Introducing...
Nathan’s Girlfriend, Esther, and the Keyes Family
Tumblr media
On January 2, 2021, Nathan Bates made his first official Instagram Post, and it was a photo of him and his long–suspected girlfriend, Esther Keyes.  Nathan + Esther haven’t officially announced their relationship; however, at this point, it’s clear that they’re together and not trying to hide it.  So...
Read on for a long–overdue introduction to Esther and The Keyes Family!
Meet Esther, Nathan’s Girlfriend...
Esther Joy Keyes was born to Lisa + George Keyes on October 14, 1997.  She is 1 of 14 Children.  Her Birth Order isn’t 100% clear; however, she’s basically a Middle Child.  (She has at least 7 Older Siblings.)  As of January 2021, Esther is 23 Years Old.  According to her Facebook, she’s employed at Brickerville House Family Restaurant in Lilitz, PA, and has had that job since September 2018.  We don’t know much about her education; however, she was likely homeschooled.  (One of her sisters, Leah, describes herself as “homeschooled” on Facebook.)
Tumblr media
... and Her Family, The Keyeses
The Keyes Family hails from East Earl, Lancaster County, PA—a small town just outside of Amish Country.  At the head of the family is George David Keyes, 61 (b. June 5, 1959).  He married Lisa Ann (Zwolinski) Keyes, 58 (b. December 2, 1962), on January 23, 1982.  Lisa is originally from Meriden, New Haven, CT.
Together, George + Lisa Keyes have 14 Children, including Esther.  Duggar Data was daunted by the task of identifying all of them, but then gleefully discovered that Lisa Keyes provided this nifty ‘cheat sheet’ in a Facebook Comment.  With Lisa’s unwitting help, Duggar Data identified all 14 Keyes Children, and ran with it.  Here’s a summary—  (They are listed as show above Left to Right, Girls then Guys.)
Jennifer (“Jen”) Keyes, Age and Middle Name Unknown.  Single.
Esther Joy Keyes, 23.  DOB October 14, 1997.  Nathan’s Girlfriend.
Emily Keyes, Age and Middle Name Unknown.
Leah Mary (Keyes) Taylor, 21.  DOB July 24, 1999.  Recently (October 2020) married Kidron Taylor, who is active–duty Army.
Ann (Keyes) Kanagy, 37 or 38.  DOB ~1984.  Middle Name Unknown.   Married to Justin Kanagy with 1 Son, 1 Daughter.  Serving a long–term mission in Ghana via CCM Global.
Lauren (Keyes), Age Unknown.  Middle and Married Names Unknown.  Married with 7 Children.
Elizabeth Grace Keyes, 28.  DOB June 21, 1992.  1 Son.
Jason Keyes, Age and Middle Name Unknown.  Youngest Keyes Child.
Nathaniel Keyes, 16.  DOB August 31, 2004.  Middle Name Unknown.
Aaron James Keyes, 24.  DOB July 9, 1996.  Not Married.  Has 1 Child with his girlfriend, Gracie Wrenn Brown.
Matthew Thomas Keyes, 26.  DOB March 2, 1994.  Married to Madison Caroline (Kiernan) Keyes with 1 Daughter.
Eric Stephen Keyes, 31.  DOB October 9, 1989.  Eric is the “Lawson” of the Keyes Family.  He’s a country singer.  And he’s single.
David (“Dave”) George Keyes, 35.  DOB August 15, 1985.  Married with 3 Children (1 Son, 2 Daughters).  Wife’s name is Joanna Pooler.
Andrew Keyes, 32.  DOB February 28, 1988.  Middle Name Unknown.
I’ve also identified many of the GrandKeyeses; however, I’ve chosen not to list their names or other details.
As for work...  The Keyes Family (George + Lisa) run Sunnyside Farm Market, a “seasonal, family–run roadside stand” in East Earl, PA, which sells “fresh, local produce and baked goods from our own farm kitchen.”  They also do “custom baking year–round.”  Lisa appears highly involved in these ventures, especially the bakery.  As for the Keyes Children...  Ann is a missionary.  Eric is a country singer.  Elizabeth is a financial advisor.  Matt works at Harkey Barns & Hauling, a shed and barn hauling company.  Aaron is also a truck driver, and it appears he also hauls a lot of sheds and barns...  Maybe he works for Harkey Barns & Hauling, too.  And Leah and Jennifer work at Yoder’s County Market, a ‘fancy’ grocery store with a buffet.
