Might sound very basic, but my advice would be: consume a lot of art, and study the ones you like! you'll get to know what you find appealing, like 'this color palette looks super nice', 'this blurry effect there really adds something', 'this composition works so well' and then you can try incorporating it in your own pieces!
Also, i'd advice really taking some time to figure out ohow the art software you use is working! Like perspective/ruler tools, patterns, layer blending modes, 3D models, experiment with different brushes, gradient maps, etc... it really changed my life to start using those! don't hesitate to watch tutorials :))

The Shuttle Part 2 (Or how that one crime syndicate almost stole a space shuttle)
So a while ago, I talked about the legendary space shuttle and it's general history. While I admit it was quite surface level, there is one glaring incident I left out.
This of course pertaining to the Hoennian variant of the space shuttle, not the Unovan one which had been largely phased out by 2004, which is when this incident happened.
In late october of 2004, the HAXA space shuttle Yoake stood at LC-2 at Mossdeep Space Center for a routine communications satellite launch. However, agents from Team Rocket (because of course) had previously decided to commit the most insane case of Grand Theft in history. Before you ask, yes, I do mean those agents.
They manage to steal away onboard and hold the crew captive. Due to a combination of software and human error, the launch sequence proceeded as normal, despite the fact that the crew has been replaced by amateurs with little experience flying light aircraft, much less spaceplanes.
At booster separation, the jolt was enough for the crew to break free, oust the agents from command, and initiate a rushed Return to Launch Site (RTLS) abort mode, landing safely at the Shuttle Landing Facility at MSC.
So yeah. That happened...
