On Jan. 19, 1965, Gemini 2 successfully completed the second of two uncrewed test flights of the spacecraft and its Titan II booster, clearing the way for the first crewed mission. The 18-minute suborbital mission achieved the primary goals of flight qualifying the Gemini spacecraft, especially its heat shield during a stressful reentry. Recovery forces retrieved the capsule following its splashdown, allowing engineers to evaluate how its systems fared during the flight. The success of Gemini 2 enabled the first crewed mission to fly two months later, beginning a series of 10 flights over the following 20 months. The astronauts who flew these missions demonstrated the rendezvous and docking techniques necessary to implement the Lunar Orbit Rendezvous method NASA chose for the Moon landing mission. They also proved that astronauts could work outside their spacecraft during spacewalks and that spacecraft and astronauts could function for at least eight days, the minimum time for a roundtrip lunar mission. The Gemini program proved critical to fulfill President John F. Kennedy’s goal of landing a man on the Moon and returning him safely to Earth before the end of the 1960s.  Cutaway diagram of the Gemini spacecraft. Workers at Launch Pad 19 lift Gemini 2 to mate it with its Titan II rocket. At Pad 19, engineers verify the flight simulators inside Gemini 2. Following the success of Gemini 1 in April 1964, NASA had hoped to fly the second mission before the end of the year and the first crewed mission by January 1965. The two stages of the Titan II rocket arrived at Cape Kennedy from the Martin Marietta factory in Baltimore on July 11, and workers erected it on Launch Pad 19 five days later. A lightning strike at the pad on Aug. 17 invalidated all previous testing and required replacement of some pad equipment. A series of three hurricanes in August and September forced workers to partially or totally unstack the vehicle before stacking it for the final time on Sept. 14. The Gemini 2 spacecraft arrived at Cape Kennedy from its builder, the McDonnell Company in St. Louis, on Sept. 21, and workers hoisted it to the top of the Titan II on Oct. 18. Technical issues delayed the spacecraft’s physical mating to the rocket until Nov. 5. These accumulated delays pushed the launch date back to Dec. 9.  The launch abort on Dec. 9, 1964. Liftoff of Gemini 2 from Launch Pad 19 on Jan. 19, 1965. Engineers in the blockhouse monitor the progress of the Titan II during the ascent. Fueling of the rocket began late on Dec. 8, and following three brief holds in the countdown, the Titan’s two first stage engines ignited at 11:41 a.m. EST on Dec. 9. and promptly shut down one second later. Engineers later determined that a cracked valve resulted in loss of hydraulic pressure, causing the malfunction detection system to switch to its backup mode, forcing a shutdown of the engines. Repairs meant a delay into the new year. On Jan. 19, 1965, following a mostly smooth countdown, Gemini 2 lifted off from Pad 19 at 9:04 a.m. EST.  The Mission Control Center (MCC) at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. In the MCC, astronauts Eugene Cernan, left, Walter Schirra, Gordon Cooper, Donald “Deke” Slayton, and Virgil “Gus” Grissom monitor the Gemini 2 flight. In the Gemini Mission Control Center at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, Flight Director Christopher C. Kraft led a team of flight controllers that monitored all aspects of the flight. At the Manned Spacecraft Center (MSC), now NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, a team of controllers led by Flight Director John Hodge passively monitored the flight from the newly built Mission Control Center. They would act as observers for this flight and Gemini 3, the first crewed mission, before taking over full control with Gemini IV, and control all subsequent American human spaceflights. The Titan rocket’s two stages placed Gemini 2 into a suborbital trajectory, reaching a maximum altitude of 98.9 miles, with the vehicle attaining a maximum velocity of 16,709 miles per hour. Within a minute after separating from the Titan’s second stage, Gemini 2 executed a maneuver to orient its heat shield in the direction of flight to prepare for reentry. Flight simulators installed where the astronauts normally would sit controlled the maneuvers. About seven minutes after liftoff, Gemini 2 jettisoned its equipment section, followed by firing of the retrorockets, and then separation of the retrorocket section, exposing the spacecraft’s heat shield.  View from a camera mounted on a cockpit window during Gemini 2’s reentry. View from the cockpit window during Gemini 2’s descent on its parachute. Gemini 2 then began its reentry, the heat shield protecting the spacecraft from the 2,000-degree heat generated by friction with the Earth’s upper atmosphere. A pilot parachute pulled away the rendezvous and recovery section. At 10,000 feet, the main parachute deployed, and Gemini 2 descended to a splashdown 2,127 miles from its launch pad, after a flight of 18 minutes 16 seconds. The splashdown took place in the Atlantic Ocean about 800 miles east of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and 25 miles from the prime recovery ship, the U.S.S. Lake Champlain (CVS-39).  A U.S. Navy helicopter hovers over the Gemini 2 capsule following its splashdown as a diver jumps into the water. Sailors hoist Gemini 2 aboard the U.S.S. Lake Champlain. U.S. Navy helicopters delivered divers to the splashdown area, who installed a flotation collar around the spacecraft. The Lake Champlain pulled alongside, and sailors hoisted the capsule onto the carrier, securing it on deck one hour forty minutes after liftoff. The spacecraft appeared to be in good condition and arrived back at Cape Kennedy on Jan. 22 for a thorough inspection. As an added bonus, sailors recovered the rendezvous and recovery section. Astronaut Virgil “Gus” Grissom, whom along with John Young NASA had selected to fly the first crewed Gemini mission, said after the splashdown, “We now see the road clear to our flight, and we’re looking forward to it.” Flight Director Kraft called it “very successful.” Gemini Program Manager Charles Matthews predicted the first crewed mission could occur within three months. Gemini 3 actually launched on March 23.  Enjoy this NASA video of the Gemini 2 mission.  Postscript  The Gemini-B capsule and a Manned Orbiting Laboratory (MOL) mockup atop a Titan-IIIC rocket in 1966. The flown Gemini-B capsule on display at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Museum in Florida. Former MOL and NASA astronaut Robert Crippen stands beside the only flown Gemini-B capsule – note the hatch in the heat shield at top. Gemini 2 not only cleared the way for the first crewed Gemini mission and the rest of the program, it also took on a second life as a test vehicle for the U.S. Air Force’s Manned Orbiting Laboratory (MOL). The Air Force modified the spacecraft, including cutting a hatch through its heat shield, renamed it Gemini-B, and launched it on Nov. 3, 1966, atop a Titan IIIC rocket. The test flight successfully demonstrated the hatch in the heat shield design during the capsule’s reentry after a 33-minute suborbital flight. Recovery forces retrieved the Gemini-B capsule in the South Atlantic Ocean and returned it to the Air Force for postflight inspection. This marked the only repeat flight of an American spacecraft intended for human spaceflight until the advent of the space shuttle. Visitors can view Gemini 2/Gemini-B on display at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Museum.

