a second mum to their other kids
you'd found out your mother was looking for you and freaked the fuck out
shock turned into anger
the woman who left you, didn't love you like any decent mother would, now wanted to meet you on her terms
absolutely not
no way
especially when you heard that the Tommy Shelby of Small Heath was the one putting feelers out for you
but being brought up in the care system (or lack there of it) had made your mind somewhat deviant and street smart
you also knew quite a few undesirable members of society, some of which had a level of power
it wasn't hard for them to formulate a fake paper trail
and just like that, Anna Gray was officially dead
you stayed in Australia but never felt settled again after that
as you got older, became an adult, the earlier anger turned into hurt
why had she left you?
why did she want you back?
i feel like these emotions would brew for a while but it would take a personal event to make you finally snap and want to go find Polly
you’ve always been careful with sleeping with men and not becoming a mum yourself so young but like you end up a month late for your period and are convinced   you’re pregnant
queue storm of Angst
never feeling so close to understanding your mums decision as this
you go to the doctors and you aren't, but it sticks with you
or maybe its just when you have to leave your new family and move out alone, you realise how hard it is to be by yourself in the big city and also how much you need family
you go to Birmingham a month later
youre SHIT scared
and not just because youre well aware of the status your mothers family has
massive fear of rejection
youre well aware of the time thats passed in-between her looking for you and you actually showing up
what if she doesn't want to see you anymore?
what if she does but youre just not what she expected and she doesn't want to know you?
standing on her doorstep for like a good half hour before knocking
which alerts the boys that something fishy is going on
Tumblr media
her coming to the door and you just standing there like a lemon with no clue what to say even though you've been literally planning this moment for as long as you can remember
finally getting the words out and making Polly the speechless one
she definitely doesn't fully believe you
she wants too, with her whole heart, but she doesn't think its possible for you to be alive so she thinks its some sick joke by one of their enemies
she definitely slaps you
you slap her back obviously
she's crying and shouting and you’re crying and shouting
everyones confused
Tommy and John coming out to break up whatever going on
“who Tommy?! who would send some whore and have them to pretend to be my Anna?”
“Oh IM the whore? who left who? i can't believe i even bothered coming all this way, all you've ever been is a disappointment, i wish i was dead so i never had to meet you “
Tommy and John feeling like they are watching Polly fight with Polly
“Pol, its her”
“How! How can i be her Tom?!”
“Just look at her Pol”
“Holy shit Pol, its definitely her” - John ever so eloquently adding in his two cent
ending up inside with Polly
the lads being nervous to leave you two together just incase you fight again but her sending them away
as soon as you start talking instead of shouting, she can take a proper look at you
and bOY do you look like her
it makes her feel warm and violently sick all in one
she probably actually has to excuse herself to vomit
she just needs to hold you
its a bit uncomfortable and awkward at first but then it all hits you at once and you can't stop yourself from sobbing
she's sobbing too
fuck me man everyones sobbing tbh
just sitting like that for hours, until you have no more tears to cry
“well lass, you’re far too skinny”
feeding you
drawing you a bath
putting the fire on for you
making sure she sets up a bed for you so you’re comfortable and i don't mean calling the maid in to do it, she wants to do it by hand so she knows its perfect
it taking a long time for you to trust her fully
but Polly literally doing everything she can to show you she will always regret losing you that day
finding out it wasn't her fault
“I didn't want to lose you, you or Michael, they took you away but i never ever stopped loving you. I thought about you every morning when i woke up and every night before i went to sleep, even after i thought you were gone’
meeting the boys properly
Tommy is cautious of you at first, not wanting to see Polly hurt but he grows to trust you and love you in his own nonchalant  way
Tumblr media
John and you being a comedy double act, you get his respect from day one for straight up fighting Polly fucking Gray in the street, and everyone else enjoys seeing him be torn apart by your humour
Arthur sees you as his little sister, would protect you with him whole life
Michael doesn't really remember you that well, but you grow to become siblings again
Ada has you over for sleepovers at least once a week, and youre even trusted to look after little Karl for her, she loves you and is the big sister you never thought you needed, but she also respects you for what you've been through and is always checking in and making sure youre okay and reminding you that youre part of a family now
Tumblr media
Finn is probably the first ti accept you because its Finn guys, what an angel we STAN
it definitely takes a while, but youre glad of the day you stepped foot on Polly doorstep
and none of them can imagine life without you now.

