#as usual I have a terrible case of back from the beach blues#I miss the ocean and the sand and the seagulls and I wanna go back T_T#home and work are both shitshows and all I wanna do is lounge in the sun and swim in the sea#I miss the salty air#i keep trying to tell myself not to be bummed cause I have a few shorter trips planned#going back to Cape May next month either for a day trip or overnight the one weekend with my sister in law#and I might be going back to Ocean City for a long weekend in September for local’s summer#and me and my husband are planning on taking a day trip and exploring a few of Delaware’s beaches along the bay#that one’s a little more up in the air but likely September or October#and then we’re doing Kitt’s Hummock and Woodland Beach for sure#might do Deemer’s Beach cause it’s literally 3 mins away from the one shop we’re stopping at#but I’ve heard that’s not a great beach so we’ll see#might possible also do Bennett’s Pier Beach and Slaughter Beach and stop at the DuPont Nature Center#so three trips- one being a day trip the other being either a day trip or overnight and a possible third trip that’s a few days long#I’m excited for the Delaware one cause I’ve only ever been to Fenwick Island and Slaughter Beach#and like yeah they’re beaches on the Delaware Bay so it’s brackish and muddy but I don’t care#I’m just excited to explore some beaches I’ve never been to#but man the main big vacation is over and I have to wait a whole year and that’s what’s got me down I guess#little vexing about the distance#love that my fav place is only 3.5 hours away#but it’s just far enough to be a bit much for a day trip which is a bummer#we’ve done day trips in the past and they’re very fun but also very tiring#so I tend to only get to Ocean City MD once or twice a year#which bummer cause it’s my favorite beach#the beaches that are only like an hour and 20 mins aren’t that great Jersey-wise#so hopefully the Delaware adventure turns up a few that I end up liking a lot#I need to live closer to the ocean#I’m trying but man is shit expensive anymore ._.#one day soon I hope…

now that i've completed all the character episodes and fought with or against all characters i can finally make a tier list with my opinion on everyone ✌
#m#tekken#i like alisa more than leo asuka and xiaoyu but i think all four + lili have a great relationship dynamic#like they could all be a group of besties who do sleepovers and kick ass togetherand get into adventures!! but alas bandai namco hates fun#katarina is SO hot but i need her personality to be shown a little bit more for her to become a fav of mine#i like miguel and bob mostly bcs of the online tekken comic but once again im asking for more content of them#also i think their opposite personalities match very well and they could be good frienemies#imagine that miguel wants to beat people up for no reason but bob keeps stopping him and he's just extra angry all the time#also. miguel showing bob spanish food. eating paella together........ bandai namco PLEASE put them together more often#i dont even need to defend that heihachi and lee are the funniest characters in the franchise you know im right#i hated lucky chloe bcs she looked like weeb bait but then i saw her episode...... genuinely super funny that she's secretly an asshole#AND extra funny that Eddy has to deal with her in t7. honestly i'd love to see eddy work for her and try he kawaii lifestyle#all the while lucky chloe is mega rude and bad mouthed in the behind the scenes#also they could have older bro and younger sis energy... or the reverse bcs we dont know how old is she. actually she should be older#wouldnt it be hilarious if she was like 35 or something#i like the characters in the orange tier mostly because of their designs#julia and lidia are both very cute! and master raven very hot#claudio kazumi leroy and hwoarang have cool designs and marshal law and the kings have funny backstories#i like kazuya when there are family shenanigans otherwise i dont care much about him#the williams' designs are very boring but i like how much they despise each other#the bears are funny too#everyone else.......... i legit dont care

i am already having difficulty processing the passage of time and THIS REALLY ISN'T HELPING!!
(The blog was started in 2017 when I moved to Toronto for school, the comic itself started in late 2010 as study notes and early 2011 as a published digital comic, so in total it is more like 12 years old)

Usually I hate like “the gotham villains are so FUCKED UP and SCARY” shit in batman but for some reason all the scenes in the audio adventures of these freaks just menacing people rule. Like its always so fun
#I think its partly because they all do it in different ways and theres also alot of focus on them as characters instead of just#them being Scary. So when they do get their moments of being scary and competent its great#Also Theyre All Competent Im really glad Audio Adventures made everyone good at being a villain also in different ways. Harveys-#-thing being alot of him taking advantage of the Legal System because hes so good at The Law is still like a 5 star idea#I hope Riddler does come back in season 3 John Leguizamo Riddler is also the best thing to ever happen.#And Ms. Tuesday. I miss her

