we have:

the knowledge that said table was covered in fractals, that ivo lensik's father killed himself after having being working on fractals and being violently suggested to stop by someone "with all the bones in his hands" and that was in 1996, which is the same year in which michael crew takes possesion of "the boneturner's tale"

a box found in hill top road with a fractal pattern on it about 6 inches wide which used to contain an spider infested apple.

a box delivered by breekon and hopes that's assumably of the same dimensions and design. the zippo inside also has a spider on it

jane prentiss' connection of a hive design as better than a fractal

the fact that raymond fielding was missing a right hand and this girl lost her left one

okay so. now that it's been 22 episodes more, i think the vampires are actually real. maybe??? they're like the guys in the doctor's statement and are new-formed corpse-like beings that haven't learnt how to talk yet or how to pump their hearts (also, since he started 50 years ago, maybe it's possible that whoever was creating them back then didn't know as much as they do know?) and that's why they were eating blood? that's why they didn't have all the organs? they were defective?

okay nevermind we are gonna go chapter by chapter with what we learnt

anglerfish -> a fish-looking entity in scotland is abducting smokers, but it doesn't seem to kill them, but rather modify their bodies in a way that makes them able to sustain hard injuries

do not open -> there's a company called breekon and hopes, somewhat associated with a random john (which could be john amherst), that delivers very obviously cursed stuff. they have delivered: a coffin with someone inside, a yellow stole and a zippo lighter (7 years after going into liquidation). said zippo is presumably related to criminals paul noriega and lee rentoul, witch angela "unknown" and gerard keay, because he had one in his possesion in december 2011 when he and a nameless burnt victim with no possesions, killed by gerard keay. these two were somewhat associated to "the lightless flame"

across the street -> there's a table with a fractal pattern and a breekon-and-hopes shaped hole in the middle, owned by graham folger before he is abducted/replaced by an entity, only leaving behind the text "keep watching" in multiple notebooks

pageturner -> there's a rich norwegian book critique that collects esoteric pieces. gerard keay (a metalhead) has killed and skinned his mother, presumably to bound a book that creates bones when shaken? an eye in his house has fractals on it. michael crew got hit by lightning at the age of 8

thrown away -> there's a house in walthamstow throwing away mutilated dolls, "thick paper" with latin prayers written on it and teeth and the metalized heart of alan parfitt

squirm -> there's a bug-infested (and bug-infesting) woman called jane prentiss in archway london

the piper -> statement should be numer 9222211 but it is supposedly 9220611, which would mean it was given july 11st 1922

burned out -> a man working on fractals in 1996 was killed by a man (presumably michael) that has "all the bones in his hands." his son uproots a spider-infested apple from a fractal-covered box buried underneath a house that gives a feeling of burning. ages and names don't add up to a 2nd statement. agnes montague found death with her father's right hand on sheffield, same location as graham's parents. agnes and her adoptive father raymond seem to have not aged correctly. agnes has never been reported to talk, in similar fashion to vampires described by trevor herbert.

a father's love -> julia montauk's mother goes missing and only leaves a pendant with an eye behind, presumably a symbol of the divine host church. 40 people of the cult were killed by robert montauk. locks in this statement seem to all be faulty, and the climax of events happens in complete darkness

vampire killer -> there is a series of humans who don't speak, feed on blood and have weird-looking teeth.

Watch me ramble and speculate wildly off the top of my head about TMAGP’s new fear paradigm

VAGUE SPOILERS FOR THE MAGNUS PROTOCOL EP2

the ramblings of a madwoman

The fears have been severely reshuffled in TMP

These fears might have entered TMAGP’s universe recently

Or otherwise haven’t shaped history to the same degree as the TMA universe

The magnus institute still existed though

Which implies the events of Jonah Magnus’s life, barnabus bennett, etc happened

But the magnus institute was not relocated to London, and was in Manchester… which could mean a lot

Maybe

A. The original Jonah Magnus never attempted the watchers crown, or any version thereof, he died a natural death, and the institute continued until that fire (which may or may not have been intentional)

B. Many of the events of TMA did happen the same, with the exception of a lot of the webs spinning and key events around the 70s and 90s when the OIAR or whatever was formed and the magnus institute crumbled.

C. Jonah DID live or some other influences to do with the institute and the eye happened and strands that have not yet revealed themselves will lead us to discovering this OIAR or whatever is some extrapolation of that original mission

I feel like jonah being the villain again is weak sauce tho

the series is yet to reveal its finish line OBVIOUSLY cos only 2 eps are out but there is a puzzle in my mind that is being filled out slowly, and i’m only guessing from these pieces and reasonable expectations of our boy Jonny.

Any of those being said, the way Jon, Martin, and Jonah have entered this world in some form or another, which implies there was an active change made as a result of the apocalypse and the events of MAG200 ( 😭 )

They could have been unwillingly injected into this program, or maybe the program was born when they were, if it’s intentionally nonsensical or otherwise jumbled it might be a creation of some new or old entity

Maybe in this new world smirkes 14 doesn’t apply at all, and whatever otherworldly playdough made those original entities was reformed and remoulded to newer, more apt designs for our modern day, no longer based in ancient cultures and primal motivations.

Self image coupled with flesh based self mutilation and an almost corruptive force that drains the first true joy the victim felt regarding their appearance once they strayed further and further from themselves to achieve an idealised form is ALOT to try to define as a single known entity

They were gifted this beautiful design, and once they were finally at peace with their look, they gained an itch to go further, more and more unnatural, they pursued perfection and paid the price.

Maybe multiple entities may claim a victim,

The tattooist might have been an avatar of a new eye esq entity that takes a more active role?

Then the victim was claimed as by some sort of flesh adjacent entity that contains the unrealised potential of the flesh from TMA originally (more self image and impossible standards than body horror)
