5 Foods That Cause Inflammation
5 Foods That Cause Inflammation
Many diets, particularly those high in added sugar, processed carbohydrates, fried foods, alcohol, and high-temperature-cooked meats, can lead to inflammation and chronic disease. Depending on the circumstances, inflammation can be beneficial or detrimental. On the one hand, it’s your body’s natural defence mechanism when you’re hurt or unwell. It can assist your body protect against sickness…

it seems to be human engineering is optimizing its communication devices in the same way that mother nature does. this accidental overlapping disrupts our underlying endogenous EM fields since we are constantly influenced by exogenous EM fields (all electric, magnetic, and RF fields). It has to do with the resonance of the frequency response and less about the dosage. Once your body notices these fields, they instantly trigger inflammation cascades that last as long as you are in the field. the skin manages to mitigate a lot of this incoming radiation however too many pollutants are exacerbating how exogenous RF fields affect people. RF fields can suppress the immune system in the same way you would suppress it from working out constantly without proper rest in between. it's the lack of rest which is the problem. I like to say babies are now baptized in the electromagnetic fields since some are born in rooms bathed in wifi radiation. parents just dont understand and it would be heartbreaking if only they didnt get in their own way. for now compassion will suffice until people decide to become educated by proper authority. Some frequencies are safe/healthy and some are dangerous. By engineering over a large swath of frequencies, we overlap too many frequencies over our own to our own detriment. Humans are a musical scale of frequencies which uses harmony and disharmony to create stability in our lives. All we need to do is tune the frequencies away from the unhealthy frequencies to frequencies of harmony. For now, it stands that at least 80% of the 5G frequencies are disharmonious to life. if you add the negligence of some people who lean into denying this emerging science, they (industry hardware designers) take liberties with cell tower strengths that make people sick as demand grows for the network strength to increase even further. the communication industry knows this and the insurance agencies know this and that's why these communications companies are not insured. they're effectively building the infrastructure to the point we can't take it down and so adaptation will be the next step towards rebuilding society. for now, children will rage, parents will rage, society will rage for the underlying infllammation is keeping everyone on the cusp of fight or flight.

Sudden Loss of Vision Associated with Use of Systemic Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs | Chapter 08 | Emerging Research in Medical Sciences Vol. 1
Non-steroidal anti inflammatory agents have long been used in ocular therapeutics as a result of their effect on infllammation coupled with the undesirable side effects of steroids in Ophthalmology. Bleeding peptic ulcers have been strongly associated with use of oral non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs. We present the case of a 51 year old male patient who presented with 4 days history of visual loss in his right eye following the use of 400 mg Ibuprofen three times a day for 3 days one week prior to presentation. Fundus examination revealed a pre-retinal hemorrhage. There may be need to be cautious with the use of these drugs.

Yesterday I tried fasting and exercising. The idea here is to have a define period of inflammation in the hopes that it will lessen the chronic inflammation that I suffer from generally. So I don’t have breakfast or any food until like 3 or 4 pm. I will have coffee. Yesterday for instance I did this, and cycled in  to town, about 10km, went to the library and then came back. I see it as myself focusing on burning fat and improving the health of my circulatory system. Then I break the fast.
I have done this before back when I working on the mainland. I walked to the Skytrain Station on my way to work and focused on breathing deeply and walking briskly. I also had not had food. I found that something was changing, it was interesting really. I was in Whole Foods having pizza after my day and realized that I was much more aware, that I could feel the air on my skin. Normally my sense aren’t that sharp and I have something going on that bothers me whether its sinus irritation or abominable discomfort. Another thing is that my smell was different, and I was reminded of my life when I was 4 or 5 years old. I suspect that because of what I was doing my infllammation all  over was reduced and my body was working better. The sinus pressure was reduced. Perhaps also I fought back a fungal infection just by exercising, breathing consciously, and depriving my body of food and especially dietary glucose in my morning walk before work.
I am struggling for sure and it’s not clear if anything is working, but I will record what I am doing. I am here for a reason, I am having the thoughts I am having for a reason. I do have good understanding of the body and I will share my experiments even though they are draconian and probably incite scorn. I am just a 33 year old, who believes in practical solutions and is willing to take unconventional paths in the hopes of success.
