Aw man I have an idea for a “Leo spends a lot longer in the Prison Dimension” divergence.

The way the Prison Dimension works is that it essentially keeps you alive so long as you haven’t completely broken.

Leo, despite how sure he was that he was going to die, didn’t want to, and that’s all the Prison Dimension needed to keep him “alive” and “resetting” him. His body is kept in the exact same state he was in when he entered the dimension - messed up, but mostly okay.

Also, Leonardo “jokes are how I cope” Hamato eventually uses his newfound “oh I can’t die” status as a way to relentlessly quip at Krang One. Sure, he “dies” many times doing this, but eventually he just treats it like a game. How much does he have to fuck around until he finds out?

The amount varies.

He’s thankful that his (Casey’s-) photo is still intact, though at some point he has to etch the names of the people in it (his family-) into the walls of whatever building rubble he called home.

Sometimes he and Krang One talk. It’s almost nice, at times, having another being there.

Leo doesn’t know what to think of this.

The nice feeling always ends with his “corpse”, anyway.

Leo’s eventually saved, of course, and he’s brought back home and he smiles, smiles, because of course his brothers saved him! Of course he got out! He never gave up, not really, so they didn’t either-

And then he noticed how tall they were. How Mikey had hair, how Raph’s scars had long healed, how Donnie’s tech was more advanced.

Six years, they tell him. Six years.

And Leo looks the same. Just as banged up as ever, still a mess of bruises and cuts that he’s grown so familiar with. (And it does not escape Raph’s eye how dark the ring of bruises around Leo’s neck are-)

And it’s fine! It’s fine. He just needs to play catch up, now. He’s technically six years older too, right? Only his body is sixteen. His wounds will heal, and he will grow up too.

Only that doesn’t happen.

Because here’s the thing about the Prison Dimension: it’s grown fond of Leo. Six years is nothing to it, but Leo was new, different from what normally comes through. Leo was a bright blue light that only grew brighter with time, coming back from where it was almost snuffed out. So, a piece of the Dimension attaches itself to Leo’s soul, living yet not, and he remains as he’s been for the past near decade.

His wounds do not heal. He does not grow.

He exists more than he lives. And in the back of his mind he can hear Krang One screaming.

He wonders if his own screaming was heard back.

hc: Paige, in her witchcraft-crazy days of s5, invents a space-bending spell that lets them have more rooms in the house than can logically be accounted for by the outside dimensions. personal gain consequence means that occasionally they can't find one of the bathrooms for a few days, and once Phoebe opened up the linen closet to find herself in a desert in Arizona, but y'know, every renovation has a few problems here and there

i am once again bringing up paige has a projection power and literally none of them realize bc they’re not like insanely well read in magic but paige starts to bend reality in the house and piper’s like paige 🙄 omg where did the sewing room go and paige like lifts a vase and underneath it is just like. the sewing room. and paige is like i’m still working out the kinks give me a minute and piper’s like yeah yeah whatever so long as you don’t send the nursery to the sahara and paige is like yeah word i will try my best Not to do that and piper kinda continues to go about her day until leo’s like um honey where did the bathroom go and piper’s like oh paige is on some magical kick right now trying to have the house bigger or whatever just open the door to the linen closet and leo does and bada bing bada boom there’s the bathroom and leo’s like how’s she doing this and piper’s like i don’t know and so long as she puts the sewing room back i don’t care and leo’s like back? back from where? and piper lifts up the vase to reveal the sewing room and leo’s like !!!! how did she do that !!!!!!!! and piper’s like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and leo’s like i don’t think u realize!! this is a really big thing!! bc like man they’re all charmed they’re all wicked powerful this is just another tuesday in the halliwell manor but for literally anyone else they’re like what!! the fuck!! darryl visits and then tries to leave out the front door and somehow ends up in the attic. and he just kinda sighs bc like. of course. and he walks back downstairs like hi how do i get out of this house and paige is like my bad! and opens up the coat closet revealing the street outside. and darryl just doesn’t even say anything he’s like okay catch you later.

When I started this account: Oh god... well, my first Tumblr account was started in early 2012 but I acidentally deleted that one around.... 2014, I think? I was trying to delete a sideblog and acidentially deleted the whole thing because that’s just the type of person I am. Anyway, I started this one immediately after (under a different url, I’ve been through quite a few). 

Why I started this account: I followed a lot of Harry Potter and other fandom Facebook pages and half of what they posted was just screenshots of Tumblr discussions so I decided to join Tumblr to just see these things directly and be able to reblog them (and thus find them again). 

