Shrikanta-ardha ShareeriNi;

Prabhavathi;

Prabha Roopa;

Prasidhha;

Parameshwari;

() Shodasi = sixteen - Consisting of or having sixteen parts

#391 Nithya Shodashika Roopa = She who is eternally in the form of a Sixteen year old girl, signifying sixteen types of desires *

* Some sadhakas relate sixteen deities as nithya devis representing 16 lunar days (As mentioned in earlier naama which spoke about nithya devis).

* Fifteen deities also refers to fifteen syllable panchadasakshari mantra and the sixteenth deity is Mother Lalitha TripuraSundari who with the final seed syllable completes it as Shodashi mantra. Shodashi is mentioned as another name for Mother Lalithaambika.

() Shrikant = Lord shiva (his throat-neck)

Ardha = half

Shareera = body

() Prabhavat = radiant - potent

* Some explanation maintains that Mother is surrounded by ashtasidhis known as Prabha. Since she is surrounded by Prabhas, she is Prabhavathi.

#396 Parameshwari = She who is the Supreme Empress

() Prasidh = popular - wellknown

#395 Prasidhdha = Who is adored, commended and celebrated by many.

() Parama = highest
