What a time to be a Transformers fan!  With the Rise of the Beasts movie to hit cinemas in two months, it seems promotional events are happening right, left and centre. Wednesday night saw the VIP Opening Night for the Transformers: More than Meets the Eye art exhibition at King’s Comics. Promotional Blurb: Radio Velvet, Kings Comics and Hasbro, a global branded entertainment leader, are pleased…

The Black Keys' Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney were on BBC Radio 6 Music for a takeover on Lauren Laverne's show. They talk about their new album, Ohio Players, and the band's early days in Akron, Ohio, more than two decades ago, sharing a 6 Music Goes Back mix of songs they were listening to then, by The Strokes, Spoon, Beck, The Dirtbombs, and more. You can hear it here.

Note
Eva Noblezada left Hadestown today and apparently the stage door security guards got everyone to shout "REEVA" at the stage door and it reminded me of how my mom was like "omg it's so obvious that Eva and Reeve Carney are dating" in the EXACT SAME WAY she was like "omg it's so obvious that Lauren and Joey are together" and I just pictured everyone at a StarKid stage door being told to shout "RICHPEZ" but instead of security guards it's Brian and Meredith
Lmaooo Brian and Meredith starting it is so funny but so real

The 62nd annual Grammy Awards were on Sunday. Here are highlights from the show:
Billie Eilish won five awards, including record, album and song of the year, capping a night that also saw multiple wins for Lizzo and Lil Nas X.
Our critics and writers weigh in on the best and worst moments.
Lizzo and host Alicia Keys kicked off the show by addressing the death of the basketball star Kobe Bryant.
The ousted Grammys chief Deborah Dugan is at war with the Recording Academy. In a speech, Keys seemed to reference the turmoil.
Check out the red carpet looks.

Love who you love. It’s another day for Starkid A Man of No Importance. Didn’t really know about this musical until the recent revival and a friend recomending the cast album. It ended being a beautiful show and the ideas started flowing through my brain. Haven’t seen a lot of buzz for this show on this site, so if you haven’t listened to this show uhhhh do it. Lots of holiday/winter dreamcasts coming up for the rest of the month so look forward to those.
