Mk: I hope you're ready (Y/n)! - pointing at her - because you're going to love this! - excited -.

They were both at The Anti-Gravity Arcade; he wanted to show her the place where he always hung out with Mei, eagerly awaiting her response.

(Y/n): Um, why are we here? - scratching her head -.

Mk: You said you've never played a game before - smiling - so I brought you here to give it a try! Isn't that awesome?

(Y/n): You know video games aren't my thing, right - confesses -.

Mk: Yeah, I know that very well, but it's worth a shot - clarifies - I figured physical games might be more your style, you know, because of your strength - thoughtfully -.

(Y/n): And where did you get that idea from? - raising an eyebrow -.

Mk: I thought about it after, you know, you broke the controller on my console - mutters -.

(Y/n) puts on a poker face at the comment.

Mk: Let's stop talking and go inside already - enthusiastically -.

Taking her hand, he pulls her into the building.

Entering the building, the flashing lights blinded (Y/n) for a moment. After her eyes adjusted, she looked around and saw people playing or running around, heaps of arcade games. However, the guardian felt uncomfortable with the crowd.

Mk: Welcome to the most amazing place in Megapolis! - excited -.

(Y/n): Um, Mk, this is...

Mk: Isn't this awesome!! - happy -.

(Y/n):... - looks around, then at him - Yeah, it's great - forces a smile -.

Mk jumps with excitement and obviously takes her hand, leading her towards some games. What he doesn't know is that his friend feels insecure around so many people, but she's not used to crowds, and she doesn't want to tell Mk and dampen his enthusiasm. It's clear he loves this place, and it's not her problem if she doesn't like it.

Mk: You're going to love the games, but I have one specific for you - approaching a Dance game - and it's right here, oh...

Upon looking at where the game was, they only saw a group of people lining up to play.

Mk: Um, it seems busy - glances at (Y/n), who just furrows her brow - we can go later, there are more games around here! Let's go!

The boy rushes towards other games without noticing his friend, who simply follows along, walking.

And so they spend their time playing every game, each machine to earn tickets or trying to beat a high score. Mk was the only one having fun, except for the guardian. It's not because she's a killjoy or hates video games, it's just that... she doesn't feel comfortable. Everything is too flashy and modern for her to fully grasp; she's tried playing, but she always ends up breaking things, almost getting into trouble. Mk just looks at her, smiling from ear to ear, saying it doesn't matter, claiming they're "old," but she doesn't even believe him.

After everything that happened, Mk was playing a virtual reality fighting game, jumping and punching in the air, while (Y/n) watched bored. What else could she do? Play? She tried that and ended up breaking another machine. Watching him intently, she realizes he's really focused. She doesn't think he'll even notice if she leaves. Walking towards the entrance, she looks back at Mk one last time. He'll be fine; she'll come back later, she thought, passing through the crowd and finally making it outside.

Leaning against the wall, she sighs. It's not something she thinks about often, but... this isn't her thing. It's too crowded and overwhelming inside, and everything is too technological for her to understand! She shakes her head; she doesn't have to exaggerate; she can endure this, she's just doing it for Mk.

Redson: Spear girl?

Startled, she summons her lance and goes on the defensive, looking agitated until she sees it's just Redson.

(Y/n): Fire boy? - confused, she dispels her lance - What are you doing here?

Redson: I could ask you the same - raising an eyebrow - What are you doing here? It's weird not seeing you with your country bumpkin.

(Y/n): Mk? - tiredly sighs - He's inside the building playing.

Redson: And he left you alone, huh, how rude - exclaims -.

(Y/n): It's not that, I chose to be outside - explains - there are too many people, and well...

Redson: It makes you feel trapped, doesn't it? - he asks -.

The young woman leans more against the wall.

(Y/n): Yeah - she answers -.

Seeing the situation, Redson nervously scratches his neck.

Redson: Um... well... the truth is, I was looking for you - confesses -.

(Y/n): Really? - raises an eyebrow, confused - Is there a reason?

Redson clears his throat and looks away.

Redson: I... uh... well, I'm preparing a new recipe with a very spicy sauce, and I want you to try it.

(Y/n): - just looks at him -.

Redson: Grrr... - grumbles - What I mean is, if you want to come to my place and give your opinion on my new recipe! - blushing - You're one of the few people I know who can handle spicy food.

(Y/n): Hmm... look, Redson, I wouldn't refuse your offer, but I don't want to leave Mk alone without telling him.

Such a response angers the fire demon.

Redson: Why do you care about him? He doesn't even know you're here - he clarifies - he's more focused on his games than on you.

(Y/n) narrows her eyes and grimaces at his words.

(Y/n): Don't talk about Mk like that; just let me ask him.

Redson: Hmph... FINE! - arms crossed -.

The girl turns around and heads back into the building, leaving Redson alone.

Redson: I'll be waiting here!

The young woman nods before leaving.

Entering the building again, (Y/n) takes a deep breath and walks through the crowd, reaching where Mk was still playing.

(Y/n): Oh, he's still playing - approaching - Hey Mk, can I talk to you?