I was originally a Harry Potter, Doctor Who and Sherlock blog, with the occasional Dragon Age. 2/3 on the Superwholock thing, god, lmao. I did watch some Supernatural eventually but I thought it was boring ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I still like all the former except for Sherlock, which went steeply downhill after s2 and in retrospect wasn’t really that good for those first two seasons, either. Just, you know, slash potential, was really the only thing.

eleven year old lucky was shipped off to his mom’s brother, a hard-drinking ex-cop named tony with nothing better to do than take out his frustrations on a kid he never wanted in the first place.

one thing his uncle did love, though, was boxing. lucky was dragged along with him to the local gym nearly every day, watching the guys train and listening on as his uncle offered pointers and encouragement to the fighters. 

eventually, lucky found himself in his own pair of boxing gloves, participating in scaled-down training of his own, and he loved it. 

he became a much more active participant in their visits to the gym; building muscle tone and strength as he grew into his teenage limbs, lucky eventually began entering into fights of his own, much to tony’s delight. 

his nickname even came from the first time he won a match — lucky, his uncle had called him as he counted the prize money, and it’s stuck ever since.

after high school, he threw himself into training even harder, knowing that his ultimate goal was to pursue boxing professionally. 

making it was the most incredible feeling, and lucky was on top of the world — he was undefeated, raking in cash, and rising as an up-and-coming name in the boxing world.

at least, he was, until a substantial amount of cocaine was found in his bag one night.

it didn’t matter how much he protested that it wasn’t his — lucky was charged, tried, and wrongfully convicted of possession of a controlled substance. he spent over a year locked in a jail cell until he was released, but he spent the whole time keeping himself in shape, provoking fights if only for the practice, and letting his rage simmer until he could get the hell out of dodge. 

now that he’s out ? u best believe he’s coming for what’s his

currently, he’s making a comeback for the ages. he moved to jericho on an inexplicable whim when he was released, and though his agent tells him it’s a pain in the ass to fly him out of there whenever he has a fight, he stubbornly insists on staying bc he’s a pain in the ass lmao.

as for personality, he’s kind of a dick ngl, in day to day interactions he’s curt and rude and usually looking for a fight. deep deep deep down, he’s actually very soft and kind, but he’s learned better over the years than to expose that soft underbelly to people.

late amnesty liveblog because my sleep schedule has betrayed me :P

I could’ve put Who Am I from Les Miserables to be a shit, but I decided to be serious. While If the World Turned Upside Down is a short song, the lyrics (in my opinion) describe Bruno/Antimony’s conflicting feelings with what was happening around him. 

Sherry LeBlanc- Here I Go (If/Then)

Now I know all the motions/The steps to every dance/And I count cards at the table/I never bet on chance/I leave nothing to the gods/I know all the odds and even so/Still, here I go

Sherry is a wild card who doesn’t believe in fate, and will do anything to achieve her goals. I feel this song is an accurate representation of that!

This is what I find myself thinking Kiryu would feel during his last moments in the Facility, or even while in his last fleeting moments before being arrested.

Not exactly a ship song, but hey, it’s an amazingly perfect rival song for the pair of them. And I can shamelessly promote Death Note the Musical.

Yusei is the hero of the story. A lot of the time, he’s in his own world that Aki may not understand, but he tries to include her as much as he can.

I had to pick two songs. The first one is sweet and slow. It describes how Crow loves Aki, despite the fact she might not believe she can be loved. The second describes how neither are perfect, and that’s okay.

I couldn’t not pick this song. Imagine this as a montage during Jack and Carly’s fun day at the park. It’s cute, quirky, and describes both Carly and how Carly ended up in Jack’s life. 

Retributionshipping (Dark Signer Carly/Jack)- Dyin’ Ain’t So Bad (Reprise) (Bonnie and Clyde)

Seems you get to live your life just once/If that's how it's gotta be/Then I'd rather breathe in life than dusty air/Dyin' ain't so bad

This song was picked because both Jack and Carly were ready to die for each other. In the end, Carly may have saved him, but Jack was prepared to go down with her. 

Toolshipping (Bruno/Yusei)-You Walk With Me (The Full Monty) 

Is it the wind there, over my shoulder?/Is it your voice calling quietly?/Over the hilltop, down in the valley/Never alone for you walk with me

I was going to pick something else, but this song came on. I can hear this playing after Bruno’s passing. It’s such a sweet, but sad, song that describes what Yusei could be feeling after the fact. 

