#Iyami’s dog

Thinking about the fact the Osomatsu-san writers gave Iyami a dog for exactly one episode in season 2 and he was so ultimately irrelevant to the skit he showed up in that everyone thought he was only formally introduced in the show so he could be used in merch like ESP Kitty but then, apart from a brief cameo in the last episode of the season, he never appeared again either in the show or in merch. What did they mean by that

Long full 3 days of drawing most of the side characters as MatsuInus. This is in regards to the recent animated series that has been announced in the MatsuInu's (https://matsuinu-anime.com/profile/)

I'm hoping that the series will have other characters in the series beings involved so I created some designs.

I often joke that I wouldn’t fix Iyami, I would “train” him to behave like you would do to a dog but to tell the truth I don’t think I have it in me to train an animal. My pets are INCREDIBLY spoiled. I don’t even like giving them medicine because I feel bad I’m being “mean” to them.

Totoko is disillusioned with him and also kind of hates Len because “he’s stealing all her admirers”. And also she thinks his open swooning over Osomatsu is REALLY gross. so she’s in the camp of planning his demise next to Cyber. But for now they’re kind of gossip buddies and catch up because he’s willing to give her attention and feeds into her desire for approval.

Len thinks they’re friends though. Because of course he does. Like he thinks Totoko is a bit abrasive and doesn’t like how… explosive she can be. but still he gossips with her whenever they encounter each other. He admittedly had a bit of a crush on her during highschool but after it fading in favor of just spending time in his room, and then getting out and seeing her be more destructive more openly he’s like. Ah. Okay. Whatever. I guess we’ll just be friends.

Iyami would be a mega hater of him too, because he’s like in the exact opposite situation he is (going from no one knowing him to being a star of the district, instead of the opposite) if it weren’t for the fact he almost . pities the guy. But then Len treated him with genuine kindness and helped him out once and so he has a higher opinion of him. Initial introductions be damned.

Len genuinely likes Iyami though. They got off on the wrong foot initially, since the Matsunos influenced him to call Iyami bitchless with a fuel heart during their first meeting, and he thinks Iyami’s still shady to this day. But like he doesn’t mind helping Iyami out since Iyami gives him a hand too. He’ll go along with Iyami’s shenanigans often and ends up being the fall guy a lot. But like no one’s ever mad at him because everyone loves himmmm. Because of this Iyami often gets to encourage Len to be a bit more evil and is also one of the people to get Len to stop being less of a “model adult” outwardly. Which Len genuinely appreciates.

Chibita’s kind of chill with him. He thinks he’s kind of like a wet dog but appreciates him whenever they do talk. They both give each other genuine advice. Plus Len brings more business to him with people wanting to eat where he’s eaten so he can’t complain too much.

Chibita’s stand is Len’s favorite place to drink though. He can often rely on Chibita whenever people swarm him too much to shoo them off and “drink somewhere else.” (Since Len won’t ever make them go away himself) Especially since he can rely on Len to actually pay (and he pays generously because of his poor money habits). He also appreciates Chibita’s from stopping him from. Spending too much though. Because no other bar or stand has really stopped him from spending as much as he can when he really gets started. Chibita’s place is like a safe space for him.

Nyaachan and Len are kind of besties. Like totoko introduced the two and they just kind of. Clicked instantly. So now they kind of hang out as akatsuka celebrities who look like autism creatures when out under the microscope. Plus Len is REALLY good with her daughter and her daughter always asks when they can see Len again. So Len ends up being a tertiary babysitter for her whenever Totoko and Dobusu are unavailable. He loves it though, he likes kids a lot :)

I have no thoughts these days so I'm gonna post what the staff should do to improve the anime:

Osomatsu - give this man a puppy to spoil l want him to insist a toy breed is gonna grow up to be huge. Look at his paws!! His ears!! He's going to be a great guard dog! He's so cute and widdle

Karamatsu - next time they kill him let him come back as a ghost and the episode is from his pov. I want to see him get his revenge.

Choromatsu - give him a gun fr

Ichimatsu - more and less moe! Make him more moe but also grotesque. He should make me wanna fawn and puke I cannot explain more

Jyushimatsu - let him kill for real

Totoko - also gets a pet but it's a goldfish and also a little pet shop of horrors parody so she feeds her enemies (Iyami, the brothers and others) to the goldfish. Totonyaa real.

hesokuri wars is shutting down!

yep, the app that's been going for 6 years strong is finally shutting down. the staff made 4 tweets about it which you can find here (one, two, three, four), but basically they say,

"hesokuri wars is shutting down and a new game is being made. the game will shut down on October 2nd, 2022 at 15:00 (JST). thank you for playing the game. we're renewing all the previous events and adding new event(s?) for the ending of the game. the new game will be called "osomatsu-san's main battle poko ball"* and will be made this winter. tweets about it will come from this same account."

Most to least likely to steal something out of your house for no damn reason:

Hatabou - would steal your life, your money, your wife, your house, your soul and whatever else you got on hand. He will eat alive and then pass out the leftovers at a high mark up.

