Monster Dabi AU update, starting with Hellhound! It turned into quite the venture and I apologize :’ ) (This is why I’m so GODDAMN SLOW) Also bonus Throne Hawks concept (Jeanne is my friend @druidickats‘ char!!! I ship them <3 - I kept forgetting to draw Hawks’ halo tho I’m apology). I have a TON of other ideas for this AU, like what other BNHA chars are in their class and stuff and anyway there’s a list for that at the end! (This isn’t even everything LMAO there’s a LOT MORE than this).
I have a whole world with lore and world-building and demon/angel types. All the warlocks at this school usually dress preppy, and Abiteth did too, but after she summons Dabi her inner goth gets freed. Pact requirements depend on the demon/angel type. I don’t mind talking more about it before I finish all the concepts, I’ll probably try to draw each of the different types, but you can ask if you’re curious!

(They look too young here so this will change but it was a rough “Outfit 1″ concept)
Tumblr media
All chars listed here were either aged up to 20-23 age bracket, or aged down to 20-23 age bracket (re: Hiro/Ammon). Demon/Angel chars are technically immortal but would present around the same age as their warlock (physical/mental). Also here’s the teachers for fun (most of these are me and my bae @calywitsune‘s WoW otps because I NEEDED MORE TEACHERS and I don’t gravitate toward many BNHA chars to be completely honest - I LITERALLY only care about Dabi).

⭐from Zebodah to Jeanne, or maybe Nadia to Jeanne ^ω^
The mage looks her up and down once more before smiling, “They say you can be stubborn, but let’s be honest: is that really a bad trait anymore? Just by looking at you I can tell you are headstrong and able, you know who you are. Your friends and family speak nothing but praise; you do them and your people well. They are all so proud of you, and rightly so.”

I’m anxious about the election and our crumbling democracy et cetera et cetera so I’m gonna distract myself by making some Oscar predictions, lol.
I don’t think I’ve officially made any yet, but with the nominations a good five months away, might as well start making some guesses!
All predictions in alphabetical order, not likelihood of happening.
BEST PICTURE
The Father
Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom
Mank
Minari
News of the World
Nomadland
One Night in Miami
Soul
The Trial of the Chicago 7
Keeping an eye on: Da 5 Bloods; Judas and the Black Messiah; The Midnight Sky; The United States vs. Billie Holiday
Weird year!
It’s easy to imagine that the top four will shake out to be Mank (which will lead the nomination count, is a likely Director winner, and could easily take the whole thing), Nomadland, News of the World, and The Father. Beyond that, I have no idea!
Miami and Ma Rainey feel fairly safe.
I’m trying to manifest a Room-esque haul for Minari.
I don’t see Trial having the passion to carry it all the way to March as a top contender, but it’s basic enough to make it into Best Picture with support from actors and writers.
It’ll be neat to see if Soul can be the first animated nominee here since Toy Story 3.
BEST DIRECTOR
Lee Isaac Chung (Minari)
David Fincher (Mank)
Paul Greengrass (News of the World)
Florian Zeller (The Father)
Chloé Zhao (Nomadland)
Keeping an eye on: Aaron Sorkin (The Trial of the Chicago 7); Regina King (One Night in Miami); George C. Wolfe (Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom); Lee Daniels (The United States vs. Billie Holiday); Spike Lee (Da 5 Bloods)
Predicting winners this far out is a fool’s errand, but this will likely be an easy win for Fincher.
Again, I’m holding out hope for Chung and Minari, and it’s worth noting that the directors branch tends to appreciate movies anchored around a child performance -- Room and Beasts of the Southern Wild both surprised here, so it’s not totally unrealistic.
Unless something really wild happens, Zhao looks primed to become the sixth woman nominated for Best Director, and the first woman of color.
Regina King stands a chance at joining her, which would be really, really cool.
George C. Wolfe might get squeezed in if both Chadwick Boseman and Viola Davis end up as frontrunners for their respective awards.
