Year : 2008 | Country : JP | Nb of episodes: 11
My rate: 3/10
Synopsis :
Sawatari Goro now works at Akado High School as a vice principal. Although the head director of the school board speficically orders him to handle the problematic class 3-D, the students are just too much for him. So Sawatari goes far away to a southern island to search for Yankumi, and convince her to work for Akado. Yankumi accepts the offer, only to find that her class (again) is full of punks, where two rival groups of students are always at each other's throats. Will Yankumi's strong belief in students and teaching work this time?
Main cast :
Nakama Yukie as Yamaguchi Kumiko
Namase Katsuhisa as Sawatari Goro, Kyoto
Enami Kyoko as Akagi Ryoko
Utsui Ken as Kuroda Ryuichiro (Kumiko's grandpa)
Anan Kenji as Wakamatsu Hiro
Kaneko Ken as Asakura Tetsu
Uchiyama Shinji as Tatsukawa Minoru

Ishiguro Hideo as Honjo Kengo
My thoughts on this drama :
Take the same concept as season one AND two with a different class of roguish boys and here we go again. Not especially bad, but not thrilling either.
Just a little Thumbs Up for Miura Haruma's bicolor hairstyle ♥

New characters in FDR3
I was thinking of adding new characters in Future Danganronpa 3 to replace Naegi and Asahina, and to continue the tradition of 15 to 16 participants in the game. However, as I stated before, most of these characters would be killed off in the cruel tradition that is Danganronpa.
Asuka Harimoto, titled the Super Graduate Level Restaurant Manager, is a restaurant manager in charge of her family restaurant prior to the Tragedy. She has a similar role to Sayaka Maizono, being friends with Yukizome back when they were in Hope’s Peak Academy, though they were in different assigned classes. She appears as a dark-skinned woman similar to that of Aoi Asahina and Akane Owari. She is also the director of Future Foundation’s 13th division. Her relationship with Haruto, her other classmate and friend, is similar to what could have been Sayaka and Leon’s relationship, minus the murder-each-other part.
Haruto Ishiguro, titled the Super Graduate Level Gunsmith, is a delicate craftsman who provides the highest caliber of firearm in the Future Foundation. He has a similar punk demeanor to that of Leon Kuwata, Kazuichi Soda, and Ibuki Mioda. He is an agent working for the Future Foundation’s 9th division, working alongside Sonosuke Izayoi as the head gunsmith. He also went to the same class as Shizuka back when they were in Hope’s Peak Academy.
Mitsuru Kadowaki, titled the Super Graduate Level Architect, is a young, calculating architect. She went to the same class as Miaya Gekkogahara back when they were in Hope’s Peak. Her design is based on one of Mikan’s beta designs. She also has a similar sarcastic personality with Toko Fukawa, except she starts off as more social than her. I was thinking of giving her an anxious personality to complete the franchise’s tradition of nervous wrecks, i.e. Fukawa, Souda, and Tsumiki. However, I believe that Ryota Mitarai already fit that role. However, after finding out that Souda is also a nervous wreck, I don’t think it’s too late to add another one.
I’m gonna have to make their designs in the mean time. Also, one update: I decided to make Kyoko Kirigiri the protagonist of FDR3, since I want to explore her personality and story after DR1. As with the DR3 anime, she is paired up with Mitarai and Koichi Kizakura, continuing on with the main trio tradition. Meanwhile, Yukizome, Munakata, and Sakakura would still participate in the killing game, but as a similar main trio to that of Fujisaki, Owada, and Ishimaru from DR1, and Nevermind, Souda, and Tanaka from SDR2. However, I decided to make Munakata the main rival in FDR3, as he could serve as an antagonistic obstacle to Kirigiri similar to that of Togami, Komaeda, and Ouma. Meanwhile, Sakakura would continue his role as the tough guy in the final killing game, similar to that of Mondo Owada and Akane Owari.

You can Watch First 6-Minute of TV Anime Sing "Yesterday" for Me
The official YouTube channel for the forthcoming TV anime Yesterday wo Utatte (Sing "Yesterday" for Me) has started streaming a ten-minute special trailer including the six-minute beginning part of its first episode and a digest of the dialogues between the characters.
The clip also introduces the anime's OP song "Kago no naka ni Tori" (There's a bird in a cage) performed by four-member rock band Yourness. This is the first time that the band has provided a theme song for an anime series.
The adaptation of Kei Toume's drama manga series directed by Yoshiyuki Fujiwara (NEW GAME!!) is set to premiere for a 12-episode run on TV Asahi's newly-launched midnight programming block "NUMAnimation" on April 4, 2020.
The original manga was first serialized in Shueisha's Business Jump from 1997 to 2011, then moved to the publisher's Grand Jump and concluded in 2015 with 11 tankobon volumes. Its story centers on Rikuo Uozume, who doesn't/can't find a regular job after graduating from university and has worked as a part-time worker at a convenience store, and follows a love triangle among him and two heroines, Haru Nonaka and Shinako Morinome.

TV Anime Sing "Yesterday" for Me Director Appreciates The Manga Author's Compliment
An advance screening event for the first two episodes of the forthcoming TV anime adaptation of Kei Toume's Yesterday wo Utatte (Sing "Yesterday" for Me) manga was held at the Tollywood theater in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo, on February 15, 2020. Shimokitazawa is one of the main locations in the story.
Nerima Animation Site has posted the messages to the fans from the director Yoshiyuki Fujiwara (NEW GAME!) and the voice cast of the protagonist Rikuo Uozumi, Chikahiro Kobayashi (Saichi Sugimoto in Golden Kamuy), delivered after the event.
    From Yoshiyuki Fujiwara:
"In the production, we tried to create an anime that would make Toume-sensei think it was interesting. Then he said to me, 'It feels like my manga is expanded.' At today's screening, I also received the strongest applause from the fans of the manga, and I thought again, 'I'm glad that we produced it.' As for the quality, we are making a very solid thing until the final episode, so I hope you will enjoy watching it."
    From Chikahiro Kobayashi:
"It was good to play Rikuo. And Hanae-kun, Hanazawa-san, and Yume-chan, I think the atmosphere could not have made without these people. It was the moment that I felt that I wanted to do something like this series again."
https://t.co/tUdRtSVDze pic.twitter.com/aPezDCnc1L
