Durante un ensayo de PTD On Stage Seúl de marzo jimin uso una gorra negra y jungkook usa una similar en la cena con su conocido y después en aeropuerto jimin usa un beanie lv similar al que usa jungkook en ese ensayo y que jimin le pregunto si lo compro. ([EPISODE] BTS (방탄소년단) @ 'PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - SEOUL') y jimin volvio a usar la gorra negra en su Jimin´s Diary Production todo en esos dos días. Y la misma ropa negra de la cena con su conocido se parece a la de la casa de jimin.

Was sitting today BTS songs just playing in the background while I'm working on my post. All this shit just happening around us, around JK and JM (yes, JM is part of it, he's also affected by it all), and The truth untold comes up.

One of, if not their best performance imo. The emotion just pouring out of them.

This song. It kills me every single time. Brings me to tears every single time. JM turned away from JK singing "and I still want you" in every performance. Well, other than their last 3 in Seoul, changed by them, performed by them, ending facing each other JM singing "but I still want you". Defiant.

All about the need to wear that mask to hide your true self for fear you might not be loved for who you truly are, that you might be seen as ugly, a monster. And the two of them, changing the staging, turning to each other, looking into each other's eyes, while changing the "and" to "but I still want you"... do people understand this? The enormity of this moment?

And then this song comes up, this performance:

This was on day 2, while on day 3 we had this:

Omg, my YT logarithm is trying to kill me today.

And got me thinking about this moment we got on day 3 as well.

This love, people, this chemistry, us not seeing it as often for the lack of BTS ot7 content doesn't mean is gone. It's very much still there. We just aren't as lucky to be able to see them in that one frame as often or even at all. But when we do, there is no denying it. Even if it's for the shortest of moments.

We saw it in 2020 (have people forgot memories 2020 for god sake?)

We saw it in 2021

So much more, so little image allowance... But you can find it all in my masterlist.

We saw it throughout 2022 in their Seoul and LV PTD concerts.

And in JITB even if briefly,

And in Busan and Run BTS episodes.

And we even got a little touch of it in 2023, when there was no way of keeping them out of the frame, like in Jhope's enlistment BTB, D-Day in Seoul and even when not being in one frame, in those lives we got to enjoy when the one joined the other in their comments and even without the other even making that kind of appearance.

Letter, goddamnit.

Oh and then we had JM literally flying across the world to be with JK for his Solo debut (if only GMA concert wasn't cancelled, damn it), and them dipping off for their 4 day private trip in CT.

It's sad how short people's memories are. Really. I am reading all sorts of fanfictions being put forward as "this is what happened with Jikook over the years", stating facts that are not facts, creating non existent drama, because people love the drama.

This is a loving couple in a long term relationship. You know, that boring kind. The stable, loving, filled with respect and no drama. The one where one supports their partner when they are struggling. One where just being with each other is fulfilling (cough JK coming to JM's room in LA just to be with him in the same room for hours cough).

Funny how people are talking about them breaking up 2020-21 during the pandemic when JK literally had a slip of the tongue spilling the beans they live together, they are one household, in Run BTS episode 142 they were each gifted a knife. JK all proud and piping up "we got 2"...

JM just sitting there all quiet, smirk on his face.

Stories about breakups. Stories about sexually experimenting but no actual emotional commitment. All while ignoring the constants. Those things that are just there, all the time, whenever we do get to see them:

That electrical chemistry between those two.

The way they look at each other constant over the years.

The way they talk to each other constant over the years.

The way they touch each other constant over the years.

The way they talk about each other.

The way their interactions are so different from the others or their own with the others.

The way the others are around them, their reaction to Jikook.

All still there!!!

Let's talk about Choi jinwoon and just how close he is to Jikook. Instagram zzinu lets talk about the number of times we've seen him hang out with them and yet we didn't feel the need to go to tkk spaces to bark about it.

(Btw as per his insta u can see he's is a director of w korea magazine. I'm jealous of everyone who owns that copy of Jimin's issue)

In 2019 bts got one month of vacation so Jimin went for a trip to europe with this dude and some of his friends.

