Another long one today! Road with the most awesome Empire Tri club crew out to Nyack and beyond, then back with a stop at Bunburys Cafe in Piermont for this big Nutella stuffed… THING! Then back to civilization and a few loops of Prospect Park to round it all out. 86 miles in the books! Fueled again by Gatorade Endurance (2x bottle watermelon mix with Gatorlytes added, one pack of fruit punch flavored chews. There are bunch of people having fun and having good exercise! I always admire the aunties, uncles and even grandmas grandpas there! They are so fit and even do #mediumcourse or #longcourse path while we only do #shortcourse path that's gonna be my #relationshipgoals #olddaysgoals #futuregoals We came quite late actually but we still got to enjoy the whole event, food was good, drinks are always tasty (although sometime too sweet for me) and it's all you can eat! But be mindful, you want to go there for the exercise not the food only, share with people, dont be greedy. Although the road is a bit terrifying if i'm driving alone, but it turns out okay if you honk on every corner you can't really see or every ups and downs to alert the people from the other direction. Bavarian Open 2022

Am Sonntag war ich bei der Bavarian Open in Wildtier (D). Der RAG-Arber hat in 4 Schießhallen ein Level III Match mit 12 Stages aufgestellt. Die großzügige Anlage bot ein Match bei dem es einiges an Laufstrecke zu bewältigen galt. 

Ich hatte mit dem kurzfristigen Wechsel von der Production Optics zur Standard Waffe ein wenig mit der Umstellung zu kämpfen. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten und 2 Fehlern auf einem Longcourse habe ich mich doch noch fangen können und wurde immer sicherer. Es gelang mir dann ohne weitere Fehler das Match abzuschließen. Am Ende konnte ich mir den Sieg holen und Presidents Medal

Nummer 10 sichern  😆 .  Aufgrund der Bestimmungen in Deutschland gibt es dieses mal leider kein Video.
