Gralla had always found the old sea monster traditions outdated; sink a few human ships and terrorize the coastlines. When the humans are scared enough, they'll give them a sacrifice to be left alone.

After some relentless nagging from their peers, Gralla had caved.

All respectable sea monsters recieves human sacrifices, something about offering their purest or whatever. Human or not, Gralla just needed a sacrifice for the other sea monsters to get off their back and didn't care for what it was. Or so they thought.

At the day of the collection, Gralla was not prepared for what was tied to the other end of the rope. And it was happily wagging its tail at their arrival.

A dog.

Gralla destroyed the human port in a fit of rage, but ultimately accepted the purest sacrifice and took it with them.

Gralla is now trying to figure out how to care for it.

hello there sunshine, it is headcanons time

I love these things, thank you so much! It almost took me longer to choose among the ships that to come up with some headcanon, so I’m sorry if I’m replying just now. I’ll go with my rare pairs because I shuck with headcanons. On a side note, they are hard, but I enjoy so much doing them so if you feel like asking for more, I’m here. 

SANSA X HARROLD (asoiaf - modern!AU)1. Harrold is the ultimate jock. Really, he is the kind of person who can play every sport you can think about, and be a pro in them, though, his only exceptions are winter sports. And especially ice skating. The first time he was at the Starks’ for Christmas, someone proposed a ‘girls vs boys’ hockey match which ended up with lots of Harrold’s blackmail material on Sansa’s phone. 2. Sansa is seriously frightened about how well Harrold gets along with Arya. She’s not jealous, she’s just aware that nothing good can come from their friendship. 3. Harrold carries Sansa’s bags every time she drags him to the mall. By now, he doesn’t even bother any more about pretending to be annoyed with that. 4. Sansa has a crush on Harrold since the first time she saw him when both Harrold and Robb were in high school, and they were rivals in football matches. Of course, he doesn’t have to know it, does he?5. Harrold punched Petyr in the face when he knew about the awkward kiss they shared once Sansa was in the Vale for Christmas.

LUKE X PENELOPE (Criminal Minds)1. Penelope doesn’t want to admit to herself in the first place to have her head over the heels for Luke, so she keeps to find dates for him. Everyone else is so done with this. 2. Luke is an excellent profiler, but a disaster of a human being when it comes to him. He can give advice and foreshadow things for the others, but when these things concern him, he’s completely clueless. He’s sure Penelope figured out his feelings for her and isn’t interested. 3. “I’ll use Google until you ask Luke out.” AKA what JJ and Emily say to Penelope everytime they need her. 4. Luke asks Dave dates advice. Dave, being Dave, books a table for two at his favourite Italian restaurant in DC. Luke, instead of asking Penelope out, pretends it’s an undercover mission. Penelope figures out it’s not in half a second but says nothing. 5. After a mission, Luke comes back only to find Penelope on his couch, cuddling with both her cat and his dog, and seriously, after having caught a serial killer, it’s the purest image ever and helps him to remember why he chose this job in the first place.

GIULIANO X VANESSA (Da Vinci’s Demons)1. “You can marry your children for political alliances, your brother and I belong together.” Something that Vanessa very likely would say to Lorenzo. It’s pratically canon tbqh2. Giuliano looms in the corners of Leonardo’s workshop every time he portrays Vanessa. (in the show Leonardo is bi and had a sort of romance with Vanessa which is the only reason why this headcanon exists.)3. Secret marriage. Just because they can do it; it’s not even something they planned. One morning Giuliano wakes up, and tells Vanessa “let’s get married”, and she agrees.4. Only Nico, Zoroaster and Leonardo know, which also means that they don’t lose an occasion to call her “Monna De’ Medici”. Giuliano loves it.5. In this headcanon, Giuliano doesn’t die. After the Pazzis’ conjuring, Giuliano tells his brother they married, and he and Vanessa leave for Rome where they raise their child.

FLAUREL (htgawm)1. They don’t argue. Not since Frank entered law school as well. They turn everything into a lawsuit. It helps them both with their studies. 2. It doesn’t work, and they become pretty mean toward each other. But made up sex had been invented for this reason. 3. Once, Frank made a mistake to finish the coffee without going out and buying it. He slept on the couch for the following week. (“You are breastfeeding, you can’t even drink coffee.” “I need to know there’s coffee at home!”) 4. “Frank stop to spoil our child!” He’s not going to stop. 5. Asher is always at their place. They don’t even care also because Asher loves to babysit and by now Frank refers to him as “our adult son”.

CRYSTAL X MAXIMUS (Inhumans) this can be angst-ish, but I don’t even know1. Crystal kind of hates Medusa because she knows Maximus was in love with her.2. Lockjaw never liked Maximus, which, usually, would have brought Crystal do not trust the man herself. She blamed her dog behaviour on the fact that Maximus never tried to establish a relationship with him. 3. When he takes the Moon, she tries to make him reason about the consequences of his actions.4. Maximus cares about Crystal, but his blinded by his thirst for power and doesn’t listen to her. He secretly wants to make her his queen.5. When BlackBolt comes on Earth without Maximus, Crystal attacks her brother-in-law. She, of course, doesn’t want to hurt him, though she’s too outraged to think straight especially because she is aware that she won’t be able to go back on the Moon to rescue and free Maximus.