Jimin came back to Korea.. as soon as he and his friend landed they met with Hobi and JK to celebrate his birthday.. It is Most likely that Jimin arranged the surprise in zzinu's place and prolly asked Hobi to take JK there coz it was a surprise. The speculation works because the blinds match. Also u can see the same supreme skate board in both photos, so It's gotta be jiwoon's place.

Was at the JITB party (we know Jhope handpicked the guests himself so its clear Jinwoon is close to 3J) and he was even in Dior Paris with Jimin

And now in 2023 2 days ago (3days?) we see him again with JK at the LV party. (They came together)

If u check his insta u will see he has only Hobi and Jimin posted and I bet u the other member he will post will be JK

JK has hanged out with the wooga squad what? Twice? And it wasn't even with all the members I'm pretty sure he doesn't get along with all of them going by their beliefs. And it was to a musical and for bowling. Meanwhile we have Jinwoon hosting JK's bday party, hanging out with them whenever and has been friends with them for years.

Yet here we are minding our own business just celebrating the relationship that is Jikook in peace.

This really isn't a competition. It's people's relationship we're talking about. Tkkrs wanna turn this into a game about which ship is better. These are people's lives, assholes. It's not about winning or losing.

But if you really want us to stoop to your level, if u really wanna go head to head with Jkkrs

Jikook Week 20 Complete ✔️(23/04 - 30/04/2024)

Their twentieth week in the military is now complete and time to celebrate this milestone with a look back at this week in 2022.

BTS returned to Seoul from Las Vegas the previous week (18/04/2022). On the same day, Jimin posted photos from their concerts including this jikook snap on Instagram.

On the 21/04 we were treated to a little reminder of their time in LV with the release of their Butter stage from the 64th Grammy ceremony. This stage was rated as No. 14 in the Rolling Stone 30 Greatest Grammy Performances article published in February 2023.

Now they were back home, group activities had finished for the time being and, although we didn't know it at the time, the members thoughts turned to their solo projects. Jimin started working with Pdogg, Ghostloop and Evan to lay down the tracks that would later become Face.

But Face was not his first solo project to be released. On 24/04 With You the first ever track to be included on Jimin's Spotify listing was dropped with very little fanfare . It was a beautiful duet recorded with his close friend Ha Sung Woon and formed part of the OST of the tv series Our Blues. Billboard later included it in the list of 25 best k-pop songs of 2022. It was an auspicious start to his solo career.

Finally this week BTS began promoting the release of their Sowoozoo package which was recorded during this on-line Muster streaming event held on 13-14/06/2021.

It was an event that had gifted us these jikook looks and moments.

what do you mean it would have meant something in regards to jikook in the past from 2018/2019? do you think there was something romantic between them then?

Yes, it's all in old posts in this blog. I stopped seeing it that way at the end of 2021 and especially after the concerts in LV in April 2022, more or less around those days.

i cant stop thinking about the way jimin was giggling like a school girl after he called jk over as a guest for his bday party, and then getting all awkward and flustered as if talking to his school crush. he was smiling so much even if jungkook was just standing there— and the way jungkook was also giggling when he said "jimin came by" to greet him happy birthday on his recent live. my boys are so smitten for each other its so adorable

It’s the way they do things all the members do, but when they do it every so often it feels like we are intruding, you know?

Oh and let’s UNOT7nify things for a change, shall we? for all those people out there going “but Hobi was there as well so”. To begin with, we have no idea of how it all went down. If JM didn’t come forth with that Hobi super-crop, we could have assumed that maybe they visited him at different times. But even with Hobi being there, who was the one that was so eagerly awaiting this day? Who was the one who gave us another very cute super-crop picture, of JK this time, while he is seemingly blowing out candles? 

Hobi also joined them during JM’s birthday live last year, and people that don’t want to acknowledge it will not, but the change of atmosphere was instant. Before his arrival, not gonna lie to you, I was in disbelief and I didn't realise I was holding my breath until Hobi came in. Same with the Team Party-Party~! V-Live in LV, the way JM’s whole demeanour changed when JK walked into that room. Tae unbothered and Hobi moving aside, both probably being very used to this dynamic by now, but us still watching and wondering if all of this is okay to witness?! LOL

QUICKIE - 1: The Moon Embracing The Sun

Constantly, I hope everyone is doing great and I’m guessing we are all very excited about tomorrow! I’m perhaps overly excited and all I need to do at this point is try and get some sleep, like for real, but I feel like I’m a kid again and it's Xmas Eve’s Night where even tho I ain’t tryna catch Santa, I’m too hyped to sleep 🙃 … ANYWAYS, As the name of this series suggests, this is not going to be anything excessively long, but rather just a quick observation regarding some cute/lucky/noticeable occurrence I might have noticed or that might have happened in correlation to Jikook.