Title: Salvation - Prologue  Word Count: 1.8k+ Rating: M Genre: Drama, Thriller, Mystery, Smut Warnings: Dark Themes  Pairings: BTS x Reader/OT7 x reader Summary: When you meet them, you find something you didn’t even know you were looking for - salvation. Written By: A & B
“Where are you?” You stare at the photo pinched tightly between your fingers. You know the curve of her smile, the way her eyes light up when she’s excited, and the sound of your best friend’s voice like the back of your hand.
And she was missing.
Last time you’d heard from her, she had met some people while studying in South Korea. They had sounded nice at first. Inviting her to meetings and things to get to know others. But soon you’d grown worried when the meetings lasted longer and longer, before becoming mandatory. Her calls and texts were less frequent until a month passed before you heard from her.
She had sounded so excited, but tired, as she told you about how these people had ‘changed’ her life. That had been the last time you heard from her. Almost three months ago now.
After exhausting every other avenue, you made a decision and packed your bags. If no one else would help you find your friend, then you’d do it yourself.
The plane landing jostles you from your thoughts and you put the picture in your bag. Your eyes widen; then harden as you take in the airport and realize just how out of your element you are.
You swallow hard and grip your bag tighter, “I’ll find you. No matter what it takes. I’ll find you.”
Once off the plane, you realize just how crazy your plan is. How unlikely it is to actually work.
Here you are in Seoul, South Korea, with nothing more than a hotel reservation, a name, and a picture.
You grip your bag tighter and head off in search of a cab, telling yourself it would be enough. It had to be.

“Omg Y/N! I wish you were here! This place is amazing!”
You laugh at the obvious excitement in your friend’s voice, happy that she’s happy. “You know I’d love to be, but some of us have to work.”
“Oh whatever. You can’t keep using that excuse not to get out of that backwoods town you know.”
“Hey now, don’t be rude. Bitch. I wanted to go. Really. But my course doesn’t offer an exchange program to South Korea. It was only Europe. Which, cool, but I didn’t want to be all the way in Paris while my friend was in Seoul.”
“You know what, that’s fair. I wouldn’t want you there banging your way through all those French boys without me either.”
Her blunt words startle another loud laugh out of you and some of the customers shoot you glares that you ignore. They were the ones out in the middle of the night. They could deal.
“And I’m supposed to be okay with you leaving a trail of broken hearts behind in Seoul without ME?” you counter, “Hold on.” you set down the phone, ringing up the obviously disgruntled customer with a wide smile before going back to your conversation, “Okay. So, have you made any friends there yet?”
“It’s only been two days, I’ve barely even slept let alone met other people.” she laughs again, and the sound is contagious. “Bitch,” she sighs, “I wish you were here with me.”
“Me too babe. Me too.”

The hotel is nice. Not super nice. But okay. And affordable considering you had to pull everything and then some to make it here.
If you were being realistic, you could probably afford this place for two weeks on what you had before you’d have to dip into the money your parents left you when they passed. You wanted to avoid that though. So, with your rudimentary Korean skills - thanks in part to your best friend - you set out to look for a job after you settle in. Which really only consists of you setting down your suitcase in the small room.
Part of you cries out that you need to take a break, but you know if you stop moving, you’ll never start again - too overcome with sadness to keep going. Taking a fortifying breath, you grab the map the lady at the check in counter had given you and set out. You had chosen this hotel because of its proximity to the Police Station, which would be your first stop. They had been decidedly unhelpful over the phone, and you could only hold a long distance call for so long. You were hoping that if you showed up, in person, they would take your case more seriously.
The walk isn’t too long, but you’re already regretting your choice in footwear by the time you make it to the station. You take a moment to compose yourself outside before making your way to the front desk. You wait a moment, but the man behind the desk doesn’t acknowledge your presence.