BEST ACTOR
Chadwick Boseman (Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom)
Tom Hanks (News of the World)
Anthony Hopkins (The Father)
Gary Oldman (Mank)
Steven Yeun (Minari)
Keeping an eye on: Delroy Lindo (Da 5 Bloods); Kingsley Ben-Adir (One Night in Miami); Lakeith Stanfield (Judas and the Black Messiah)
The late, great Boseman will officially be going lead for Ma Rainey, which makes things interesting. He would have been a slam-dunk winner in Supporting Actor, but in leading, he is now competing with Hopkins, whose reviews are out-of-this-world. It’s going to be awfully tight, and honestly, I don’t know who I’d predict to win right now. Either way, it’s all-but-guaranteed that Boseman will join the likes of Jeanne Eagels, James Dean, Spencer Tracy, Ralph Richardson, and Massimo Troisi as a posthumous acting nominee. If he wins, he’ll be the third, after Peter Finch and Heath Ledger.
Depending on how well Netflix handles all of their contenders, I’m worried for Yeun and Lindo here. I’d love for both to get in, but I just can’t see Hanks or Oldman missing out, especially if both of their films end up being major Best Picture contenders. Since I’m predicting Minari to do better than Bloods across the board, I’ll predict Yeun to make history as the first East Asian Best Actor nominee over Lindo.
Judas and the Black Messiah is basically the biggest question mark in the race right now. Its release and eligibility is up in the air and as are its category placement for its two leads (Daniel Kaluuya and Lakeith Stanfield). If the film comes out and delivers, I could see it sliding into Best Picture as well as nabbing a nomination for one or both of them. Actor is tighter than Supporting, though, so it might make sense for the studio to push previous nominee Kaluuya (who has the flashier role) into supporting.
BEST ACTRESS
Viola Davis (Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom)
Andra Day (The United States vs. Billie Holiday)
Frances McDormand (Nomadland)
Carey Mulligan (Promising Young Woman)
Kate Winslet (Ammonite)
Keeping an eye on: Amy Adams (Hillbilly Elegy); Jennifer Hudson (Respect); Vanessa Kirby (Pieces of a Woman); Sophia Loren (The Life Ahead); Meryl Streep (The Prom)
Honestly, this category is deep this year. So much so that the five I left off (Adams, Hudson, Kirby, Loren, Streep) could make sense as a lineup in any other year, and I expect most of them will pop up at the different precursors (Streep won’t come near the Oscar -- probably -- but she is guaranteed a spot at the Golden Globes).
I can easily see a world in which Davis is the one to beat: her role is juicy as hell and a Best Actress Oscar feels inevitable for her. However, if Boseman ends up winning Best Actor -- which is very possible! -- the situation becomes a bit tougher. It’s really hard for movies to win both Actor and Actress unless they’re, like, top five Best Picture material, and I don’t know if Ma Rainey will end up that high.
Keeping a sharp eye on Andra Day! Early buzz is great, it’s a juicy role that’s already been nominated for Best Actress (Diana Ross in 1972), and this could end up being a real star-is-born type moment. She’s the only other person who makes sense to me as a possible winner.
Mulligan is my wildcard prediction, lol. She’ll probably miss out to someone like Adams (unless Hillbilly gets completely destroyed) or maybe even Loren (whose narrative writes itself).
BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR
Sacha Baron Cohen (The Trial of the Chicago 7)
Charles Dance (Mank)
Daniel Kaluuya (Judas and the Black Messiah)
Leslie Odom, Jr. (One Night in Miami)
Eddie Redmayne (The Trial of the Chicago 7)
Keeping an eye on: Yahya Abdul-Matteen II (The Trial of the Chicago 7); Chadwick Boseman (Da 5 Bloods); Trevante Rhodes (The United States vs. Billie Holiday) Mark Rylance (The Trial of the Chicago 7); Jeremy Strong (The Trial of the Chicago 7); Glynn Turman (Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom)
It’s funny, for a little bit, it looked like some of the possible Best Actor contenders would be pushed supporting (Boseman and Yeun, specifically). Now... well, it’s looking weird.
