Or, maybe they're not your favorite, but they were dolls that piqued your interest and you notice them every time you see them. "Maybe someday," you might think to yourself. But these brands are ever reliable, always there, so there's no danger of the doll going away.

Is there a doll or company that is an intermittent passing fancy, one to catch your eye when you remember they exist? If all bjd production were to shut down, which doll do you think you'd feel fomo for the most?

YEAH. Including my Eve Studio cat, I have 8 (holy shit), with two more ordered. I prefer to keep my collection small, so that I can stay focused, but I do want to get a Minifee this year, so I may end up with 11. As long as every doll still has a defined aesthetic/concept and still inspires me, I’m fine with that. :) I mostly keep Pinterest boards for their aesthetics, so I’ll link them on the list below.

Plans:

A minifee sometime this year. I’m not a huge fan of most of their faces, so it’s delaying my decision as I debate which to get. Of course, the one I do like is Liria, for fuck’s sake. I like Sionna, but she’s only F60, as far as I know.

If Iplehouse releases FID Ashanti or Bibiane, I’m snapping her up.

If I find a Luts Zuzu Delf Ghost Knight Velo fullset, I’m snapping it up.

I took these months ago to show a little about the curl-up ability of the DF-H body for @charlietheskonk - It usually doesn’t take this long to edit the pics, and I planned so much more for the location (a ruin bar) but right at the start this old tourist guy started to harass me, and though his friend took him away after I told them off, it still killed the whole mood :(

It’s been a hot minute since I posted - so have some new arrivals plus Aeron’s new face!

AdVillage V.Nanuri 2022 will be Damien and is on his way as we speak! I’m so excited but also I’ve hopped all abroad the tiny train and I don’t know how to get off.

The other is a Fairyland Fairyline body for the AdVillage V.Nanuri 2023 head currently being held hostage by the USA customs. D; Same with my other two tinies I ordered. Lmao I ordered her with a Lami head whom is on her way to @adrenaline-aesthetics and I am so excited to see her painted!

Last is Aeron who just got painted by Bangerang before she closed. I’m so happy but now I need a wig for her. Lol what is a finished doll.