“Hello.” You say and nod your head, not sure if a bow is really appropriate.
The man flicks his eyes up to you, they widen, and then he looks back down. You blink, waiting for him to say something, but when the silence stretches, you try again.
“Hello, sir.”  You bow your head this time, worried you’re already offending him without meaning to.
Still, no response.
You narrow your eyes, “Sir. I need to talk to detective Kim Hyun.”
He sighs, and finally looks up, but doesn’t meet your gaze, “Do you have an appointment?”
You blink, he’d spoken so fast that it takes you a moment to process his words and your response.
“I, erm, didn’t know I needed one.”
“You need an appointment.”
“Okay… then can I make an appointment? Something for later today.”
He scoffs, “Detective Kim-ssi doesn’t have anything available until next week.”
“Next week?” You’re sure he’s lying, but you don’t really know the rules. You didn’t think you’d need an appointment to see the detective working on your best friend’s case. “Fine. I’ll take it. Just put me down for the earliest time available. Please.”
He scrunches his nose and makes a production out of typing what you assume is your name into the computer as you give him your information, before he informs you that you can see the detective at 8am the following Monday. You nod your thanks and leave, pushing down the bile rising in your stomach by reminding yourself that Monday is only 5 days away.
You can get a lot of other things done in 5 days.

“Excuse- I’m sorr- please-”
Every attempt you make at attracting the attention of the students around you is shot down as they continue to pass. Some glance at the photo in your hand and look at you sympathetically before shaking their head and moving on. You were trying not to get discouraged at the fact that not a single student on campus had seen your friend, (or if they had, they weren’t telling) but it was hard. You keep holding out the photo but stop asking as you think about your next step. Trying to find a job had taken longer than you planned, and aside from being completely unsuccessful, you’d gotten to the University too late to meet with any of her professors. And, honestly, the students were thin on the ground… so maybe you could come back tomorrow. During a busier time. You had her schedule and would be able to see at least one of the professors, so… it would be fine.
“Excuse me.”
You startle out of your thoughts and step back, away from the young man in front of you. His eyes crinkle at the corners, and even though you can’t see his mouth under his mask, you find yourself smiling in return. He gestures at the photo, “May I see it?”
You nod, your face heating a little as you realize you’ve been staring. You can only make out his eyes and the bridge of his nose with his hat pulled low and the mask covering the bottom half of his face, but something about him seems familiar. Slowly you raise the photo and he takes it from you gently, his fingertips just brushing yours.
He studies it for a moment, and you lower your eyes to look at the picture as well. It was one of your favorites, and you can feel the tears starting to well in your eyes at the thought of never seeing her again.
“I know her. Haven’t seen her in - hey are you okay?”
You gasp, tears falling steadily now as you realize, maybe, just maybe, this wasn’t entirely hopeless.
“Whoa, hey now, it’s okay.”  He moves to put his arm around you, and though you shouldn’t - you don’t even know him - you lean into the comfort this stranger offers.
Your crying becomes more hysterical, and even you are thrown by the force of your emotion. You hadn’t realized how much you had been holding back until it was all pouring out. Your breakdown starts drawing attention and he shifts uncomfortably.
“S-s-sorry” You choke out and try to pull away.
“No, it’s-” he sighs and pulls you closer, into his body, “I can’t stay here. I know your friend and want you to come with me. I can explain. But not here. Do you trust me?”
You nod into his chest, squeaking a little when his arms tighten around you as he turns the both of you away from curious onlookers. You shuffle along with him, stumbling a little as you try to wipe your swollen eyes on your sleeve. Your vision is taken up by him and the bit of sidewalk you can see under his arm. You don’t notice when two men start walking just a few steps behind you. Or when another man opens the door to the vehicle he is steering you towards. You do notice as you settle into the seat next to him that the interior is soft and that he smells nice and you can already feel yourself drifting off as the car rumbles to life around you, exhausted from your long flight and crying into this strangers chest.
“H-hey. What’s your name?”
His long arm is still around your shoulder, the weight of it is comforting as you continue to lean against him.
“It’s Namjoon. Kim Namjoon.”