Trial, which might not even end up a top 5 Best Picture contender, could easily snag two, maybe three, nominations in this category since Netflix announced they’re pushing every actor in supporting. Baron Cohen feels like the surest thing of that cast -- he has one of the flashiest roles and Borat 2 is only helping him stay in the conversation -- and I wouldn’t be surprised if Redmayne happened. He’s basically the lead of the movie. I’m curious if Abdul-Matteen or Rylance or Strong will be able to get in over them. The rest of the cast is (I think) DOA.
If I had to pick a winner today, I’d probably say Sacha Baron Cohen or Leslie Odom, Jr., whose performance as Sam Cooke seems to be getting a lot of attention (along with Kingsley Ben-Adir’s Malcolm X, who might be getting a leading push). That both have other huge projects this year that won’t get them Oscar nominations (Borat 2 and Disney+’s release of Hamilton respectively) only helps their narrative.
I have no idea about Charles Dance, lol. I’m only really picking him because he’s an old veteran character actor (which this category thrives on) and he likely has a major antagonistic role in the Best Picture frontrunner playing a real person (check, check, check!).
BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS
Glenn Close (Hillbilly Elegy)
Olivia Colman (The Father)
Amanda Seyfriend (Mank)
Youn Yuh-Jung (Minari)
Helena Zengel (News of the World)
Keeping an eye on: Saoirse Ronan (Ammonite); Olivia Williams (The Father)
Can Close finally win an Oscar? Or will Colman snatch it from her yet again!? Will Seyfried get swept up in a Best Picture sweep?! Or will Zengel be the one place the Academy can reward News of the World in an above-the-line category?! So much excitement.
Predicting Youn over Ronan mostly in my expectation that Minari will be a bigger deal with the Academy than Ammonite, but conventional (racist) Oscar wisdom tells us that a four-time nominee like Ronan is more likely than a Korean older woman who is mostly unknown American audiences. We’ll have to see!

👀 Spare a crumb of Hravmmon and Shionne for a starving shipper?
👫 Hravart x Ammon
- Ammon has a small collection of carved tusks because Hravart won’t stop giving Ammon his tusks every time they fall out.
- There is a specific place in Dalaran that they will run into each other without fail, at the most inopportune moments; eventually, they figure out how to turn these random encounters into something more planned.
- Hravart has a “bad habit” of tying himself into compromising positions, then asking Ammon to help him out of it, and not letting the poor rogue actually do anything to him during the untying, which leaves Ammon horribly flustered and perfectly susceptible to any and all teasing from the priest.
- Ammon unintentionally figured out exactly what to say that would turn Hravart into a flustered, blushing mess, and he takes advantage of this at any point whenever Hravart teases him. Sometimes, Hravart gets himself worked up on anticipation about it alone.
👫 Shion x Jeanne
- Shion is fully capable of calming Jeanne down with uncanny ease, regardless of whether she is in her worgen form or not. Humorously, he has a tendency to just pick her up and hold her off the ground if she’s in her human form when someone sparks her temper.
- Jeanne discovered, during colder nights, that Shion had a tendency to curl up with his wolves. This resulted in her going into her worgen form and cuddling up with him at night, and waking up with his face buried in her neck fur.
- After a few choice encounters, Shion has little to no concern with showing affection toward Jeanne when she is in her worgen form. She is definitely appreciative of this, because it’s one thing for him to accept her in her human form, and another thing entirely for him to accept her in both.
- They work so flawlessly as a team when Jeanne is in her druid forms that many people mistake her for being one of his pets. In less than favourable territory for members of the Alliance, Shion and Jeanne play into this assumption for her safety; Jeanne is attempting to teach Shion how to shapeshift into either a wolf, or a bird of prey, so that she can do the same for him when they are in territory that is not favourable to the Horde.

