Over the next few days I will be reposting my own work and original captions from an Instagram takeover I did for Continuum, my MA Photojournalism and Documentary Photography final degree show at the London College of Communication back in May 2015! I am resurfacing work from the project The Shadow Dreams, which also exists as a hand-bound photo book. The work in the exhibition and the book is a psychological portrait of anxiety and troubled sleep, questioning the taboo around mental illness, and the difficulty of confronting and revealing your own shadow.