sorry it’s been ages since much ado updated, life has been hectic with graduation and job hunting! but I do have the first half (quarter? we’ll see, it keeps expanding) of the next chapter for those who want to take a peek
Tumblr media
As Hau, Moon, and Gladion continue the tour of the third wedding venue this afternoon, Lillie hangs back to check her watch.
It’s officially been two hours of no arguing between Moon and Gladion.
It’s also been two hours of them not speaking to each other.
Lillie frowns. As she catches up with the rest of the group, she finds herself more focused on the unnatural silence of the best man and maid of honor rather than the fantastic ballroom they’ve stepped into. As their guide goes into detail about crown molding and room capacity, Lillie watches as Moon crosses her arms and looks out the window and Gladion scratches at his neck and stares at the ceiling.
They haven’t so much as looked at each other this morning, and it’s painfully obvious that something’s happened; the annoying part is that Lillie can’t get any information out of either of them. Both of them have assured her that they’re fine, that nothing’s wrong, but it’s with uneasy smiles and frantic glances.
As a woman of science, she knows what she has to do.
It’s time for an experiment.
Hau thanks their guide, who leaves the group to look around. He smiles at the others, waiting until the venue’s guide shuts the door behind her before asking, “So what do you think?”
Moon shrugs. Gladion hums.
Lillie and Hau exchange a glance, and then the bride-to-be glances back at the other two. “I like it better than the Hano Grand Resort,” she says slowly, seeing the big red button to not push and slamming it as she adds, “But I’m still unsure about having an indoor venue for the ceremony.”
Gladion visibly flinches, throwing his sister a betrayed glare. Then his eyes flicker to Moon for half of a second and his entire face softens into a frown. When he answers, he looks back down at the floor, and Lillie swears that he’s inching further away from the maid of honor. “I thought we were all happy with the compromise – indoor for the ceremony, outdoor for the reception.”
Moon’s response is immediate and acidic. “You don’t seem to think we’re all happy.”
Her glare hardens into daggers on Gladion’s neck as he shrivels, curling in on himself and biting his tongue. Instead of his usual fight, there’s guilt written all over his face.
Lillie smirks. Bingo.
Hau clears his throat, drawing the others’ attention. With an easy smile, he diffuses the tension, an idea sparkling in his eyes. “Why don’t we take a break? Y’know, Tutu has a day off, so he’d be more than happy to see us.”
“Sounds lovely.” Lillie loops her arm through Hau’s, giving him a quick wink before turning to Moon and Gladion with an innocent smile. “I think we could all use a break to really think about what’s happened.”
She’s less than subtle, and Moon and Gladion are quick to catch it.
However, they don’t say a word, instead following Lillie and Hau out of the ballroom, Moon mumbling under her breath, “Some of us more than others.”
And Gladion couldn’t agree more.
Iki Town is quiet, full of sunshine and a gentle breeze that ruffles the grass around their ankles as they walk into the town square. On the wooden platform of the stage, Hala stands and watches with a smile as several children squeal, running around or poking at the very patient Hariyama playing gently with them. Hala’s laugh echoes in the square, and then his eyes settle on the quartet approaching him and his grin grows.
“Look who came to visit!”
The children turn, a few waving and smiling widely at Hau’s familiar face. Then a little girl yelps, and bursts out from the crowd, stumbling towards Moon and looking up at the girl with wide eyes. There are several gaps in her mouth as she asks reverently, “Are you the first Champion? ‘Cause Hala said somebody who looks like you named Moon was the first Champion.”
Moon blinks, letting the words sink in before she looks up at Hala, an unamused and vaguely betrayed frown on her face. “I am, but I could’ve sworn I told someone to keep it secret...”
Hala gives her a sheepish grin. “These ankle-biters are curious, and I can’t help that I’m proud of you.”
It steals the retort right from Moon’s mouth, her lips parting slightly as her eyes widen. She swallows, clearing her throat and muttering something under her breath, no longer able to look at the Elite 4 member. Hau claps her on the shoulder, a wide grin on his face as he looks down at the young girl standing before them and tells her with a wink, “If you ask real nicely, she might show you her Pokémon.”