“And I know exactly what I’m for, to hurt and destroy and nothing more.” and/or “Does it ever get lonely?” for Shionne ^^
Shion x Jeanne“And I know exactly what I’m for, to hurt and destroy and nothing more.”“Does it ever get lonely?”
UMM I SUFFERED.
@druidickats
The room was entirely trashed: desk broken in half, chairs laying in pieces, and the bed slumped to one side. Covers had been shredded, and curtains had been torn down from their rack.
Jeanne stood in the doorway, stunned - and a yelp escaped her when she heard the mirror in the bathroom shatter, followed by an animalistic snarl.
A vase that had been in the bathroom came flying out next, where it broke against the wall. The pieces tinkled down to the floor, and the noble thought that perhaps it would be in her best interest to leave Shion be.
After all, he stalked out of the bathroom, eyes red with rage, mouth twisted in a snarl. He wore his dark armor, accented by bright blues, and his hands shook with undiluted anger.
But something kept Jeanne tethered there, at the door, and when Shion noticed that someone was there and snapped his furious gaze to her, she wondered if it wasn’t perhaps because of the tears streaming down his face.
It had been a long while since Jeanne had seen Shion snap like this, ever since the war of the thorns occurred. He’d fallen off, and though she’d done what she could to track him, even enlisting her brother’s help, Shion had proven to be a difficult person to pin down.
Until Ammon had narrowed down his location to this run down, clearly abandoned inn, right in the heart of Drustvar.
“What do you want,” Shion snapped, tone flat despite his choice of language.
“I’ve been looking for you,” she replied, digging her fingers into the doorframe, “what happened?”
“None of your fucking business,” he spat, stalking over to the bed, “leave.”
“After I just found you again? I don’t think so,” Jeanne hissed, stepping into the room, and closing the door behind her. Ammon had insisted he stay downstairs, just in case. He had first hand experience with how dangerous Shion could be, and he’d be damned if he let anything happen to his sister.
A pillow smacked against the wall next to her head. She froze.
Sure, pillows were soft, and mostly harmless, but Shion had thrown it with enough force that if he had intended to hit her with it, it surely would have made her lose her balance.
“Leave, Jeanne.”
“Make me, Shion.”
Some taunts were truly meant to be reserved for other situations. Shion’s foot slammed against the door, splintering the wood, and his hand wrapped around Jeanne’s throat. His eyes were wide, and feral, and reminded her too much of a worgen gone utterly mad.
“How does your brother like spiders?”
Jeanne shook, wrapping both hands around Shion’s wrist.
“How ‘bout ones that are on fire?”
“Shion,” she managed, fighting tooth and nail against shifting into a worgen, because that would get her nowhere, “please. This isn’t you.”
“This is me,” he snarled, and his grip around her neck fluctuated between being tight and loose.
“Berserking like this isn’t healthy for you, and you know it,” Jeanne countered. She moved her hands from his wrist to cup  his face, and apparently, his tears weren’t stopping either, “you’re going to get sick.”
Shion’s expression was twisted between rage and despair. Jeanne wished she’d known what had caused this shift in him. She wished there was something she could have done to stop whatever had happened.
She didn’t like seeing him like this.
Jeanne’s sensitive ears picked up on a racket downstairs, and Shion’s eyes only shimmered more brightly with that sick red. The despair in his expression was entirely quashed by the rage.
He shifted his hand from her neck to her collar, and threw her roughly away from the door.
Shion proceeded to draw his leg back and kick it open, and Erasmus came charging through along the ceiling, hissing and spitting. The massive lava spider dragged someone along with him.
“Ammon!” Jeanne cried, and Shion snapped various commands so rapidly in Zandali that she didn’t catch what he was saying.
Erasmas, however, deposited Ammon on the bed. He ‘oomphed’, and promptly rolled off the bed and onto the floor.
