There was something about the Han siblings that drew them to Minho. You had no clue when these feelings were born, was it when you all hung together and he shared his meal with you cause you didn’t like yours? Was it when he gave you his hoodie because you were cold? Or was it when he caught you from falling and looked into your eyes for a second too long?

You never wanted to fall for your brother’s best friend and he didn’t wanted to fall for his best friend’s sister either, but here you were, hiding behind closed doors.

You were in the middle of a battle, the both of you. A battle between the love you both have for each other and the love and respect you have for your brother and best friend.

You were feeling so bad for lying to him, for making Minho lie to him as well, but you couldn’t tell him, he wouldn’t understand, he doesn’t understand. He showed to you how much he hates even the idea of you liking his friend.

*Flashback*

It was a normal evening. You were sitting on the couch talking to your friend through texts when you felt a presence near you. You look to your side to see your brother looking at you with a suspicious smile on his face.

- Mom said that you have a crush on someone. You’re always smiling at your phone. he told you teasingly

- Not that it’s any of your business, but would it be that bad if I did in fact like someone? you asked nonchalantly looking at the tv that was on as a background noise until right this moment

- You do like someone! You need to tell me! Who is it? Who is my baby sister liking? he asked, his teasing tone very noticeable

-It’s none of your business Jisung! And I’m only 2 years younger, stop babying me.

- I am not babying you! Now tell me who it is! I'm curious! said han, his teasing tone being more noticeable than before

- It's really none of your business Ji. What if I told you that I'm into Minho huh? He looks extra fine lately. you said teasingly, hintind subtly your crush

- Ew! NO! EW! My Minho? Not my best friend! NO! Why does it have to be my band member? NO! They are off limits! You can't like them! I'm not allowing you to like any of them! NO! he started to yell as if he was freaking out about it

- Relax you big baby, I was only joking! I don't like Minho! Now stop trying to be all in my business. you said getting off the couch and going straight to your room feeling a pressure in your chest

In that particular moment you decided against letting your brother know about your actual feeling for his best friend. You hated the feeling he put in your heart that day, you never feel so unsupported in your entire life.

Minho also agreed on not telling Han about his feelings and about your relationship just yet, wanting to see if it would really work before draging him in the middle of this.

You didn't really told Minho about that day, about Han's reaction to you even hypothetically liking him, you just told him he was against it and that him and his members were off limits.

That didn't stopped you guys from dating each other. You tried, you tried to bottle up your feelings, and Minho did the same. You tried to make yourself believe that he didn't feel the same way you did, that he didn't liked you back. But you knew, you knew he did, it was so obvious you liked each other that you had no idea how Han didn't notice.

Everyone in your friend group knew. Everyone caught on your feelings and later on, on your relationship. You had to be blind, or in Han's case unbothered to observe his surroundings, to not be able to see the not so sublte interactions between you and Minho.

Everyone saw the way your eyes were lingering on each other, the way he winked at you from across the room making you blush, the way he always found a way to sit close to you.

It was common knowledge at this point. They knew, and they were okay with it as long as they are not involved in this entire situation. That's why, you spent most of your time in Minho's room, away from both your parents and your brother.

You were currently in Minho's room, cuddled up in his strong arms, your small little safe space. You started to tense a little, that memory of Jisung playing again in your head.

- Everything okay jagiya? minho asked you as he felt a change in you

- I just hate this whole thing with Ji. Why does he have to be this way? you whispered moving a little too look at him

- I don’t know jagi! But we will figure this out okay? I love you too much to give up on you! he whispered kissing your lips softly

You were forced to pull apart by the door bursting open and a loud gasp coming right after. You both turn around expecting to see Seungmin or Innie who would occasionally tease you, but in the doorway was none of the maknaes, instead a red faced Jisung was fuming.

- What the actual fuck? Ew! Get away from him! No! I told you he is off limits? Why can’t you listen? Why do you have to ruin everything? he yelled at you trying to get you away from Minho

- Hey hey hey! Don’t talk to her like that! minho protested, trying to defend you

- Im not talking to you hyung, we will talk about this later! Now get up you little brat and gather your shit, I’m taking you home! he spitted the words with a hint of disgust in his tone

You look at your lover one more time before picking up your things not wanting to make the situation even worse. Minho blew a kiss to you the second Han didn’t pay attention, as you left the room and the dorms for a while.

He dragged you to out the dorms and to his car, pushing you in. The whole ride home was very uncomfortable and you somehow did this to yourself. It wasn’t all your fault but you still had a big part of it.

- You are not allowed to see him again! he spitted towards you in disgust

- You don’t understand Ji, I love him! you whispered to him trying to stand your case

- You don’t! You only want what I have, like you always do! You can’t have my friends, you can’t have my life! Stop trying to ruin every good thing about my life. He can’t give you what you want! He will only break your heart and I won’t be here to put you back together!