“Oh, I don’t know if...”
But a tiny mob of children forms around them, shoving them towards the stage as several kids shout and squeal, more than excited at the idea. Hala laughs, helping the two up onto the stage. Lillie and Gladion watch from a distance, unable to hear the words of encouragement from Hala and Hau that eventually convince Moon to bring out the team that she has on hand.
A flash of light and a chorus of ‘oooh’s from the children later, and a Decidueye and Arcanine appear, the two being deemed the best around small, grabby children out of Moon’s four Pokémon. Hau’s Raichu joins a moment later, and now it’s an absolute riot onstage.
Gladion feels something threaten to tug his lips into a smile at the sight of Moon laughing, helping that same little girl from before up onto her Arcanine, petting the creature’s fur lovingly and keeping a reassuring hand on the girl’s back. It’s something he’s always been a little jealous of – one of several things, though now is neither the time nor place to dwell. Whether she knows it or not, kids seem to love Moon, and during her time as Champion, she always made time to visit the Trainer’s School, or to speak with any children who came running up to her at parades and festivals. She can have any of them laughing and babbling about battling or contests or even just what they had for lunch in a matter of minutes.
On the other hand, he gets the feeling that kids don’t particularly like him. Not that it’s ever been much of an issue, but he’s noticed at this point that if a school group touring Aether ever crosses paths with him, the kids grow quiet, seemingly bored or downright scared of him.
He wonders, briefly, if it would be different with his own kids.
He wonders, worryingly, if she would be different with her own kids.
And then a sharp smack against his arm snaps him out of dangerous thoughts as Lillie looks up at him with a deeply irritated frown.
Gladion gapes, rubbing at his shoulder as he hisses, “The hell was that for?”
“For upsetting my maid of honor.”
He opens his mouth to argue, but Lillie’s brows furrow further, and he knows he doesn’t have any ground to stand on. With a sigh, he steals a glance back at the stage, watching as Moon pets Hau’s Raichu, mumbling something to Hala. Gladion sighs to avoid wincing. "That obvious?”
Lillie’s face softens, but she keeps her arms crossed. “What was it this time?”
“I brought up something I shouldn’t have.”
In other words, same as always. At this point, he wonders if he should look into surgery to remove the foot that’s permanently lodged in his mouth.
"And she hasn’t accepted your apology?”
Gladion pales, muttering something under his breath as he rubs the back of his neck. Lillie’s eyes widen only to narrow in sneaking suspicion a moment later, voice utterly disappointed. “You did apologize, didn’t you?”
“I didn't start it, why would – ow, stop.” He grabs her hand before she can go in for a third smack, glaring at his sister and feeling a flash of their childhood blind him for a moment. “You’re an adult, stop throwing a tantrum.”
She lowers her hand, but her pout remains. “I could say the same to you,” she huffs, rolling her eyes, “Are you hearing yourself? ‘I didn’t start it.’”
She steals a glance towards the stage, relieved to find that the others and the mob of children haven’t noticed their scene, and keeps her voice down when she turns back to her brother. “That’s not what matters and you know it.”
He holds her gaze, even as the guilt twists his chest uncomfortably tight. It’s never mattered who started it, but he can’t tell Lillie that it’s the only thing he has to keep a grip on his morals. He’s already apologized to her about what happened, but it’s a far cry from a personal reckoning of how he treated her in the lead-up to their break up.
But if she’s the one who started it, and if that mattered, then maybe he isn’t as awful of a person boyfriend as he thinks.
“Whenever we talk it ends in disaster.”
Gladion doesn’t realize he’s said it out loud until Lillie hums in response. She considers his excuse (because really, it’s just an excuse to avoid another apology, another brush with the past) but shakes her head a moment later. Her eyes cut right through him as she mumbles knowingly, “Maybe because you want it to.”
Before he can even think to unpack that, or to question since when his baby sister decided to become a psychologist, she turns to join the others. He follows behind her, feeling his footsteps grow heavy when his eyes settle on Moon, who shows off Decidueye’s wingspan to the crowd of kids while Hau and Hala discuss something off to the side.