“Ammon,” Jeanne hurried over to the bed while Erasmus scurried over to Shion. He climbed up onto Shion’s back, where he perched on the hunter’s shoulder.
Jeanne helped Ammon to his feet, “I’m ‘aight! Didn’ bite me or nothin’, jus’ didn’t seem ta like me tryna’ get away from ‘im.”
“This is why I told you, you shouldn’t stay,” Jeanne hissed. Ammon raised a brow at her, obviously confused that she was speaking in Darnassian. Shion was muttering under his breath, and when Jeanne looked back at him, he had his hand up to Erasmus’ mouth. The spider was gnawing on said hand.
“Shion– hey!”
The hunter had turned on his heel and started down the stairs, muttering furiously in demonic now. Ammon grabbed Jeanne’s shoulder.
“Jeanne, maybe you should–”
“NO!” she cut him off, and stormed in the direction Shion had gone, “after how long it took us ta find ‘im? No. No, I’m not leaving him, no’ again.”
Ammon frowned, but he followed her - and then both moved more quickly when the sounds of scuffling reached their ears. Erasmus was skittering about on the ceiling while Shion was grappling with a forsaken assassin.
Jeanne would have gone to help, but Ammon pulled her back. Frustrated, she yelled, “what do you think you’re for, Shion!?”
“I know exactly what I’m for!” he snarled. He pulled out his gun while the assassin struggled to get out of his grip.
“To hurt, and destroy, and nothing, MORE!”
He shoved his gun down the Forsaken’s throat and - to Jeanne’s horror - pulled the trigger. He threw both gun and body away from himself, and the assassin hit the wall with a sickening thud before dropping to the floor, lifeless.
Shion turned his attention to the twins next, and Ammon clutched Jeanne to his person as the troll stalked over–
And shoved both of them to the side roughly, before another assassin charged into them. Jeanne couldn’t stop the cry of fear that escaped her when she saw the woman’s blade go right through Shion.
In turn, Shion grabbed the woman’s face - he’d kept his stance firmly, and hadn’t moved an inch from where he’d stopped after shoving the twins to the side - and dug his fingers into her eyes, and mouth.
Jeanne could only watch, mortified, as Shion tore the assassin’s jaw clean off. It dropped to the floor with a metallic clatter, and Shion slammed what remained of her face against the nearest table.
Again, and again, and again, until Jeanne’s shift into a worgen allowed her to tear free of her brother’s grip.
She grabbed Shion’s wrist tightly, and the bicep of his other arm.
“BY THE LIGHT SHION STOP!” she howled in his face. He didn’t falter. The only thing between them for a moment was ragged breathing, and still, that sickening red hue in his eyes refused to go away.
“Shion please,” Jeanne begged, unintentionally shifting back to her human form, “please, you aren’t meant for causing pain a-and hurt ‘n’ destruction, this isn’t you.”
He yanked himself out of her grip, and Erasmus reared up threateningly. Black ichor dripped from his mouth, and Jeanne could only assume that the spider had been dealing with some forsaken outside the building.
‘Did they follow us? Did we lead them to Shion? Oh gods,’ Jeanne wiped shakily at her eyes. She had started crying, ‘oh gods, oh gods.’
Shion merely stormed out of the building, and half-way past the threshold of the building he deposited the assassin’s dagger on the ground. Ammon was by the weapon in an instant, and Jeanne collected herself as best she could. She hurried after Shion, and her heart sunk when she saw Erasmus nowhere to be seen.
“Jeanne.”
She stopped mid-stride at her brother’s voice, watching as Shion rapidly disappeared into the dense thicket of Drustvar.
“Yes?” she asked shakily.
“Just wait a minute.”
“Ammon, we can’t–”
“I need ya ta wait,” he interrupted, face red with frustration. He held the dagger out for her to see, and between smears of Shion’s blood, she saw the swirling poison that made the red bubble and rot, “so tha’ I c’n make an antidote for this, real quick. With your help. He’s poisoned.”
