Black History Month
February may be #BlackHistoryMonth, but today and every day, we celebrate #BlackHistory, Black contributions to society and accomplishments, and we listen & learn from Black voices. One of the most powerful voices is 22-year-old Youth Poet Laureate Amanda G., who has overcome an auditory processing disorder and speech articulation challenges and made waves with her poem "The Hill We Climb," a stirring ode to the resilience of democracy. Creative Spirit celebrates individuals like Amanda, who represent the strengths and talents of people of all backgrounds. We have learned so much this year, beginning with the alarming barriers to employment for our #POC and #BPOC with #disabilities. The time for change is now, and we're here to support that change—# #HireDifferent in 2021. #BHM #DisabilityEmployment #Disability #Inclusion #Neurodiverse #InclusionInTheWorkplace #Inclusion #DisabilityEmployment #SpecialNeeds #NeurodiversityAtWork #AbilityFirstTalent #DiverseTalentPipeline