Mk: Wait, I'm almost done! I'm about to defeat the final boss! - excited -.

(Y/n): Seriously, Mk, I just need to tell you something.

Seeing that he wasn't going to listen, she does the unthinkable and takes off his glasses, preventing him from playing.

Mk: Awww... I was about to win - pouts -.

(Y/n): Um, yeah, sorry, but I really need to ask you something.

Mk: Oh, sure, what's up?

(Y/n): Would you mind if I go somewhere else?

Mk: Oh, sure, I don't mind at all - smiling - I'm glad you're having fun - he grabs the glasses from (Y/n) and puts them back on.

(Y/n): Uh... are you sure? - questions -.

Mk: Yep, no problem at all - still smiling -.

(Y/n): Okay, don't wait up for me; I'll be at Redson's house - walking away -.

Before he could start playing again, Mk's eyes widen in shock. She said she'll be at Redson's house!

Mk: (Y/n) WAIT!!!

Hurriedly, he takes off the glasses, letting them fall to the ground without a care, and runs after the guardian.

MK

Crying, fussing over you. He's like your baby sitter.

"Mr/Mr/Mix! Come back to bed"

He will cuddle with you, and most likely get sick.

Mei takes care of you both

He would food feed you and treat you like your so fragile!

"No! I'm fine!" Then he sneezes. Red son

Don't really understand.

He tires his best, but he can't get it right.

Your all hot, and shivering, so he tires to keep you warm, only for him to catch the house on fire.

He forbids you from getting out the house for weeks.

Omg, he acts like your a baby! He holding you, asking his Mother how to take care of a human. MK + Red son

Red Son tries to keep a cool head on when MK starts sobing over you.

"They're mot dying." Red son says, more to himself then to MK.

MK knows how to care for you, and teaches Red son too.

Red son is a little grossed out if you release any body things.

When MK gets sick, Red son tries to take care of you both. Wukong

Does understand.

If your dating, he'll try to make you eat a peach if you get sick.

He acts like it's fine, but if you sneeze he'll pull a MK and cry over you.

He act all calm, and cool, but like Father like son, he is crying over you.

May or may not sneak a immoral peach into your food.

He loves you BUT your not going anywhere for weeks. Macaque

"Are you ok?" He feels your forehead. He's very gentle with you when your sick.

He takes you to the doctors, like, just shadow portals their, and demand that they take care of you.

He's very scared of losing you. He can't live without you. Not after he lost so much...

He will baby you. Ask him for anything, and he'll get it. Even if it's a 10000000$ useless thing.

Does get sick alone with you and you both take care of each other. Wukong + Macaque

Macaque is the more calm one out of them both.

At least one of them gets sick.

Macaque takes you to the doctor. And if the doctor says their is nothing they can do, Wukong will scare them into doing it...

Wukong baby's you more then Macaque does. Like, in the affectionate way. Macaque tries to, but he's not use to it.

They both def sneaked a immortal peach into your food. Wukong was hesitant but Macaque reassured him that it's for the best.

Being Red Son's Lava Haired sister

based on these headcanons written by @pamgkrthwrites.

These headcanons caused me to create an oc named Huoqiáng, who is in the reader's place in the @pamgkrthwrites headcanons.

Red Son

Oh boy

He is a tsundere big brother

He is six years older than you

When Huoqiáng was pregnant he was a little upset he would have to share his parents love

Once you were born, he now wants to keep you safe

As you get older, and your horns grow he'll help make it hurt less

Because of his fire powers, he can touch your lava hair

Braids you hair when you ask

Teaches you how to use your fire powers better

That training he did with Mei, he'll do that with you

When you mess up, he will protect you and then give you crap for whatever you did

After the LBD incident, he becomes even more protective of you

He now makes sure you keep your powers and skills up to par

Tries to keep you from being friends with Mk and Mei before the LBD

Now he just sighs and tells you to be smarter than those two

Tries you no different because you're a girl, his mother made him drink his respect woman juice

Once you're friends with Mei and MK... you'll give him a heart attack

Helps you take care of your horns

Makes sure no one gets away with mocking you

When she learns you're Red Son's sister, like MK, nothing changes but she does mess with Red Son more

Wants to take you on motorcycle rides

After finding out the samedi fire thing, and the LBD she is happy you're by her side

When she gets a handle on her new power, she is by your side more

Is happy you and your brother are heroic now

Will plot the murder of anyone who mocks you because of your half sister status

Pigsy

You give him a heart attack and grey hairs

He first meets you... you put him on edge

When you become friends with MK and Mei, he gets used to you

Makes you noodles, you still have to pay

At some point, he starts seeing you as another one of his kids

When he learns you're Red Son's sister, he is now worried for his sanity and your safety

Tries to get you to be a nicer kid

Doesn't like your fire powers because he's worried you, or someone else, might get hurt or his shop might burn

Is impressed with your horns and is curious on how you grow lava hair

After LBD, he respects and cares a little more for you

When you're in his shop and someone mocks you... a wooden spoon will meet their face

He is confused at first. But somewhat understands?