Jeanne sunk to her knees, face pale - but with her expertise, and her brother’s infinite knowledge of rogue poisons, they formed an antidote within minutes. Jeanne was grateful for all that she had spent so much time under the tutelage of Boralus’ most talented potion master.
Following Shion’s trail was easier than it should have been. His blood made a bright red trail against the dreary background of Drustvar’s forest floor.
They found him lying on his back a good distance away from the inn.
“Shion!” Jeanne sprinted toward him; Ammon sighed, but he followed faithfully after his sister.
The troll didn’t make a sound when Jeanne dropped down next to him. She immediately pulled down the collar of cloth on his armor and pressed her fingers to his pulse, ‘please, oh gods, please–’
A shaky breath of relief left her. His heart was still beating, and with that worry out of the way, Jeanne watched his chest intently. It rose and fell with a shallow breath.
She brushed her fingers along Shion’s cheek; his eyes flicked to her. Jeanne gave him the best smile she could manage, and he closed his eyes tightly before looking away.
“Don’t you get lonely?” she asked, wiping away a spec of blood from the corner of Shion’s mouth. She didn’t know if she should be happy, or sad, that her question made his lips quirk up at one side.
“Yeah.”
“Come back t’ Gilneas with me,” Jeanne said; she didn’t miss how Ammon’s brow furrowed at this, “I c’n hide ya in th’ old mansion.”
Shion inhaled raggedly, and Ammon reached into his pouch for the antidote.
“Jus’ drop a fuckin’ rock on my head and let it be done,” Shion sputtered. The red had finally faded from his kind brown eyes, “‘m tired.”
Jeanne accepted the vial when Ammon handed it to her, and she attempted to bring the object to Shion’s lips, “here.”
He turned his head away, and she supposed she should have expected that. Her hand shook.
“Shion, please,” she begged softly, tears gathering in her eyes. She fumbled for the words to say, while her brother clenched both hands into fists.
Before Jeanne could try once more to put the antidote to Shion’s lips, he wrapped his large hand around hers entirely.
And, to her comfort, Shion pulled her hand and the vial to his lips. He downed the whole thing, and sat up, coughing. She realized that some of her tears had dripped onto his face, ‘I wonder if that’s what spurred him.’
“I feel like I’mma cough up half m’ lung,” Shion wheezed. Ammon snorted out a chuckle, and Jeanne couldn’t stop a smile from crossing her lips.
The brief happiness was short lived.
As Ammon helped Shion to his feet, the hunter fixed his eyes on Jeanne. For whatever reason, he chose to speak Darnassian again, “I can’t come with you.”
Jeanne frowned, “why not?”
“Because this isn’t about keeping me safe. This is about keeping everyone I care about safe. I’m not safe. Sylvanas’ assassins follow me everywhere, and the S1:7 agents are no better,” he shook his head when Jeanne made to argue, “don’t argue with me, Jeanne. Being around me puts a target on your back too. I already had to have this conversation with someone else.”
“Shion, just let your friends help you!” she snapped, “because we care about your safety too!”
“Oh yeah? So you’re going to fight Nathanos when he finds me again? You’re going to fight Shaw?”
That made Jeanne falter, and Shion continued, “because Shaw is after my head too. If it’s any consolation to you, I’m safest in Anyport. I’m out here because there were too many assassins lurking around there for me to be comfortable.”
“But the guards–”
“Yeah, sure, woulda’ helped, but it’s my problem. I care ‘bout the people in Anyport. I don’t want them to suffer because of my presence.”
Jeanne was determined, “can we compromise? There’s a place where I can take you, they don’t mind who’s there,” she held up her hand when Ammon made to protest, “and they’re not weak people either. They can handle themselves. Stay with me for two weeks, until you’re well, and then you can leave.”
