I’ve been studying biblical mythology to get Lilith accurate and I found some pretty interesting things!

1. She’s the bride of Samuel (some confuse him for the devil/Lucifer, but they’re not the same person) she and him were married and ALMOST had a child (Lilin) who’s another demon, but god said “nah” and made Lilith infertile so she can’t have children.

2. She was Adam’s first wife before eve, but basically got kicked out cause she didn’t want to do “the hank-panky” (or whatever people call it) with Adam.

3. She seduces both men and women, back then the word “men” was a collective word for “human”

4. She’s the OG succumbus and there’s an entire race of demons named after her. The lili’s, Lilith’s, lamia’s, and much more. Succubuses have the ability to shapeshift to seduce people.

5. In portraits of her, she’s portrayed with red, curly hair. (Like meee! :D)

I feel like not enough appreciation is given to the fact that from day one Fairy Tail handed us the full fledged found family trope we grab onto mere crumbs of in other pieces of fiction. So here is an incomplete list of examples because I was feeling a lot of things on my rewatch [uh also SPOILER ALERT I guess?]

Makarov repeatedly calls them his children to everyone who didn't ask

They also all call him Gramps every. other. sentence.

Cana was waiting to reveal herself to her literal biological father, but even she already had Macao and Wakaba *right there* being her dads something which goes sorely unappreciated as well

And speaking of Gildarts: before he knew about his own literal biological child, he was just like "I will be Natsu's father figure", did Dad Activities with him, and imparted key life lessons

(Plus both he and Makarov are constantly like "stay away from my kids" "I didn't want the kids to see this" " you think a parent would stand by when you hurt their kids" "it's my job to protect the kids" so there's that too)

Mirajane has two of her own blood relatives and still goes around adopting sisters left and right (looking at you Yukino) simply because they exuded little sister energy

Oh and look at Kagura being all "I'd rather you be my sister" because the Fairy Tail family energy is so strong it extends to other guilds (see also: all of Sabertooth)

I mean let's be real even Porylusia - who notably hates people - calls them Makarov's kids (and does so affectionately!)

Lamia Scale had it as a clause in Wendy's membership that she'd go back to Fairy Tail eventually because even with Shelia there, they get that FT is her real home

Do we even need to elaborate on the Alvarez arc? No but seriously the entire premise on the guild's side of things is that Gramps is in danger and they need to protect Mavis and their family. Fiore and the literal end of the world are *canonically* only secondary motivation COME ON

Also I fully had the Bloodman fight spoiled for me and it still hit hella hard because Gajeel is RIGHT THERE admitting he found family with Levy and Lily and Fairy Tail that he never thought he'd have so I don't even know why I'm still compiling evidence at this point (I'm not crying you're crying)

And if that all wasn't enough, barely an episode goes by without mentioning at least once that the guild is their home and their family sooooo . . .

Those who deserve to be S-class wizards to me should be or become.

Fairy Tail.

•Natsu.

Because he is very strong, has a good heart and despite everything, he proves to be intelligent in battle.

•Gray.

He's very strong, and he's creative. It could build anything with the ice make.

He has a good heart and is intelligent.

•Gajeel

I understand why Makarov took away the title he already had in Phantom (although Mashima should explain us a little more about how the S-Class works ...)

But I believe that Gajeel has shown over the course of the arches that he deserves to get back the title of Class S.

Not only is he physically strong and has tremendous magic, he's also smart and shrewd and has proven to have a good heart.

•Juvia

The same is true of Gajeel.

She too was already an S-class mage in Phantom and i understand why Makarov wanted to take away their titles once they became Fairy Tail mages, but I think Juvia deserves to buy back the title, just like Gajeel.

Let's remember that Makarov also selected her on Tenrou to participate in the tests.

I know that many people are overshadowed by Juvia fangirl and Juvia madly in love with Gray and often forget the great mage she is.

I would also like to add that surely Phantom Lord was a tough guild and if Juvia had been as weak as some say, she would never have reached the S rank there. You can use Gray and Fairy Tail as an excuse as much as you like, the fact remains that Juvia is one of the strongest mages in the guild, whether you want to accept it or not. And yes, she deserves the S-class rank, more than many others.

She has incredible magic, she is strong not only physically but also psychologically, she is cunning and intelligent, she has experience in risky missions, she has a huge heart. She has all the right qualifications to be an S-class mage, in Fairy Tail and any other guild.

He is one of Fiore's most intelligent wizards, has incredibly powerful magic that deserves to be explored more.

Not only has he been infiltrating the council for years, but he has incredibly powerful magic and is intelligent.

Special Mention.

•Lucy has improved a lot in terms of magical power, intelligence has always had it, so I think that in the future she could get to have the rank.

•Wendy is a dragon slayer and can pretty much heal anyone so she deserves too.

•Elfman is powerful and could undoubtedly become an S-class wizard ...