When they happen, he rushes to your home, and keeps you safe. "Don't worry babe, their not real".

At first, he thinks it a demon. But it's been happening since you where little. So it can't be a demon.

He is staying by your side no matter what.

He helps you through it, by turning on music and turning on/off lights and holding you close.

Wukong

He doesn't get it. But he tries his hardest to help out.

He will attack anything that you see. You just got to point to where you seen it and he tears the room apart.

He puts on gentle music to help you calm down/sleep.

He will not leave your side. Once he left a whole ass fight because you where scared. He just put the demon/person on pause as he goes to you.

Macaque

He takes care of you. He tells you how their is nothing their, that nothing is going to get you, that no one is here besides you both.

He calms you down, and cuddles you if your seeing/hearing things.

He loves you, and he doesn't care that your brain is like this. He will help you out. He owns you his life after all. He can't live without you.

He is very attentive to you, and makes sure to be close to you always.

Mk

MK screams, full on screams when he sees you!

He's pulling out fur/skin/scales and is sobbing. Wukong calms him down after a while. "Relax kid, they'll be fine." Wukong says, and looks you over.

Once he calms down, he's hugging you, telling you that your ok.

After the first week, he works hard to find a way to turn you back.

If he fails, he will cry and tell you how sorry he is. And how he's a frailer of a boyfriend he is.

He he does turn you back, he'll never let you out of his sights again. Wukong

Wukong scratches his head. "Well this is new." He's so old, nothing really shocks him anymore.

He doesn't care what you look like, your still his Peaches.

He does look for a way for you to turn back.

He does like you like this too. Bonus points if your a Monkey or some small cute animal.

He'll help you feel more at home in your new body, and the changes that come with it. Macaque

He's asking you if your ok, he's all over you, crying, feeling like he's a frailer.

He'll chase down the person who did this, and A, make them change you back(if their is a way), or B, beat the living shit out of the person who did that to you.

No matter what you change into, he'll keep you away from the world. He just can't let you get hurt, can't lose you. Not after he last so much.

He tires to not notice how you change, but you have. And Macaque is more then willing then to help you out. Mei

She's scared, she thought it was acid or something, and that you where really hurt.

Mei in panic, she rushes to you, and crying, asking if your going to leave her, leave the world. (Aka, asking if your going to die)

Once you don't, she calms down and looks you over. 100% blames Wukong for this.

She treats you like a Queen/King when you both get home. You can't even get up before Mei is telling you to lay back down and that she will get it.

Evil MK x Wukong's successor! Reader (Love like you)

Your Wukong's successor, (Y/n). And your now stuck, on the same team with MK. He's Macaque's successor. And you don't trust him one bit.

"Don't look at me like that." MK dismisses your glare. "It's not like I want to be here. But I guess I got to save the world." MK rolled his eyes, he's annoyed. You rolled your eyes at him. "Not like I want you to be here. This was all Wukong's idea." I muttered, and crossed my arms. "Whatever. I bet you missed me." MK laughs, and sits down next to me. "I missed punching you." I said, and gave him a light hit on the shoulder. "Come on! Hit me harder!" MK gets up, and gets into his stance. I got up too, and just as we where about to punch each other, Wukong and Macaque stopped us. "Save it for when we're saving the world." Wukong playfully gave you a knuckle sandwich. You laughed, "Cut it out!" You pushed him away, playfully. Macaque can't help but to glare at you both. He's successor, MK, followed him, glaring at you and Wukong for your playfulness. "This is very serous, and you two are playing?" Macaque asks, still giving us both a harsh cold glare. "Oh ya, and your a ray of sunshine." Wukong rolls his eyes, and crosses his arms. "Come on (Y/n), we need to train." Wukong says, and drags you along. MK looks a little hurt when you left. "Don't let them get to you. And don't catch feelings for the enemy." Macaque said coldly. He walks away, and motions MK to follow.

After the long training, they all sat down at the table to eat before the big fight. MK and (Y/n) sat right next to each other, on the opposite side of their respected mentors. "Ugh, you eat like a pig." MK whispers as he sees Wukong eat. "Rude." Wukong stares at MK. MK rolled his eyes. "Ya ya." He muttered before looking to you. He can't help but to feel something for you. You are his type after all. MK shock his head. No he can't be feeling this for Wukong's successor! They're the enemy. And that's that. MK's mentor given Wukong a glance and then looked away as soon as Wukong looked up. "Well, do you like the food?" MK was snapped out of it when (Y/n) spoke to him. "Ya. It's ok." MK says, and slurps up the noodles. "Good. I made sure to put extra poison in it." You giggled. MK stops eating and stares at you. He then shoves the noodles into your mouth. "If I'm dying your going down with me." MK says, coldly. You can't help but to giggle and eat the noodles. To a outsider, you two seem like a couple. A really nice one too. But your both not. And MK reminds himself that everyday. "They're the enemy." MK muttered. (Y/n) looked up at him. "Did you say something?" (Y/n) asks. MK shocks his head. "Just, talking to myself." MK said, and gone back to eating his noodles.