Shion sighed, and Jeanne continued, “you’re in no position to continue, Shion. And your fatigue is going to catch up with you eventually. You can’t berserk that long and face no backlash. You of all people should know that.”
He sighed again, but thankfully, stopped trying to argue with her.

Oooohhhh~ I see you got these done!! I shall humbly request 19 or 20 (or both in one?) For our current ship Shionne bec I wholly expect revenge feels XD Love you Air~!
Shion / Jeanne19. “I’m not a monster.”20. “Always yours, always mine.”
The air was cold, and quiet. Jeanne wasn’t sure where she was, and she didn’t care. She had to run away; she had to. She was torn between the primal urge to go back into her worgen form, and the instinct to run.
And then there was the part of her that was terrified that if she did shift back into a worgen, Shion would come and calm her down again - with his too gentle hands, and his too soft whispers. Jeanne remembered in vivid detail how he had moved so smoothly, setting down the rifle he was polishing in one fluid motion before his hands were running through the fur of her neck.
For the life of her, Jeanne couldn’t remember what had triggered the transformation, ‘why can’t I remember. What was said? Did someone threaten me? Threaten him? What happened? I’ve never shifted like that before, it was like I’d lost all control.’
That was why she’d run. She didn’t understand what had happened before her transformation, and she didn’t know what had happened after. One moment she was snarling at someone, the next she was being calmed right back into her human form by Shion.
A bitter laugh escaped her, “did ah really expect anything less, from a beastmaster like Shion?”
“Mebbe ya did.”
Jeanne bristled, but refused to look over her shoulder. Instead, she rolled her eyes, hugged herself, and retorted, “trackin’ me, huh?”
“I be a huntah, be wat we do, Alabaster.”
“Couldn’t ya give me a cuter nickname?” Jeanne asked, hoping to detract from the conversation. Shion’s breath was on her neck and she staggered forward before turning around to face him, hands clenched into tight fists at her sides.
Shion’s expression was solemn. It didn’t suit him any more than a crazed smile did.
“I’m not a monster.”
Darnassian didn’t suit him either. His tone was haunting. His expression was dead.
“I didn’t… I didn’ say ya were,” Jeanne said.
“You look at me like I am.”
She grit her teeth, continuing to reply in Common in hopes that it would encourage him to stop speaking in such a foreign way, “I didn’ mean to.”
“Didn’t you?”
Claws shot out of her finger tips. Jeanne bared her teeth, and the hackles on her neck stood up as if she were in her worgen form. Shion stood where he remained cast in shadows, with that red tinge to his kind brown eyes. Behind him, the dark branches of the trees seemed to bend and shift out of shape.
A snarl ripped it’s way up Jeanne’s throat when Shion raised a hand toward her, palm up, just below her eyeline. It was so similar to the gesture he’d given her just thirty minutes ago at the inn.
“I don’t KNOW YOU ANYMORE!” she screeched, furious that she’d had to admit it. That she didn’t know him anymore, that in his growing up he’d become someone she didn’t recognize.
His physical scars were the same, but his internal ones had left him shredded in a way only Jeanne would realize.
“You’re not the same, I don’t–” she backed up as Shion took a step toward her and out of the shadows– “you aren’t th’ same Shion tha’ I remember, and it’s not like I don’t like that bu’ I don’t know whot ta do when you- you–”
Shion was gripping her chin firmly in his hand. Jeanne stuttered on a breath. Grabbed his wrist in her now wholly human hands.
“Shion–”
He pressed a finger to her lips. Life returned so violently to his eyes that she gasped.
“I grew up.”
“Stop talkin’ in Darnassian, please,” she begged. He sounded so haunted; haunted, and hunted, like he were a drawing on a sign whose bounty kept increasing while his age never changed.
Shion tilted his head to the side. A smile pulled at the thin line that was his lips. His finger was still on her mouth, as if he were feeling every breath she released.
“Always yours,” he murmured, moving the digit to the side of her lips.
And then he filled her vision, and her next breath was his.
