Lucifer hummed, flipping a few braids back over his shoulder as he looked down at himself. “In a good way?”

“Very good,” Michael promised, smiling. “I like it. You should wear orange more often; it looks nice on you.”

“I will keep it in mind.” Lucifer toyed with one of his necklaces, looking out to the horizon. “I did want to try something different… White gets boring after a while.” When Michael blinked down at his kilt, Lucifer chuckled before putting his arm around the younger angel’s waist. “No offense.”

“None taken.”

Michael leaned into Lucifer, silently reveling in his warmth for a moment before: “White looks good on you too.”

“You think so?”