•Levy is one of the wizards and people with the brightest mind in Fiore, undoubtedly deserves. Her magic is also interesting and deserves to be explored more.

•Loke remains a Fairy Tail wizard and I believe he deserves the S-class rank because he is so powerful.

•I know they are exceed but for me Lily and Charle deserve the title too.

•Jellal is expected to become one if he joins Fairy Tail in the future, which I hope will happen.

Lamia Scale.

•It wasn't mentioned so I think it isn't, but I see Lyon as a perfect S-class wizard and possibly a future Lamia Scale master after Jura.

•Sherria undoubtedly deserves the S rank.

Mermaid Heel.

•Kagura is very strong, she should already be a class S mage.

Sabertooth.

•Sting is now the master, but I think he would have been a great S-class wizard.

•Rogue should receive the rank. He's strong, smart, and he's always been Sabertooth's best, to me.

•Minerva should literally already be an S-class mage, but she never mentioned herself so I guess she isn't, but she should.

•Rufus should be. In short, his magic is so interesting, and he is so strong and intelligent!

•Orga should also have that title.

Romeo! Stop! (Lyon x Lucy ft. Romeo and Wendy)

Lucy sat at the bar, sipping on a strawberry milkshake and reading her favorite book for the umpteenth time. She enjoyed the calmness of the guildhall and the freedom from her teammates. Natsu and Happy had gone off a job together, Gray was somewhere with Juvia, and Erza was at Fairy Hills due to a fierce fever.

The blonde looked closed her book and turned around to look at her guildmates. Levy and Gajeel were talking about something while Panther Lily chowed down on a large bowl of kiwis, Mira was laughing as Macao and Wakaba flirted with her, Laxus and the Thunder Legion were sitting at their usual place as they talked about something they seemed to interest all four of them, and the rest of the mages were drinking, talking, or looking at the job request board.

Lucy smiled at the sight, sighing contentedly. She turned back around to continue drinking her milkshake and resume her book. A few minutes passed when she felt someone tap her shoulder. She turned around to find Lyon standing there, his hands stuffed into his coat's pockets.

Lucy closed her book and laid it on her lap, speaking as she did so, "hey, Lyon! What are you doing here?"

She watched as Lyon looked back at the mages behind him, as if he was scanning the crowd and looking for someone, before he looked back at her and answered, "I came to visit."

Lucy raised an eyebrow and questioned, "really? You're not here to visit a certain someone?" Her smile widened. knowing that he had feelings for Juvia.

Lyon shook his head as he sat next to her. "I just don't have anything else to do. I've been banned from going on jobs because I injured my leg on the last one."

"Really? I thought that you wanted to see Juvia."

"No. I've moved on from her."

Lucy looked at him in surprise. "You have?" When the man nodded, she grinned at him again as she questioned with a teasing tone, "who do you have your eyes on now?"

She watched as Lyon blushed and looked away from her as he stuttered out a sorry attempt at an answer. She laughed at his reaction and leaned away from him, resting against the bar behind her. She then asked, dropping her teasing, "were you looking for Gray?"

Lyon shook his head again. This confused Lucy. Surely he had a reason beyond a simple visit to be here. She then asked, "so, you were just planning to hang around?"

Lyon chuckled before he nodded. "yeah, I guess. Although, I was also kind of hoping for a fight with him."

Lucy laughed at that. She took a sip of her milkshake and questioned, "how have you been? How's Lamia Scale?"

"Pretty good. Lamia Scale is Lamia Scale. Sherry and Ren are going steady."

"That's great."

"How have you and your friends been?"

"Great. Natsu and Happy are on a job, Gray and Juvia are somewhere, and Erza is sick."

Lyon turned on his stool and rested an arm on the bar to face Lucy. He opened his mouth to speak when Lucy clamped a hand over his mouth and muttered to him, "be quiet."

Lucy felt Lyon push her hand off of his face, but she didn't know if he followed her gaze to look at what she was staring at, as her eyes were locked on Romeo and Wendy walking out of the guild through the back doors. She stood up and followed after the two young teenagers, worry rising from within her. She heard Lyon follow after her, but she paid him no mind. Yesterday, she had heard Romeo inform his father that he was going to confess his feelings to Wendy. The problem with this, however, was that Wendy and Chelia were already dating. Lucy knew that Romeo was in for a world of hurt and this knowledge caused her to feel the need to comfort him.

The two mages ended up hiding behind the slightly open back doors of the guildhall, listening to the conversation that was happening on the other side. Romeo was the first to speak, "Wendy, I have something I need to tell you."

Wendy responded instantly, "of course, Romeo! What is it?"

There were a few seconds-long hesitations before Romeo finally spoke, "I love you, Wendy, and I want to ask if you'd like to go on a date with me?"

Then, there was silence. Lucy tightened her grip on the doorknob, her heart twisted in sympathy for Romeo. After what seemed to be hours, Wendy gave her answer, "I'm sorry, Romeo, but I don't feel the same way. I'm sorry."