- You are so selfish! God Jisung! How do you even know what I want? How can you be so full of yourself to even think I want to steal your life from you? You are so self centred that you can’t even see how I feel. I don’t need you to put me back together! If you don’t want to be in my life than walk away, no one is making you stay! And you don’t have to worry about him breaking my heart, you already did! you yell at him as he parked his car in front of your house, getting out of the car and storming straight to your room.

If he didn’t want to be in your life that’s on him! He can be so selfish sometimes that he doesn’t even consider your feelings or even his friend’s feelings! One thing you knew, Han Jisung was a stranger to you from this day on.

Hello do you know any fics that have a good Azula redemption arc? I hate the trope of making Zuko (or any other character actually) be a some sort of caretacker for Azula. Like, I saw a few fics that literally just made Zuko be like "No, she totally changed and is good, promise" and Azula didn't rally change, she is still abusive and cruel, she just isn't trying to physicaly harm everyone around her and that's it. Perfect redemption arc. Sorry if i'm a bit confusing, but i don't really know how to describe my frustration at those Azula redemption fics. I just really want to read a fic where the redemption is actually good and Azula works for it herself. Yes, she can get help from other people, but at the end, other people (most of who where hurt [or even abused!!!] by her before) shouldn't be forced to help Azula. And being honest, I can't see Azula actually accepting help from anyone from the show, because in her eyes they are below her. Zuko? Weak failure who got banished (also someone who should not be responsible for helping his abuser when he still needs to heal and is vulnerable to her manipulation and gaslight). Ty Lee and Mai? Even if we ignore the fact that both of them were emotionally abused by her, i do think there is a reason why both of her closest "friends" were non-benders, powerful ones, but still non-benders (maybe because she wanted someone who could keep up with her but at the same time was "below" her so she felt like she could easily defeat them?). Anyone from the Gaang? She literally tried to kill them and unlike Zuko never even tried to do better, so I don't think any of them would even think of helping her when she didn't show them any form of change. Iroh? He actually maybe would be a good person to help her (both were the golden children of their parents) but she has no respect for him so she wouldn't accept. At the end of the day, no one owns her anything, especially the fire nation kids. You are justifed in ignoring your abuser, you are justifed in never talking to them, you are justifed in not coming near them! Even if your abuser is a kid or your sister or anyone, you don't own them anything and you aren't resposible for them geting better. It's their choice and their resposibility. Anyways, I'm just really frustrated at this fandom for the fact that they can't accept the characters when they don't fit in their little boxes. Azula is a victim and was abused by her father but she also abused Zuko, Mai and Ty Lee. Her trauma doesn't make her actions okay. You can like her, she is a cool character and villian but you need to accept the fact that there was no "rivaly" between her and Zuko. She was the one with all the power in her realtion with Zuko, she could be cruel and abusive, but if he has done the same, he would be punished. The first time I watched the show I was so amazed by the bravery of portraing an abusive relationship between sibling with the younger sister who is the abuser (And you know that if Azula was the older brother there would be no questions about if Azula is abusing Zuko). I don't undestand how this fandom can see her character and decide that she is either an abuser or a victim. She is both and it's important to her character! I do belive that she can change but it should be her choice to change. She should be the one to put all the work, not someone else for her.

Anyways, this started as me asking for fics and developed into me ranting about how this fandom is ruining a fascinating character (and by doing so is also draging other characters along). Honestly, it felt good to write this, I still think I can be a bit confusing at times (sorry for that, i still learn english) but I'm happy to finally put at least a bit of my thoughts into words.

I haven't read any fics that focus on Azula's redemption, sorry. Mostly because I haven't gone looking for them, and when I read fic, I'm very selective about what I read. Most of the fics that I read that have Azula in them do work with an already "redeemed" Azula or at least have her playing a non-villainous role, and I have similar frustrations as you with even the fics I've read like this that I've thought were really well done in other aspects. Even in a universe where she's not written as an antagonist for Zuko, she's still often cruel and nasty to him and manipulative, and my frustration is that most of the time, like you said, she still acts abusive, it's just that the writer doesn't write it as abuse, which leads me to believe the writer doesn't realize that it's abuse, and that's a problem. These fics also often focus on Zuko being responsible for repairing his relationship with her. And while I can appreciate the well-written ones as AU stories, they don't resemble Zuko and Azula's canon dynamic.

