Cycling, Tour of Switzerland: Denz at the photo finish, first place in Fuglsang
Cycling, Tour of Switzerland: Denz at the photo finish, first place in Fuglsang
In the cycling Tour of Switzerland, ravaged by Covid-19, the surprises do not end: it even took the photo finish to settle the question linked to the winner of a mountain stage, who went to Nico Denz. On the sixth stage (177.5km from Locarno to Moosalp) the German won ahead of the French Clement Champoussin, second, and the Spanish José Herrada, third. First of the Italians Fausto Masnada, who…

The short final stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné had a bit of everything. Four mountain passes and multiple storylines were crammed into 115 breathless kilometres of racing, as Jakob Fuglsang (Astana) triumphed at Plateau de Solaison to snatch the overall race victory from Richie Porte (BMC) by just 10 seconds, while Chris Froome (Sky) faded in the closing kilometres to fall short of a podium place.

Stage whatever we're on I've lost track overview because it was amazing
Me vs loving James Knox, Tao Geoghegan Hart and Jakob Fuglsang and therefore being disappointed by the result even tho someone I liked won it
Also me vs not being able to spell Tao Geoghegan Hart
Angel Madrazo losing the jersey? The biggest crime this year imma hella miss him looking confused n cute on the podium this Geoffrey guy is not doing it for me I'm sorry
James is now 11th on gc I'm so happy but the fact there's not enough mountains for him to get into the top 10 is rUdE
The universe not wanting me to get an ineos stage win: the saga continues
The gc battle is so exciting I'm
Especially the 3rd place/young riders jersey it's so close n they're both so cute n I am in love with Tadej Pogocar
He reminds me of Dan Martin like his cycling style mixed with the fact they have the same team kit? My brain was tripping
Me being proud of Marc Soler? It's more likely than you'd think. Like bitch is doing so much domestique work for movistar and barely being dropped on the hardest climbs and actually dropping Valverde in the end god I love him they better support him next year or I will fight
Quintana losing his top 5 place? Satisfying
James Knox 🤝 Roglic
Looking cute after the stage in their dumb hats
