Some cities in my country(Philippines)) right now are flooding so much due to the current effects of Storm Ulysess/Vamco combined with the aftermath(ic?) effects of Storm Rolly,Storm Quinta and Storm Goni while all the government is just doing is taking a picture of the chaos and saying ‘’woaghghgg they are very brave!’’ without giving proper help :|
