As I continue on my journey to helping those transitioning from an employee to self employed I am adapting to the challenges.

I am adapting to the days when things go well and days when they don’t go very well at all.

For those looking to create a second income, hoping to stay the course, there will be challenges. There will be days that you’ll feeling like giving up, however stay the course.

This journey is not for the swift or those who appear to have it all together but for those who can endure to see their desires become a reality.

I am absolutely L-O-V-I-N-G it this process. I am discovering more of me. My resourcefulness, my resilience, my attitude and so much more.

One thing I'm really excited for is next week is the implementation of the following:

This is very true, the right person can be trained to have the skills required for the role.

Attitude is so important and of course is something that can mean different things to different people, however attitude is distinct from having the skills and abilities to perform a job role. It can, for example, refer to a perspective, an outlook or an opinion.

The right attitude can determine our behaviour, maintain our focus, and ultimately create our desired results.
