With the development of the internet, people can absorb varied kinds of information from the internet. Through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and many other websites, we can be in touch with the fastest and latest news. We can even catch up with what is currently happening by watching live shows. Businesses are also using soft implant on the internet to promote themselves and their products. We can see many “invisible” advertisements in corners during we are online. Big brands even have their own social account. Now we are going to research Apple Inc.’s social media presence and profiles. It did a great job on seizing consumer's mind.
Apple Inc. is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Cupertino, California, that designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services.[1] Data from Statista shows that Apple was the second most popular mobile OS with a market share of 44.3 percent in the United State in May 2018.[2] There are many well-known products like iPhone smartphone, Mac computer and Apple Watch for hardware devices. Apple Inc. also has famous operating systems, like macOS and iOS. Famous online services like iTunes and iOS App Store also belong to this brand—Apple Inc. As a brand popular among young consumers, Apple Inc. has his own Facebook and Twitter.
When you click on Apple Inc.' Facebook page, the first two things that catch ed my eyes was the background and the Facebook photo.

The background of it is "Think different"——the business slogan, and the photo was Steve Jobs who promote this slogan of this image. The picture of the background was simple and elegant. As long as you see this picture, you would associate this picture with Apple's design style——high-end and technical. I think these two images are really successful in seizing the minds of consumers. Young people like products that can bring people a sense of high intelligence. Also, for the Facebook photo, Steve Jobs is definitely the idol of many young people who have an American dream. He is also the soul of Apple Inc.

Same as this video I found about Apple Inc. From Design Shack, there are 15 tips to learn from Apple design.[3] The first one is “Kept it simple”. When you watch this video, there is only grey, white and black, three color, which is really simple on color. This is what young people what. They want to be special and elegant. This simple style definitely can catch their heart. Same as this blog from envatotuts+, as the author says, the reason why Apple has influenced web design is because Apple Design believes that less is more, which makes so many young consumers love Apple Inc. so much. 
Then if you check Apple Inc.'s Youtube page, the first video on that page is their new advertisement for Christmas.

This video is for Christmas. There were many Christmas elements in this video. The main character looks lonely surrounded by this Christmas atmosphere, which is in line with the situation of many young people today. The main character has a dream and kept working on it. However, she has no courage to share it with others. Through the whole video, we can find Apple products everywhere. When she does some work on Mac computer for her dream when she is waiting for her friends with Mac when she lounges on the bed with Mac in her hand, as a young people with the American dream,  the main character kept using Apple products. At the end of the video, she saw everyone was smiling for her dream——those paper she printed out from Mac. I think most young consumers can resonate with this character. She is like many other young people who have their own dream. Apple Inc. catches this consumers’ minds.

On Twitter, I found this tweet. This is a Canadian Apple user who wants Apple add Apple Pay in Canda. Through his picture, we can see that to send these $28 dollars, users just need to use their message. Convenience is what young consumers also seeking for. Also, same for this tweet below, it also shows Apple Inc.’s style, which is elegant and high-end, catching consumers’ eyes.

As we can see, as a huge brand, Apple Inc. did a lot on their media pages and soft advertisements online. Using media, they keep their own design style and make consumers deeply believe that. They also make their own design style became a lifestyle for young people. That’s why half of the young people in America is using Apple products.
