L Liveblogs Squid Game S1E2 "Hell"

Crackle of fire in a crematorium, great start 👌.

The creepy enigmatic music reminds me of oompa loompas. And that music set to bodies being place in a crematorium is just great.

And a player is alive, trying to raise the roof. It's horrifying they had a nail gun on site. It makes you wonder how many times that happened.

I don't know what is worse for that poor player being burnt alive or feeling someone enter your ribcage to get all your internal organs, bleeding to death in the process.

I mean in the latter you are called a "zombie" too.

And you are given no pain medication at all as they do live surgery on you without any knock out drugs.

Let's go with both are bad.

It's terrifying, they do this so on point, on beat with no words at all.

Music abruptly stops. As the players are all huddled together between the spaces of the bunks.

Squid Game Liveblog S1E5 "A Fair World"

Back at the cliffhanger ending.

A literal leap of faith with Gihun literally hanging over the edge. How did Gihun not freak out about literally falling into the edge I will never know.

The other team loses their footing, Gihun and his team starts pulling.

And Gihun looks devasted but well his combat pragmatism kicks in.

Gihun falls for the 6 or 7th time. Do we count the edge an almost fall?