The fic I actually read that jumps out at me as one that was refreshing because it didn't soften Azula or her dynamic with Zuko was a zutara fic where Zuko was hospitalized because Azula had stabbed him, and he told everyone that she didn't actually mean to kill him so it was fine. This is actually very in character especially for a Zuko who is still making excuses for his family, and I thought the fic did a good job of portraying how abuse victims sometimes defend their abusers. The fic I was, I think, only one chapter, but I wished it had dug more into Zuko and Azula's relationship because it took such a different angle than what I usually see, and acknowledged something I rarely see about their relationship amid all the victim blaming being directed at Zuko or literally anyone else for Azula's behavior.

And the thing is, a lot of the "redemption" scenarios proposed by the fandom read exactly like Zuko's mindset in this fic, or like Zuko's canon mindset about his father in the early episodes. They want Azula to be redeemed but they don't want to acknowledge her bad actions and in some cases want those actions to be allowed to continue, but never acknowledge that they are abusive or harmful in any way.

I agree that less people would defend her if she was an older brother rather than a younger sister, but I've also seen Azula fans stan the likes of Billy Hargrove and say the same things about him, that he was somehow treated unfairly by the narrative or the characters. This despite season four of Stranger Things spending a great deal of time exploring Max's guilt over his death! Guilt that the show also acknowledges that Max should not have to feel because abuse victims don't owe their abusers anything, and it was also clear how traumatized she was after his death by those guilty feelings BECAUSE of what he put her through. The way that the show allowed Max to ALSO voice that she hated her brother and was afraid of him because he terrorized her and made her life miserable was one of the best things about that season. Of course she feels sad about his death, because she's a good person, but I'm not here for crap about how the show or characters were "unfair" to him just because you liked his greasy mullet. People need to realize how this kind of rhetoric is often what retraumatizes victims even after they're able to leave, because they're told how much sympathy they owe to their abusers, or how their perception of events is false and the abuse wasn't as bad as they thought. I've said the same thing about Zuko and Azula.

I still have yet to write the remaining chapters of "KIng Rat," - life is pretty busy right now! - but I will say that the Zuko and Azula interactions in that story were one of the things that inspired me to write it and I've had them in my head for a while, and one of the things I wanted to do with that story was explore how things that aren't typically recognized as abuse are traumatizing. Zuko in that story will have PTSD from being kidnapped but will realize that he already had it long before that from living with Ozai and Azula, and it will take him a while to realize why he's not fine now that he's been rescued.

Roman watched as the table locked his arms tight above his head and his ankles together, and strings, tieing each toe back and the table even pushed his belly up, keeping him completely immobile. And it made him even give a giggle in anticipation as the table draged him Into the tube.

He was ready for these tickles, and even more when the machine spoke "level one, warm up" roman sqweakes as the machine let's out mechanical hands, that went for his pits,ribs,sides,belly, bellybutton, hips, thighs, knees, feet and toes. And this already had him laughing.

As roman cought his breath, he frowned, but soon his frown turned into a shakey and happy grin, as the machine said "level 2" and he sqweaks as he sees the sides of the machine open to show spinning brushes and like a carwash they touched down and went back and forth on his sides,ribs,pits and belly, and this made roman sqweak and burst into high pitched laughter. "NAHAHAHAHA NOHOHOT THEHEHEHEHEHER" He laughed, and tried to wiggle, but he was stuck, and soon the machine said "level 3" and this level made roman shreak, electric toothbrushes. One in his belly button, and them on his thighs, hips, and knees, and Romans laughter was borderlines silent, and soon it would be. Roman didn't even realize when the hands came down and rubbed massage oil on his feet.

But he definitely noticed after the machine said "final level", knowing this was gonna get worse.

And after a minute, a ding was heard and everything went back into the tube, and roman started to calm down to giggles as the table in the tube slides out and a "lee mood complete" was heard from the machine.

It releases romans limbs and forces him back to his room, under his blanket, on his bed, but right before roman crashes, he realized one thing, the machine was right. He was no longer in his lee mood after that, and he smiled as he fell asleep.

Tickletober day 14- light tickles

Note- remus has the fun nails. As a idea of the bloopers with remus with acrylic nails idea and my nails :3

Roman and Remus had been getting along alot better recently, and one day remus tacked Romans and giggles "roro look what's I got done" Remus showed his new nails, sharp points of acrylic nails, all black with green tentacles on each nail, Roman was in awe, but was also nervous.

"there nice, now can I get up" roman sqweakes as remus stuck his hands under his shirt "nope, I need to test them, Logan said they would be great for light tickles, so I gotta try it out" and with that, remus draged his nails around Romans belly, and Roman was instantly giggling.

To roman, they tickled so much more then usual, but he didnt really mind. He needed this, especially with what Janus said to him earlier. And Remus knew that "wow they really do work well, tummy tickles for roman" he started to wiggle every nail on his belly, causing roman to sqweal and laugh lightly, and Remus smiles at that. But sadly remus heard Romans breath start to get wheezy after a 30 minutes. And he knew to stop.