More About The Family
Overall, the Keyes Family appears to be religious and extremely conservative...  No real surprise there.  Here’s a few observations—
Family Size   Obviously, it’s a huge family with 14 Children...  Not a lot of family planning going on.  I didn’t notice any quoting of Quiverfull–y bible verses, however; maybe they’re not QF, per se.
Modesty   Varies a lot depending on family member.  Some of the Adult Children go all out with plain dress and head coverings, while others are wearing shorts.  Esther wears pants.
Education   Pretty sure they’re a homeschooling family.  Leah says she was homeschooled.  Several of their In–Laws were also homeschooled, and at least one of the 2nd–Generation Couples is homeschooling their own children.  Interestingly, I couldn’t find anything linking them to ATI / IBLP, but who knows.
Politics   Enough Donald J. Trump to make a person vomit.
Honestly, I think it seems like a good fit for Nathan.

Video of Amish Horse and Buggy Trump Train Goes Viral on Election Day
Videos and photos of a purported Amish horse and buggy caravan flying Trump flags went viral on Election Day.
At least five buggies with both American and Trump flags were spotted trotting along a street, videotaped by a bystander inside a car.
The video of the buggy caravan was first posted on Monday evening, but continued to be shared on Tuesday morning of Election Day.
The carriages were reminiscent of the caravans of vehicles and boats flying Trump flags.Journalist Ian Miles Cheong tweeted: “The Amish have their own Trump Train.”
The videos were retweeted and shared by a number of Trump supporters, including by former acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell and President Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr.Republicans have heavily courted the conservative Amish constituency. Some Amish were seen standing behind Trump at a recent rally in Lilitz, Pennsylvania.
In August 2019, the Pittsburg Post-Gazette reported that a political action committee called Amish PAC was building support in southeastern Pennsylvania for Trump’s reelection. It reported:With its rolling fields and farms, most people don’t think of Lancaster County, home to one of the largest Amish settlements in the U.S., as a political hub.
But it quietly hosts a number of politically active Amish — an invisible part of the voting population that helped turn the state red in the 2016 presidential election.Kyle Kopko, an associate professor of political science at Elizabethtown College, and Steven Nolt, a professor of history there, told the paper that there are 76,000 Amish living in Pennsylvania.
Ben King, a former member of the Amish community and the outreach director for Amish PAC, said Amish voters came out for Trump in 2016 due to concern over a liberally stacked Supreme Court. “I’d say the primary thing that brought the Amish out to vote was the Supreme Court,” he told the Post-Gazette.
According to the paper, 90 percent of Amish are registered Republicans. King predicted that Amish voters in Pennsylvania would vote for Trump again in 2020.
“They’re not regretting voting him into office,” he said.

“I have to stay silent. To protect you. To protect all of you."
▷ Pascal Pinon -- Þerney (One Thing) ▷ Regina Spektor -- Eet ▷ Devon Baldwin -- Siren Song
↪ GENERAL
NAME: Evelyn Bellamy AGE: 23 ALIAS: Siren GENDER: Female HOMETOWN: Lilitz, PA AFFILIATION: Neutral ABILITY: Empathic Voice FC: Lily Collins AVAILABILITY: Taken
↪ EMPATHIC VOICE
OVERVIEW:
Siren Song: Attracts people to the user via a tantalizing, addictive melody, and fills them with a desperate desire to get close to and protect the user. Effects are temporary, and will disappear promptly after the song ends or is cut off.
Healing Song: A soothing melody that can be used to treat insomnia, panic attacks, and physical injuries. If used on a healthy individual, the person will feel waves of contentment.
Sonic Scream: A jarring, bloodcurdling scream that makes screams from horror movies sound halfhearted. Everyone who hears it is struck by pure fear. The severity of its effects depend on the length of the scream.
LIMITATIONS:
The user must be able to sing/scream/hum, and the targets must be able to hear it.
The Siren Song and the Sonic Scream cannot target specific individuals, which puts nearby friends and loved ones at risk.
Healing will continuously drain energy. If too much energy is expended, the user will fall unconscious. Healing also cannot bring back the dead; attempting to do so will kill the user.
To use a Sonic Scream, the user must be in a state of complete panic, shock, or fear.
While screaming, the user’s throat will suffer tremendous injury. After screaming, the user will drastically lose energy, and may take up to three months to fully recover use of their vocal cords. During this period, the user will experience severe auditory hallucinations.