Treasonshipping (Kiryu/Yusei)- Ever After (Bare: A Pop Opera)

So much for our ever after/I thought the good guys would triumph/I trusted the hero, I didn't hear his goodbye/I guess it was lost in the talk of a straight-acting coward

Yusei and Kiryu (Or Kalin, whatever you prefer m8) definitely had a rocky relationship up until the last notes of Satisfaction Town. This song specifically works for the Dark Signer Arc.

Roseknightshipping (Aki/Sherry)- Fight for You (Heathers)

Hey could you face the crowd/Could you be seen with me and still act proud/Hey could you hold my hand/and could carry me through no man's land/It's fine if you don't agree/but I would fight for you/if you would fight for me

This song is cute. Sherry was the one who introduced Aki into the world of Turbo Dueling. This song just fits. 

Psychicshipping (Divine/Aki)- Dangerous Game (Jekyll and Hyde)

The frightened princess/Doesn't know what to do!/Will the ghosts go away?/Will she will them to stay?/Either way, there's no way to win!

This song is so so chilling. Meant to Be Yours from Heathers was a close second, but this one won out in the end. It’s just too perfect for me, and describes the abusive relationship Divine and Aki had.

hey,

i just wanted to say thank you. thank you for everything you gave me in our time together. i’m sorry you couldn’t come over to my place and meet my family. i longed for that moment, but it couldn’t happen. nonetheless, i appreciated all the time we spent together. i know you all won’t see this but yeah. 

A, thanks for going on spontaneous night hikes with me (even though there aren’t many places to hike in texas hahah) and showing me your music (dude, you’re an amazing singer and musician.) thank you for showing me how to be a friend first then something more after. i had never done something like that before, normally i would rush into a relationship and it never felt right. but with you it was nice. we were two peas in a pod. playing pretend at the lake and making up constellations (even though you’re the astronomy minor hahah.) sorry i couldn’t backpack with you in new mexico, but who knows, maybe someday :) when i met you i felt that we would meet each other again in the future. if not then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  oh well. it was fun while it lasted. i’m glad we can still talk today and share music. i appreciate you :) i wish you the best of luck in Penn and getting your masters in Washington. i never told you how i truly felt about you, in fear that you wouldn’t feel the same way, but yeah i fell in love with you- i miss you.

i spent longer than i should have picking fandoms....

this gets sort of long so...

The first character you loved: 1. Katsuki Yuri.  ofc.  it's basically set up that way... at the very beginning, we're at Yuri's lowest moment, so it's impossible not to want to cuddle and comfort him.   2. mmmmmmmmmm, well, in some ways, Garnet, and in some ways, Lapis Lazuli.  Garnet is so cool, when i started to watch, she quickly became my fave, but it wasn't until the Lapis Lazuli episodes that i REALLY got invested in SU at all. 3. well, i mean, it has to be Link, right?  but also, from stuff before i started to play any game, also Zelda.

The character you never expected to love so much: 1. this is hard, maybe Otabek?  because when we first see him at the previous season's worlds, he looks so stern and maybe even mean... 2. Peridot.  even after she was 'reformed', i still didn't really warm to her, not until she befriended Lapis, when her cute side really started to come out. 3. the first one that comes to mind is Ravio in Link Between Worlds.  at first he seems like a bully, or at worst, a villain, but by the end...

The character you relate to most: this is hard because i rarely really 'relate' to characters too much but... 1. Makkachin.  mm, steamed buns... (i really don't know, actually, whoops) 2. i guess probably Connie, because you know, "smart kid", not many friends, way too invested in her favorite fictional worlds... 3. i mean... i'm Link... i've been Link many times, so...

The character you’d slap: 1. JJ.  many times.  and also, Chris, because he can be too much almost all the time... 2. Jasper.  until she cracked. 3. Zelda's dad.  until he stopped being so stupid/such a bad father...  oh, also Tingle.  gross.

A character you liked at first but don’t anymore 1. ummm, the closest i can think of is Celestino, though i don't know how much i ever liked him... 2. while there are SU characters i don't like that much, there aren't any i initially liked and then stopped. 3. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  can't think of any   A character you did not like at first but do now: 1. well, JJ... i mean, he got some really good development, tho he's still got an annoying personality 2. i mean, Peridot again, but like... she went from being a villain to a friend so that's to be expected... 3. i feel like this question is very similar to one of the earlier ones, but it's easy to hate Skull Kid for many reasons, but once you learn more about him...
