Okay putting my freak-out aside, I personally think that because Teets is from New Jersey, she didn't really meet the turtles until much, much later. Maybe they've caught glimpses of her every now and then around New York, but not enough to really know about her. But eventually, they find that she exists. And it gets... interesting.

Mikey tries to assimilate her into the family, but Teets is naturally very solitary, even more so after being mutated into a turtle, so she's very unwilling and resistant to getting close to them. But when she finds out Draxum is part of their family, she immediately dips on them and refuses to join their family. She quickly develops a resentment towards Mikey, especially because he constantly tries to include her in family outings and gatherings, and because she dislikes pork, and how Mikey would ask her to eat his porkchops. She'd still protect the other turtles from harm at the drop of a hat, but she'd rather de-shell herself than admit it :)

She has a very strong hatred towards Draxum, especially because he's responsible for her becoming a mutant. She tries to kill him at every chance possible, and the other turtles basically have to hold her back from spraying his guts all over the floor with a gun. She's much more relaxed with the other turtles, aside from Mikey, and she is very tired of Leo shitting on her for being from New Jersey <3

WELL in terms of Y/n being smitten with Teets while the yan boys are head over heels with them... I imagine Teet's would be incredibly smug about having Y/n simping for her, but her solitary lifestyle wouldn't bode well with y/n. Teets would realize this, and she'd try to push y/n towards the boys in the end!

Constantly thinking about how Mikey might have a worse temper than Raph but he just knows how to control it better and keeps a lot of it repressed inside, bc being so angry drains him physically and mentally, which would explain why the angry Mikey was so large when compared to the other aspects of his personality.
