Aroace Sonic pt 11
I have FeelingsTM about these cotton-candy colored friends
1. Behold! The line! When it comes to forms of physical affection Sonic is chill with a lot of stuff, but the last thing he ever wants to do is truly hurt his friends so you best beleive he gets serious in putting some things in the off-limits box for their sake. (And after that line is established he's back to teasing and being a little self-absorbed like nothing happened. Moving past it so they don't have time to feel embarrassed.)
2. Amy's begrudging about it, but he hit the nail on the head. She's a little embarrassed he read her so easily but she's not exactly surprised. (She is crushing on this guy for a reason and it's not just cause he's cool.)
3. Whether or not Sonic really kissed Rouge or if it was just the angle is still up for debate but that didn't matter here. What matters is Amy's reaction to thinking he did. He could have easily said that's not what happened but that wouldn't have addressed the real issue. So instead of exactly confirming or denying he goes right for the actual problem. He does this type of thing a lot, letting people assume certain things about him so he can get to the root of the issue. As he says, he's fine with being the bad guy sometimes. (Not that he's being bad here but y'know what I mean he's okay with conflict.)

I find it funny how the computers in TMA were so allergic to the statements that they had to log everything on tape recorders, but now The Fears have learned and evolved™️ to be more tech savvy (albeit at the rate of an 80 yr old who thinks their e-mail is the same thing as the wifi but still ! Progress !)

I have a 70 in ab. psych which is a bit distressing but I have an exam today that will almost certainly pull it up. I know it's passing, but it's a liiiiittle lower than I'm comfortable with
also I got my new keyboard in! It isn't as nearly as clacky but honestly that might be a good thing

If I had a nickel for everytime my laptop became useless in a critical part of my education, I'd have two nickels, which is not a lot but it's weird that it happened twice, and I HATE IT.
#my little laptop I use for class and which also contains the only copy of my 1/4 finished bachelor thesis#and a much more time sensitive term paper#just decided it no longer posesses a hard drive#like we used a boot usb and tried to get those two files out that way#but it couldn't find the internal drive#of course part of the problem is that being basically a tablet with a keyboard said laptop doesn't seem to HAVE a proper hard drive#which makes file recovery a lot harder#if anyone is interested in how this has happened to me twice#last time was my fault#I spilled coffee on my laptop five days before high school final exams#but at least that time I had the material backed up in cloud#now I didn't#Like I didn't lose. EVERYTHING#but it is a massive step back on things I'm alrready way behind on

#i didnt like touhou before i played the game and now im a touhead. so#say what you will this fan game really does make u a fan of that game#i have nearly 200 hours in this fucking game and i still havent gotten all of the achievements nor have i beaten the game.#the part that really sold it for me is the full keyboard controls so u can play it during class/on a laptop#i love a lot of video games but so many require mouse controls which. on a trackpad??? in this economy? girl.#its gotten to the point where i can play this game while laying in bed half asleep listening to noise queues to open my eyes

why is it that i get the most motivation to write when i dont have access to my computer
#could write on my phone but i dont like it i make so many typos all the time#and i end up having to rewrite every other word like three times and it really kills the flow#i used to only write fic on my kindle fire bc i didnt have a laptop...oh to be 12 years old again#when i was 12 i would literally in class write out fanfic on paper and then retype all of it.#but kindle screen was bigger than phone screen. phone keyboard is so small these buttons are so tiny#sigh...i will return home to my laptop on tuesday i hope all of my motivation doesnt vanish

#randomly remembered that time i had to figure out how to play bohemian rhapsody on the piano#for my high school music class because my group chose that as part of our final performance mix#but i was on xmas holiday vaca in pakistan for like 2 weeks and i had no access to an actual piano/keyboard#so i found a youtube video tutorial (which i always did) and taught myself by watching and mimicking the hand movements on my lap 💀💀💀#but i also never used music sheets or anything and i always went based on my memory so that wasnt a big deal#but guys tell me how it worked#like when i got back home and ran to my keyboard#I COULD PLAY IT#ON MY FIRST TRY#teehee#my music teacher was impressed haha#mehrtalks