Osomatsu - if you were foolish enough to leave this man in your home unattended and didn't check his pockets when he's ready to go that's on you. He steals from his mama, his daddy and all five of his brothers. You ain't special. He will walk out with your whole ass TV if you don't say nothing. Don't ask him to hold your bag because you will not have it anymore. He is a thief.

Totoko - might just take something but would leave a small gift in return. She stole your phone charger but there's a small sardine under your pillow <3 take a penny, leave a penny. She will foul up your house, it'll smell like baked salmon for weeks.

Nyaa - would steal if she hated you. Otherwise would not steal. If she hated you she's dragging your couch out.

Iyami - Iyami's number 3 because I feel like you'd need to slight him prior, I don't think he'd randomly pocket something unless he was having hard times. He would eat the food out of your fridge without asking, and put his whole unwashed mouth on your containers in the fridge, touching his teeth and all. Beware of that.

Jyushimatsu - Like Totoko he would leave something of equal importance to him which could be literally anything. Could be money, could be whatevers he got in his pockets. Whatever he gives it will not be of the same monetary value, but you may find extra luck within the week if you thank him sincerely for stealing from your home.

Karamatsu - just kinda felt like it. He'd spin it saying he missed you as his friend or whatever but the truth is he jus wanted the object in question for his own. Will wear the accessory to your house or with you and puppy dog cry if you accuse him of theft. When you successfully call you on it he'll be like "I took it because I was thinking of you and wanted a piece of you with me" but he's lying thru his teeth.

Choromatsu - I just feel like he'd look you dead in the eyes after laughing at a joke he didn't like and walk out with your wiimote. Blank and beady eyed about it too. He wants you to see it and he'll bring it back multiple times to remind you he has it in his possession.

Todomatsu - much lower on the list than most people expect but he generally doesn't shit where he eats, even if he hates someone he plays it safe, plus he's more of a 'if someone put down a million dollars and a book on how to make a million dollars, I'm taking the book" sort of idiot who'd instantly regret it. Absolutely would take something small like your snacks or an eraser, or really anything if he really likes you and it's small and pocketable. He actually wants it to think of you for.

Ichimatsu - would not steal and would not go to your house. Meet him on neutral grounds or don't meet him at all.

Chibita - would not steal simply because he is the only good person in the entire cast.

Finished season two of osomatsu, wasn't as good as the first but i did like it, while there were bits that did have me gasping for air it wasn't as frequent as with S1, i loved the bits that where like mini stories! I love when u put guys into situations like taxi driver Kara, little spirit girl oso and president dekapan i think those may go on for a bit too long but i appreciate the kind of humor where run a joke into the ground, i still laughed! The vulgar humor felt somehow even more vulgar and yes i still laughed, i don't care that much for iyami but his episodes keep being either really funny or really sad and i appreciate it also also!! Oso n Kara !!!! I love the shitty eldest and how they got more bits i liked that also totty being the joke in S2 was good i think he can take it better his straight man act also gets called out it's fun this post somehow turned into a review whoops

The openings!!! The endings!!! I swear all the funds for this anime go into them and not enough into making the jokes funnier but I'm ok with that actually osomatsu San can be a little trashy,as a treat

Two last episodes where good, idk how else to say it the way the characters behave + how they have to return to status quo bc the nature of a gag anime is both heartbreaking and hilarious

I also watched the movie bc as i said earlier i feel kind of a completionist vibe here bc i actually just wanted to watch the movie bc i saw a karamatsu clip on yt n my love reawakened it was actually all sorts of embarrassing tbh, soil had to watch S2 but before that i had to get refamiliarized with the characters so i had to rewatch S1 but then i had to go watch clips on yt an Nico and it was whole thing u know, I've had a busy week.amyway the movie was good! Cried at the end i love nozomi lots and I'm upset she's movie exclusive the music was not bad but also not the best but also i was too busy laughing to NOTICE the score in this y'know, ALSO THE REUNION WAS PAINFUL TO WATCH AAA A y'know how when Kara says something cringe or painful like those hurt a certain way but I'm too endeared for it to actually matter THIS was next level cringe and maybe it's just bc I'm a twenty xxxxxxx year old or whatever but i actually felt physical pain during that which is estrange! We don't have school reunions here??! I may not have a job but I'm still studying and also doin internships so while the pain of being a useless fuck in society or whatever should hit to deep It did!! The power of anime it's strong dog i wanna get a job now? Wack! It was a good movie 10/10 would force my friends to watch it with me, karamatsu was real cute!!<3

may have spent the whole day in CCT basically.......... I finished google translating everything and then at the end of the playthrough I was going off of...youtuber Mecha Taco shows some of the single flitz mode which I assumed was just song selects but you get to play as ANY character in the game...I tried it and there’s five rounds where you play against another character and it’s super fun and cute and makes the game have WAYYY more playability to it.......there’s even these little babies in the background of one of the songs in the game and you can play as even them for example...if a character has ever had a dance animation they will be playable, and they will have a name...I’m losing my mind...

also I beat Spica’s story on hard the whole way through!!