“What did we miss?” Lillie asks with a smile, climbing up the stairs to join Hau and Hala. The moment she’s in reach, Hau wraps an arm around her, all instinct, and Gladion hides his smile at the sight.
Hau tells the two of them with a wide smile, “Tutu had the best idea.”
Hala laughs, and over the years the sound has only grown impossibly richer. “I don’t know if it’s the best, but I thought: what if you kids had the wedding here?”
It’s certainly a good idea, and it’s clear that the siblings agree as they exchange a look. Hau’s very nearly vibrating in excitement, looking down at his fiancée with a sparkle in his eyes as he explains, “We can use the hall for the ceremony, and then have the reception right out here.”
Lillie thinks for a moment, standing straighter as the smile creeps into her voice. “That would be incredible, I mean, as long as that works for everyone else.”
Hala chortles, says something about how of course it’ll work, and everything in Iki Town would be delighted, and there’s talk of logistics that Gladion really should be paying attention to as best man, but instead his ears pick up on the chorus of kids on the other side of the stage. He looks over, watching them beg with Lillipup eyes and wobbling lips.
“Can we see you battle?”
The girl with pigtails is front and center, with her hands clasped together as she whines,“Pleeeeeaaase?”
Moon freezes, a barely audible, absolutely nervous laugh falling from her lips. Gladion can see how stiff her shoulders have gotten, can practically count the knots twisting into her neck and back at just the thought of battling.
He frowns, wondering when she stopped enjoying the basis of her life.
She hides her nerves with a smile, expertly sidestepping their request. “Do any of you have Pokémon ready to battle?”
Seeing as how the oldest of them is barely six, she knows very well that none of them do. Still, they murmur amongst themselves, convinced that someone must have a Rockruff they can call (and ignoring that the creature would immediately lose). As they look around the crowd, a little boy looks over and catches Gladion’s eye, an idea sparking on his face. Just as Moon is relaxing once more, the boy makes his way to her and taps on her leg, pointing towards the Aether president.
“What about Mr. Gladion?”
The blond pales at being caught staring, and Moon’s breath hitches when she catches his eyes. Then there’s a shift in the air, and she considers him for a moment as a mysterious smile tugs at her lips. It’s certainly better than the glares being thrown his way this morning. He recognizes the curious look in her eyes; it’s the same one that led them into all sorts of trouble years ago.
Trouble that he wouldn’t mind getting into again.
“What about it,” she mumbles, crossing her arms as a decades-old challenge creeps into her voice, “Mr. Gladion?”

Our hearts 2 of 2
Matt 13:15 for this people’s heart has grown callous, their ears are dull of hearing, they have closed their eyes; or else perhaps they might perceive with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their heart, and would turn again; and I would heal them.’
Matt 13:19 When anyone hears the word of the Kingdom, and doesn’t understand it, the evil one comes, and snatches away that which has been sown in his heart. This is what was sown by the roadside.
Matt 15:8 ‘These people draw near to me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
Matt 15:18, 19 18  But the things which proceed out of the mouth come out of the heart, and they defile the man. 19  For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies.
Matt 18:35 So my heavenly Father will also do to you, if you don’t each forgive your brother from your hearts for his misdeeds.”
Matt 22:37, 38 37 Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38  This is the first and great commandment.
Mark 7:21, 22 21  For from within, out of the hearts of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, sexual sins, murders, thefts, 22  covetings, wickedness, deceit, lustful desires, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, and foolishness.
Luke 1:17 He will go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,’ and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to prepare a people prepared for the Lord.”
Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed
Luke 6:45 The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings out that which is good, and the evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings out that which is evil, for out of the abundance of the heart, his mouth speaks.
Luke 8:12 Those along the road are those who hear, then the devil comes, and takes away the word from their heart, that they may not believe and be saved.
Luke 8:15 Those in the good ground, these are those who with an honest and good heart, having heard the word, hold it tightly, and produce fruit with perseverance.
Luke 16:15 He said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of men, but God knows your hearts. For that which is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God.
Luke 21:34 “So be careful, or your hearts will be loaded down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that day will come on you suddenly.
John 13:2 During supper, the devil having already put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him,
