Jackass star Brandon "Bam" Margera is hiding in the woods after police issued a warrant for his arrest

The Pennsylvania State Police have issued an arrest warrant for former "Jackass" star Brandon "Bam" Margera.

According to a news release Monday, Pennsylvania law enforcement say the former skateboard pro "was involved in a physical confrontation" Sunday morning.

At 11 a.m. Sunday, officials in the Chester County borough of Avondale responded to a reported disturbance in Pocopson Township.

Police said in a report obtained by The Times on Monday that the "Jackass" personality had threatened several people including his brother, Jesse Margera — whom he allegedly hit in the head — and his father, Phillip Margera Jr. Police said Jesse Margera sustained "minor injuries."

Margara faces charges of simple assault, harassment and terroristic threats.

Monday's Pennsylvania State Police release said that Bam Margera "fled into a wooded area" before officials arrived at the scene. ___________

Los Rodríguez Conjunto Clasico 1979, Lo Mejor

Play the sound of good salsa in your head: it’s Conjunto Clásico. Which isn’t to say they’re the only good salsa band, but even without the benefit of expertise (the fuck do I know?), I know when something’s a good example of its kind when I hear it, and Conjunto Clásico is Good. They’ve got a nimble, full-voiced vocalist in Tito Nieves, who’d go on with the Blackout All-Stars to have a sizable hit in the ‘90s with a version of Pete Rodriguez’s “I Like It Like That”; faultless rhythms; and inventive charts from Ramón Rodríguez (no relation) that give all of the players room to strut. It’s when they break things down that the band often shines, the delirious interlocking percussion and piano stretching their rhythmic math to the breaking point before snapping back onto the beat as the horn section reasserts itself (“Ola y Margara” offers a particularly cool example of this). It’s rare for me to encounter salsa outside of movies or old school Latin grocers, but if I’m to have just the one LP in my collection, I’m very happy with Los Rodríguez.