When the door began to open, Lucy and Lyon moved out of the way, both watching as Wendy walked past them and back into the guild. Lucy quickly moved through the open back doors and make her way to Romeo. She placed her hands on the boy's shoulders as she mumbled, "are you alright?"

Romeo was silent for a few moments before he pushed her away and walked back into the guildhall. Lucy watched him with worry clear on her face. She looked at Lyon when he asked, "Are you okay?"

Lucy shook her head, answering, "never mind me." She then looked back at the now-closed doors and muttered, half to herself and half to Lyon, "I have a bad feeling."

"I think you're overthinking this."

Lyon and Lucy walked toward Fairy Hills, looking for Romeo. Lucy responded, "I just need to make sure that Romeo doesn't try to do anything that'll ruin Wendy and Chelia's relationship."

"What makes you think that he will?"

"Romeo is still a kid and kids don't think things through, especially when they are hurting."

"Hm...I suppose that makes sense."

"Look, you can go back to the guild, but I need to find Romeo."

"No. I'll come with you. I don't really know any of your other guildmates, so I wouldn't have anything to do."

"Besides wait for Gray so you can kick his ass?"

"Exactly!"

Lucy and Lyon chuckled. When the celestial wizard looked back at the Fairy Hills building, she spotted Romeo walking up to the doors. Lucy called as she rushed toward him, Lyon following after her, "Romeo! Stop!"

The young fire mage turned around and watched as the two mages ran to him, waiting for them to reach him before he snapped, "why are you here?"

Lucy raised her hands, worry clear on her face, and she spoke, "Romeo, what are you doing?"

Romeo turned back around, answering, "nothing that concerns you."

When he reached for the doorknob, Lucy caught sight of a piece of paper in his hand. She launched forward and snatched it away from him, dodging as the young teenager tried to grab the paper back. Lucy looked at what she was holding, finding that in her hand were two pieces of paper. She opened them both and found that they were short letters, one addressed to Wendy and the other to Chelia. They were each full of insults toward the young girls.

Lucy turned to Romeo and demanded, "what are these?"

She allowed Lyon to look at the letters as Romeo tried and failed to come up with something to say. Before Lucy could scold the kid, Lyon berated him, "you can't really think that this is a good idea! Look, kid, rejection hurts, nobody will deny that, but that doesn't give you any right to interfere in someone else's relationships."

Romeo started, "but-"

Lyon interrupted, "Quiet! Wendy told you that she isn't interested, and you need to accept that!"

The ice-make mage continued to scold Romeo, however, his voice was muffled as Lucy watched him. She felt her cheeks heat up and her stomach was filled with butterflies as she took notice of the man's attractiveness, especially when he was impassioned. How had she never noticed until now? Why was she just now noticing? She placed a hand over her heart, feeling that it had picked up its pace slightly.

She was brought out of her thoughts when Lyon looked at her, his brow furrowed. Lucy looked between him and Romeo before she said, "um...yeah...yes, Romeo, you can't ruin Wendy's relationship just because she rejected you! She is happy and you are just going to have to get over her!"

Romeo looked down at the ground before he huffed and walked away, toward the guildhall. Lyon commented, "I don't think he's entirely convinced."

Lucy responded, "I'll talk to his father."

"Good idea. Hey, Lucy."

Lucy turned to Lyon as she gave a short hum in response, waiting for him to continue. The ice-make mage looked at her with a charming smile on his face and a faint blush dusted across his cheeks as he asked, "would you like to go out sometime?"

Lucy felt her cheeks heat up once again. She looked away, a smile spread across her face, before she answered, "I'd really like that."

Its nearing a year since Fairy Tail's disband. Most if not all members of Fairy Tail had moved on by now: Lucy's a reporter for Sorcerer's Weekly; Levy, Gajeel, and Lily work for the Magic Council; Wendy joined Lamia Scale for a job and just like her Max and Monica joined Sabertooth. However there's a few members who seemingly vanished into thin air after the battle with Mard Geer. One was Natsu, but most expected him to turn up eventually with his destructive tendencies. Another was the third of Max and Monica's trio, Kyle Toan. Kyle gained national recognition when he participated in the first day of the Grand Magic Games, shown capable of holding off Rufus for at least a short time before Rufus used his homing missile ability.

Kyle participated in the fight with Mard Geer as well and just like Natsu vanished right after, only Kyle hasn't stayed missing. Here and there over the course of the last year, Kyle has made a pattern of appearing, attacking another mage, leaving a severe laceration with a real sword, and vanishing as soon as he appeared. Rumors that Monica will challenge tooth and nail have claimed that he has turned to being an assassin for a Dark Guild, and he's either not very good at his job or the only kills he has achieved have either not been found or not tied back to him. Regardless of any deaths to his name, Kyle has wracked up quite the bounty for his attacks on wizards like Gray, Laxus, Orga, and others.