Today I’d like to talk about a “little” K-Drama called The Moon Embracing The Sun, which is from 2012, like, a good 10 years ago, but good stuff, good stuff! I literally just finished watching and it took me two weeks because I was trying to make it last (and it is a good 20 episodes). As you might already have deduced, the fact that it talked about The Moon and The Sun made me think of Jikook and straight away my brain started braining as I began to better understand a very distinct difference between how The West and The East perceive the relationship between the Moon and the Sun (myself being born and brought up in The West). 

First of all, I was quite intrigued to find out that the drama was a love story between the Sun and the Moon, since (as some might have gathered by now) with me being really big on mythology (greek/roman in particular), I’ve always had a hard time thinking of the Sun and the Moon as anything other than twins, which is what Apollo (eventually god of the Sun) and Artemis (eventually goddess of the moon) are. In The East it appears that they for the most part star crossed lovers for something the moon did apparently, but lovers nevertheless.

This week has been a bit messy hasn’t it? And to top the madness all off, though I’m sure we are all happy to see that JK is doing well, thanks to his IG updates, it would have been great to “hear” from Jimin as well 🥹at this point is like, I know you working but, help a sister out you know? Like we be “worrying”/hella selfish here in this neck of the woods, like … jimiii↗️↘️iiin, I MISS SO MUCH IT HURTS 😭. So I thought I’d stop by to write something … cute me thinks? I think we can all use some fluffy, tender and light STD: Speculations, Thoughts and Delulu. In fact, the idea for this post was the result of me reading this post → Jikook After Tokyo by @wingzie. So welcome to another long ass post! 

Though wingzie’s post was clearly about both JM and JK, I haven’t been able to shake off the image of Jimin blushing/being shy. I’ve always felt like Park Jimin is the kind of human being who, at least until circa pre-2018, would instantly wear his heart on his sleeve full-throttle. As of present, he seems to be much more in control with regards to the majority of emotions that he can control, sometimes even resorting to smart talk/ cynicism as a substitute as well. But oh boi, it used to be that we were always made aware of any kind of emotion he felt from little happiness and ecstasy to pet-peeves and straight up being bothered.

The only time we are now privy of a non-controlled emotion from Jimin is when he blushes/gets shy. There are infinite reasons why different people get shy. Some people get shy out of being complimented, some people get shy just being in the proximity of the person they maybe fancy, some people get shy when put on the spot, etc etc etc. When it comes to JM, what in my opinion, seems to be his shy trigger are situations where he REALLY doesn’t know what to do. So he “blushes” or becomes “shy”, so to say, and in his case it seems to happen mostly on 2 particular scenarios:

He is out of depts, not in his element, doesn't want us to know, and he is well aware that it will show on his face.

He hasn’t yet processed his feelings with regards to a certain situation. Hence, he hides his face so that we don’t see how he is feeling in that moment, before he himself can actually process what it is that he is even feeling.

Now, though JM has admitted on many occasions that he is indeed the shiest member of the band, people who are just focused on his performance persona, or just observe him within his comfort zone (which is for example anything with his members RUN BTS, BON VOYAGE etc) will not notice this side of him all, in fact they might even think that he is “capping”.

hi dunno if you had this question or not but do u think before jikook become a "thing" vmin and jihope messed around... cos if u ask other blogs they will beat around the bushes but aint nobody actually answering lol im saying this cos vmin are close as jihope hobi was his roomate tho (roomates) i didnt see jimin &hobi dynamic turn around like this until bv in malta or burn the stage..?

anyway it doesnt changr my opinion on jikook im just curious cos it looks like they prob messed around lol and

at some point i think rm had a crush on jimin too thats why sometimes jungkook had ?? a "problem with minimoni " monitoring jikook

Sure, let’s talk abou it.