“Always mine.”
Jeanne grabbed at his dark hair, twisting her fingers in the dark locks, desperate for something to hold onto.
“An’ if ya don’ be tinkin’ dat ya know me anymore,” he purred, and his smirk was one that Jeanne could taste, “why don’ ya get ta know me again, Jeanne~?”

Me and White’s boys... because I wanted to showcase Vando carrying Zuvashi and p much showing how dear Zuvashi is to him as like, the first person who actually went out of his way to befriend him.
And the bottom two are both OC x Canon ships that were suggested to me to draw when I was taking OC x Canon ships to doodle.

Life of the Party
Tumblr media
Part 1: Pomp & Circumstance
Finally, there was a time where everyone could finally unwind and enjoy themselves, without worrying about anything except for where the drinks were being served. However, what was a party without a little drama?
@druidickats
Nadia huffed as she tossed yet another dress down with indifference. She rested her hands on top of her rounded tummy, very clearly showing now that she was five months along, as she scanned over the layout on her bed. With the outfit she was going to wear still at the tailor, the mage was trying to pick an alternative just in case it wasn’t done by tomorrow. It felt almost impossible to decide; this had to be perfect, since everyone was going to be there tomorrow night. Everyone....even -
A loud ringing sounded throughout the large home, making the mage jump a little before she relaxed and smiled. As the grin across her face spread, she grabbed a robe and pulled it over herself while heading to the front doors. Her footsteps echoed across the stone floors and staircase as she glided down to greet her friend.
She tightened the waistband of her robe before opening the door to her first houseguest for the long weekend. “Jeanne,” she said with a smile at the druid, “it’s so good to see you.”

Part 2: All That Glitters
Finally, there was a time where everyone could finally unwind and enjoy themselves, without worrying about anything except for where the drinks were being served. However, what was a party without a little drama?
w/ @druidickats :D
Zebodah wanted to go and find one of the edges of Dalaran and just jump right off when he saw Aza’aka and some other troll sharing what looked like a tender embrace. He suddenly felt himself get very hot yet cold at the same time, and he could feel his hands shaking even though his whole body had gone numb.
His poor heart was beating a mile a minute and all sorts of emotions, none of them good, were churning inside him like a coming storm.
“Ahh,” Riskkaf carefully approached his friend. The troll had strands of fire circling around his clenched fists and his eyes had not left the pair in the shop, “Maybe we should go - “
“No.”
A strange smile had spread across his face, though the arakkoa could still see the hurt in his expression. Zebodah took a deep breath and started towards the door.
“Dat scarf looks real nice; think I’m gonna get it for Nadia.” His hand twitched before reaching for the handle, “An’ ju wanted ta look around, ya? Might as well.”
Riskkaf groaned to himself but followed the shaman in nonetheless. This was, after all, kind of his fault. He didn’t think Zeb would do anything reckless, this would probably be a more awkward exchange if anything, but better to be safe than sorry.

//LIES DOWN I FINISHED THIS NOW I CAN GO TO BED--
Amita in a leather jacket feat. Nadia ( @madmadameem ) and Jeanne ( @druidickats )!!!! I ended up caving and giving Nadia a Kirin Tor crest because I liked the idea of them each having distinctly different crests >:CC that, and they all have slightly different styled jackets too so YAY!
Nadia always struck me as being v sophisticated, so I gave her a leather skirt, and her jacket is purple tinted. Amita is... meant to be dressed somewhat provocatively given her nature, so she’s in short-shorts, and YEAH brown tinted jacket. Jeanne for some reason always makes me think “FIGHT ME” so she’s wearing jeans and has the blue tinted jacket RIP (and also, yes, wolf prints, because worgen).
THIS WAS REQUESTED BY @LUN-SHIPS-THINGS VIA THE TUMBLR MESSENGER THINGY!! YES!!! I CAN WORK ON THE NEW ONES--- tomorrow.
