Seriously, Cassidy was incredibly close to Liao and was already showing signs of violence before the situation with Gerard and everyone else in the building getting exploded. Why was he allowed on that mission in Venice? Then there's him being placed of the official team for Ana's disappearance and then murder, that was his mum! Reyes, let the man grieve!