↪ BIO
[ tw: heart attacks, graphic description, mass murder ]
They say she sang before she could talk.
From a young age, Evelyn Bellamy knew she was destined for the stage. She devoted every extra hour to theatre or choir. She received every lead of every musical the community theatre troupe put on, and always sang solos in choir shows. But it wasn’t until her classmates started physically fighting over her friendship that she realized something supernatural was at work — and that it had to do with her voice.
That day, she went to the town’s hospital to visit a boy who had been injured in one of said fights. He asked her to sing for him, so she did. Less than an hour later, he left the hospital, completely healed, and falling over himself promising to keep her newfound powers secret.
Secrets were never secrets for long among the residents of Lilitz, so before the end of the week, everyone in town knew about and supported Evelyn’s abilities. The townspeople knew ASH would come after her, so they kept quiet.
One evening, a stranger arrived at Lilitz. The Bellamy family kindly allowed him to use their guest room for the night. As darkness reigned, the man cried out, thrashing with violent nightmares. Feeling sorry for him, Evelyn snuck out of her room and into his, and sang a song that soothed him into a peaceful slumber. Little did she know that by doing so, she had sealed her fate.
After all, it only takes one person to report a super to ASH.
The next day, the Bellamys held a barbecue, to which the entirety of the small town was invited. ASH, alerted by the man, used this opportunity to strike.
Fights broke out as townspeople were handcuffed and shot before Evelyn’s eyes. As officers approached, guns drawn, panic and fear bubbled in her throat. Her safety – her family – her friends – her town – all were in immediate danger. She couldn’t think to move; she couldn’t think to sing. She was rooted in place. Her mind was scattered, except for three words. Danger. Emergency. Death.
She screwed her eyes shut and screamed.
If she’d stopped screaming earlier, maybe the scene she saw when she opened her eyes wouldn’t have been so graphic. Maybe someone would’ve still been alive.
The grass was slick with red. Bodies lay everywhere, ASH, family, and friends alike, blood leaking from their ears, eyes bugging out and bloodshot. Evelyn shook and her throat closed sharply as she realized the gravity of what she’d done. Before she could react any further, her vision grew dark and blurry, and energy fled her as her newfound ability took its toll.
After waking up, she wanted to cry at the rotting scene around her, but found that the tears wouldn’t come, that they were restrained in a deep, dark mental chamber. Staggering to her feet, she flagged down the first of many cars, heading to the only place she could think of: Hero Haven in New York City.
She currently performs or rehearses every evening, masked, in a silent theatre troupe, and cleans the Atlas Club in the early a.m. hours, giving her an almost nocturnal sleep schedule. She hates ASH with a burning passion, but does not want to hurt anyone again, which is why she is neutral. She hasn’t sang in three years because she knows the horror she’s capable of and she is adamant on not repeating the same mistake. The quieter she is, she thinks, the better.
↪ CONNECTIONS
I’ll add these in a minute, you can message me or Blythe if you want a connection to Evelyn!

Even cops are afraid of clowns.
Police in Lilitz, Pennsylvania were less than pleased to find a local prankster “promoting” the upcoming release of Stephen King’s novel turned horror flick, IT.
In the film, Pennywise the clown lurks around a small Maine town’s sewers, snatching children, and leaving red balloons tied to sewer grates. According to the cops, they discovered a number of red balloons tied to sewer grates in their sleepy, small town on Tuesday.
SEE ALSO: Red floating ‘It’ balloons are appearing near drains and we’re fine, you’re fine, everyone’s fine
“We give points for creativity, however we want the local prankster to know that we were completely terrified as we removed these balloons from the grates and we respectfully request they do not do that again,” the police wrote on Facebook.
Balloons were spotted tied to sewer grates in Australia along with a message promoting the film, but the balloons in Pennsylvania were found without messages tying them to the film, making it even creepier.
The cops requested that the prankster not repeat their actions.
The original post received a lot of attention, so the police followed up with a photo of a man in a red clown wig dusting the balloon for prints.
“Now due to widespread media coverage all over the country and intense public scrutiny and outcry, we have turned the investigation over to our Criminal Investigations Division for further investigation and prosecution of the person(s), errr ah, ‘thing’ responsible,” the cops jokingly wrote on Facebook.
While the current clown hysteria is funny, it does come just a year after “killer clowns” dominated headlines in America.