0 - Mercatus - The Fool - The youngest god, son of Arcos and Ghailen. A trickster God who created mortalkind by asking for a gift from each of the deities on his birthday. Adventures, beginnings, risks, travellers pray to Mercatus before a long journey
1 - Donrai - The Magician - The God of all things knowable. Keeper of the library of Celestia where all the knowledge shared in the world is stored.
2 - Ryllae - The High Priestess- The Goddess of secrets and all knowledge that is NOT to be known. She is advisor to the suspicious and desperate, and the revealer of the truths we push away from ourselves.
3 - Ghailen - The Empress - Ghailen is the keeper and ruler of the lands and the wilderness. She is the goddess of growth and fertility. She is not always so gentle, but rather cares more about the growth of the whole rather than the plight of individuals.
4 - Arcos - The Emperor - The king of kings and ruler of Celestia, which sits upon the crown of the spoke of The Wheel. Where Ghailen tends to the lands of mortalkind, Arcos rules mortalkind itself. He is a just and wise ruler, if divinely arrogant.
5 - Eddin - The Hierophant - The God of lineage, history, and tradition. Keeper of the lines of all mortals, and worshipped by lawmakers and ledgermains. Eddin is the father of the three sisters, Justice, Temperance, and Judgement.
6 -Lencellier - The Lovers - The deity of love and community. Lencellier is the parent of several gods including the three sisters. They delight in the bonds mortals form and often finds ways to spend time physically in the world for festivals.
7 - Zelka - The Chariot - The great steed of Celestia who is ridden by the eldest sister, Dorral. Zelka is the god of action and travel, but Zelka does not care who is lost or left behind when the action starts.
8 - Heradrel - Strength - The eldest daughter of Arcos and Ghailen, who tamed Zelka. Heradrel is the goddess of both inner and outer strength, she is worshipped by mortals seeking inner peace and stability so they can control their own fates.
9 - Astolat - The Hermit - Astolat is the only goddess who abandoned Celestia. After she was jilted by Lencellier, she wandered into The Shadow where she now spends her time guiding lost souls. She is the goddess of letting go, of the lost, the forgotten, and lonely.
10 - Efdelshedel - Wheel of Fortune - Efdeleshedel is an eternal wheel grinding slowly in The Shadow. Efdelshedel is the entity of time and fate. It is said that one rotation from The Wheel can take millennia and that every rotation is nearly identical but with small changes.
11 -Corlesis - Justice - The sister of revolution. She is the youngest of the three sisters and fights injustice directly with violence and fury. She is often depicted like a valkyrie and is worshipped by rebels and those opposed to bullies and tyrants.
12 - Ahm - The Hanged Man - Ahm is the god of patience, martyrdom, sacrifice, and suffering. Ahm teaches us to grow from our pain and wait it out. Ahm loves Astolat and so hangs upside-down from his spoke for eternity, watching for her to return.
13 - Malomb - Death - When Mercatus created mortals, there were only 21 gods. Malomb appeared and gave mortals The Gift, which is death. Malomb sees to the passage of souls at their time and abhors those that would try to refuse their gift.
14 - Luxitor - Temperance - The middle sister, she is the sister of compromise and non-violence. She seeks change gradually so that all parties become better through each other. She seeks balance in disputes. Comparing someone to Luxitor is sometimes considered an insult.
15 - The Shadow - The Devil - The place between places is a whirling ocean of black ink containing all of the collective wants and desires of all mortals. Associated with mirrors, The Shadow does not lie, it only allows you to lie to yourself.
16 - Kaer - The Tower - Represented by a meteor crashing to the world, Kaer is the god of great upheaval. Often called "The Father Moon" Kaer is the harsh realization of your weakness after a tragedy, the lesson learned after a calamitous mistake.
17 - Hemeel - The Star - One of the "outer" Gods, Hemeel follows Kaer as the first glimmer of hope during the darkest night. The bereaved and the downtrodden turn to Hemeel when they feel all is lost in search of guidance.
18 - Sheffelfleck - The Moon - The God of dreams, one of the earliest entities in the pantheon who dreamed The Wheel into existence and The Sun to see it. It is said that Sheffelfleck eats nightmares but should Sheffelfleck stir, all the nightmares he has eaten will come to life.
19 - Shiom - The Sun - The mother sun who delights in the revelation of truth and loves to gaze at the world from on high. She hates The Shadow and so only watches The Wheel and its passing. It is said she perpetually sleeps and only awakens at the end of a rotation.
20 - Dorrál - Judgement - The eldest of the sisters, the general of the armies of Celestia who rides on the back of Zelka. She is a brilliant tactician who seeks change dispassionately through guile and strategy.
21 - Neriev - The World - The goddess of hearth, home, and the very essence of the living world. Neriev is both easy and difficult to worship, as she is essentially everything. Travelers often thank her when they catch a familiar sight when they are nearly home.
The God whose time you were born during, the God whose Passing you were born under, and the God who marks your current year all effect you differently to make your present reality, which then interacts with the god who is currently Passing.

its really funny that like. adventure time often is a profound and meaningful and affecting show but like- all the most popular quotes that get passed around as these beautiful things tend to be, like, bullshit when actually in context. Especially if Jake said it. saw a post the other day that said like “jake will give the most life changing advice but its just to cover for his own personality flaws”. “sucking at something is the first step towards being sorta good at something” is immediately followed by finn and jake performing plastic surgery with no training. his spiel about how rules and laws are made to benefit and protect the people who are already on top and keep everyone else down is just him trying to justify not paying rent to his son or something. marceline says “i don’t think there are bad people just that sometimes good people make mistakes and that’s not bad” and that’s great but the context is that she and LSP just assaulted multiple people for no reason, stole from a woman and then ran her over with her own car and locked her in the trunk