No, I don’t think JM messed around with any other member in BTS before, during or after JK. Short answer; amongst other factors, one (not the main factor but  …) is it would take a person who actually thinks they are desired in such a manner to do so, and quite unfortunately, for the longest time, I do believe JM didn’t believe himself to be said person at all. As for the Long answer, let’s look at each pairing you mentioned, shall we?

Let’s start with giving some context to my thoughts: 

Not sure if you read any other of my posts, but I think 2015 was the year JK started “peacocking” so to say, at JM, and through ups and downs it took them 2017/2018 to actually enter a steady relationship and by steady I don’t mean they were in an open relationship prior to this. What I mean is that they both were trying to figure out things like, for example; what they actually were feeling for each other, or would them “being together” actually work, or could they really actually do this., etc, etc etc.  

Furthermore, I should add, that I believe JM “taunting” JK with requests of kisses and telling him he liked him and wanted to go out with him etc, as they already had a very good relationship off-camera (as proven by various interviews), was just an also quite naive approached mixing at an attempt to establish a connection with JK on camera, with feelings he still himself hadn’t quite properly acknowledged. In simple words: He was consciously kidding about feelings he subconsciously already had but never really took seriously.

I’ve been wondering.

For the past week, I’ve been wondering about what Jeon Jungkook would do for Park Jimin’s birthday  privately. Because I was 100% sure he wouldn’t appear in JM’s vlive, just as much as I was 100% sure JM wouldn’t vlive from his private home (my reasons being, are probably for another post though … 😁). BUT, at the same time I did  wonder; since JK doesn’t have the excuse of being at the company anymore, and since he is not going to release another 100% centric Jimin GCF; … what is he going to do? So you might be wondering: if you didn;t think he was going to do anything public, why still wonder about what he could do?

MIND YOU, being the private person that he is (they are), I did for the most part  expected JK to not post anything at all. So I was actually at work wanting to talk to my loved one and not being able to (don’t ask…) while waiting for some Jikookers to beg for JK to post something, the whole time thinking “…  it would be nice if they’d leave JK alone, is not like he is going to publicly do anything ..”. AND THEN, the second I thought that, I remember about last years birthday and I was like “🤦🏾‍♀️🙄😒😬…”.

Which brought me right back to the me that had been hypothetically thinking about “if, then what?”. If JK really wanted to publicly wish JM a happy birthday in a still intimate way but still not being caught: HOW THE FUCK WOULD HE DO THAT?

Like the other anon said, hiding doesn't mean literally "hiding". Person is just offcam. 2 members could be in the same room doing whatever, one is scheduled to do a live, the other might just be doing their own thing. Their LV hotel rooms had a living room and bedroom btw.

If we take the new Jersey one, Jimin coughed and that's when Jungkook turned the cam and showed us he was there too. Take 2022 new yr wishes recording of Jungkook, there was background noise, but only in the end we knew Jimin was there cause he spoke. Jk's vlive on his birthday, we didn't know Jin was there until he came on cam.

So my point is maybe the second person is in no mood to be on live so they sit back and do their own things. If they already showed their face on live, they'll say they are leaving and go off cam, doesn't mean they have to leave the room.

I don't really like overanalysis either. I am just saying if jikook hang out in the same hotel room often (which they do per their own admission), if one needs or wants to do a live, the other doesn't have to necessarily show their face or leave the room. They could still hang around, doing whatever, or even sleeping.

Ah, okay. So, still, why bother trying to prove who is with them? I’m not trying to be argumentative, but I’m genuinely befuddled. Why can't it be any of the other members (in cases where you couldn't assume who it is, unlike the "Jimin is coughing, so it could be him" speculation)? The motivations of the analyses ruins the reality of what's actually happening.

My point is that any way you spin it, there's a disconnect. Either:

• They're being secretive because there is something going on, in which case why would they even risk that so openly?

• They're being secretive because they're not in the mood to be known/feel obligated to be a part of (or continue) the live, in which case why do shippers have to insist that it's this one specific member in the background when it could be any of them (if there’s little to no indication that it could be a specific member)?

• Nothing suspicious at all is going on, but they hide behind pretense so they don’t have to leave, in which case why do shippers turn it into something it’s not?

I'm not trying to actively disprove Jikook because it’s not really about them specifically (even though they are at the heart of it), but rather it’s the content of these analyses that I have an aversion to because they don’t make any sense. 

