Getting off of sleeping pills, i thought i was fine for a couple days, now I'm crashing

I could sleep (also tapering) but. Trazodone is also used for depression and. I wasn't the best on ir but off of it... is it that much of difference or is it just the withdrawal?

I do NOT want to be on these pills bc they make me sleepy thru the day -- i used to be a morning person! But now im barely awake by 11 and this is with caffeine (i never drank coffee regularly before this either...) but if i need some mental platform to keep me from collapsing into the bottomless abyss.... :(

I want to be awake for the day to get things done!!!!!!!

But i also cant get things done if i think theres no point

Maybe there is no point and im as worthless as i feel