And when you consider the fact that these analyses have a tendency to insinuate that Jikook are being covert, it brings us back to my original pondering: why would they be so careless to risk it and, if they did want to risk it, do they really think ARMYs are not that observant? I don’t think so, which is why–again–I disagree with the very nature of these analyses and see no redeeming qualities to them.

Don’t let me ruin your fun if you like this sort of thing. After all, this is just my opinion.

Jimin and Jungkook going on dates separately for 96883782th time now. But as usual Jikookers will come with explanation: they don't need to be together 24*7, couple also needs alone time bla bla bla.

Yes loves every couple need their own time BUT what if that's only happening now ? Most of the time they are busy working, other times they are seen in restaurants and concerts alone or with other people. I wonder which healthy couple don't spend time at all with Significant others lol. Just accept they don't hangout any more other than during OT7 schedules which happens rarely anyways.

Anon, you not only can't understand the concept of "date" but also have no perception of "time". Do you think the members only exist when we see them, and time freezes for them when we are not getting any update from them? That's not how things work lol. You need to get out of this parasocial relationship with the members and stop projecting your anger from Jikook, on Jikookers. Going out alone or with friends once in a whole month doesn't mean that you have been separated from your partner. Eating dinner at a restaurant takes two or three hours at most, but a month is 720 hours long. You still have 717 hours left to spend in many different ways with things like working, sleeping, working out, attending concerts, gaming, having fun, and spending some quality time with your significant other which can be 100% private. Okay. Let's review JK's "dates" this year. In the nine months that have passed from the year 2022, JK has visited barbecue restaurants 7 or 8 times, this number might not be precise because I haven't counted. The first time was with Jimin on White Day (March), the second, again was with Jimin in Las Vegas (April), and one time he had a gathering with his 97liner friends in August (Jimin couldn't be there because he has born in the wrong year lol). On the rest of his dates (four or five times in combine), JK either was alone or with family members or non-celebrity friends. Fun fact: most of these "alone dates" (at least three times) happened during the two weeks that Jimin was in LA. Interesting, isn't it? Jimin also had three or four dinners alone or with friends in barbecue restaurants (I believe JK goes out more for barbecues because of his recently diagnosed food allergy and gluten-free diet). Another fun fact about these dates is that every single time both Jimin and JK left autographs for the restaurant, except that one time they were together on White Day. Now do the math. LV barbecue restaurant also didn't post any autographs but the staff couldn't shut up about Jikook dining there. lol Going out for food is no big deal, anyone, single or taken can do it alone or with friends or family members, and it doesn't determine the relationship status of the person. But going out on specific dates like Valentine's day, birthdays, and anniversaries is meaningful. We were just lucky for that leaked photo of Jikook and their friend on White Day, otherwise, how were we supposed to know about it? I remember how my Taekooker "friend" who lives in SK was crying that day because she knew it was a romantic holiday in that country, and Jikook being seen together was an end for her ship. Now you can go cry about it too, lol Nice try, Anon. I'm not going to promote your (or your besties) blog, and I'm not interested in your Anti-Jikook POV. You better stay in that echo chamber yourself and stay away from Jikook blogs. No one is interested in converting you. Have fun.

Jikook are still the same in 2022, still loving each other, teasing each other, looking softly at each other. They were fine at Jhope party, during the Korean musical shows, presenting bighit auditions, in Grammy, in LV concerts ... They were even together in white day. And they also looked fine in 2021 memories trailer. People are used to a lot of Jikook moments coming weekly, but 2022 had no bon voyage, in the soop or run bts, so we didn't get to see them as often as we used to, but when we do, they still behave the same.

This is exactly what I was saying to my friend the other day. The lack of weekly content really has left people open to wondering and then overanalyzing the moments we do get to see (I am also these people). I sense exactly zero problems between Jimin and Jungkook, and while they may not be as demonstrative as I got used to, the distance I was perceiving before ended up not being even half the real story. So I'd just say, if you're feeling anxious, the best strategy is to just wait it out. The Jeon Parks are going to slip into Jikookery eventually, just give it some time. And if at any point you decide Jikook are friends and not lovers, I promise the sun will still rise tomorrow.