Sleeping In The Sun
(Chapter 4)
You were desperate for a job so you applied to be the daycare Attendants handler! you have no clue what you're signing yourself into but at least you don't have to pay rent now!
Moon hates you, Sun doesn't know how to feel about you and you're just trying to survive.
--—————————————————————————
“Now who might you be Starlight”
You suck in a breath pressing the star pillow close to your chest, your eyes wide in panic. The voice was deep and ominous, menacing, and quiet. You feel your face grow cold and a shiver trails down your spine.
You breathe slowly, quietly as if that helps you seem smaller, and saves you from any danger.
“Saw you talking to Sunny and thought ‘Why not see you with my own eyes’ and well here I am!” The deep raspy voice says with a laugh. You close your eyes sucking in a breath, trying to ease yourself at least a little. With trembling hands and only a piece of confidence left in you, you open your mouth.
“Wh— He–!” Your voice barely comes out in a whisper, most of what you said sounded more like squeaks than anything else. You collect some fabric of your pants into a fist, red and gray fill your insides burning yet chilling you at the same time its like a fire pit building up at your chest yet at the same time there's ice cubes running along your stomach and back.
You hear a giggle, a chill overcomes your entire body. You feel lengthy cold fingers wrap around your waist, you suck in a sharp breath, your breathing becoming slow and shallow as the figure turns you around to face them. You come face to face with a two toned shirt, half in black and the other in white with black buttons, the pillow that once resembled a star looks more like a squashed water balloon. You try to suppress your fear as the figure bends down to meet you with its glowing red eyes, the kind you'll only see in nightmares or nightly hallucinations. They pierce into you seemingly reading into your soul, as the figure looks into your eyes the crescent moon face smiles widely.
“What beautiful eyes, it's easy to see your fear through them” Moondrop. Your throats dry, your chest feels tight, restrained and toyed in bondage. You sigh telling yourself that there's no point in living with this fear, that the past doesn't have to continue affecting you years later. Perhaps it's best to slow down, take a step back and rethink this situation. As far as you know Moondrop probably just wanted to introduce himself, hopefully.
“You look like a wanna be Moon for The Legend of Zelda '' you mumble looking at Moondrop in the eyes, you probably would have survived the Victorian Era honestly. A blank stare looking back at another blank stare. You pull the most awkward nervous smile you can conjure up and start slowly backing away towards the exit of the place.
“Where are you going? Don't think you could leave after saying something like that!” Moondrop says making his way at you. ‘Though this conversation ended the moment it started’ you think to yourself as you continue out of the nap time place thing.
“I think…yes” you say making a run across the daycare, in your rush you spot Sun playing with some cubes, stacking and unstacking them. Hearing your loud footsteps, he turns his head to look at you as you rush past him giving a smile and wave goodbye.
Needless to say he was confused by your theatrics till he followed where you came from and saw Moon standing at the entrance of the naptime tent holding the star pillow you were once holding. Well it doesn't look much like a perfect star, more like a deformed one, though that's nothing they can fix. They both look at each other with a shrug going back to what they were doing before you came in.
You push open the doors from the daycare, letting them close behind you as you try your hardest to catch your breath. Feeling your neck burn up and feel the dryness that built up in there, your heart hitting your chest like a punch with each intake.
“What the FUCK was that, What the Fuck was that.” your voice breaks from the heavy breathing. Catching your breath you stand up right and walk towards the door off to the side marked with the “Staff Only” label. Taking your security card out from your pocket you tap it on the handle and open the door. Walking past the little staff lounge area and to the elevator hidden near the restroom swiping your card again the elevator door opens. There's only one way the elevator goes and that's dowwwwwwwwwwwwn.
Sighing you lean on the railings of the elevator feeling the constant state of fear and running catching up to you physically. Felling i wash of blanket like weight drap over your shoulders and eyelids, a lot had happen in so little time and with you state of panic you had allowed time for your brain and body to connect properly. Now youre paying for it through sheer exhaustion. Youre aware its a natural response but even so it never gets old.
The elevator door opens and you walk into youre new home, leaving your shoes at the entrance you drag yourself into you room. Its beautiful with all the space imagery but in you tired state you simply walk over to the closet and unhook some soft pajamas while thinking of something simple to eat. In your fresh gear you walk to the kitchen, preparing some yogurt with cereal and stand there at the counter eating.
You wash the dishes, your brain feels empty, the only things in there are thoughts of the events that happened. It felt to fast, too fast.
“Fucking wannabe zelda moon and his fucking freaky red ass eyes and his assery of a colourful personality” You mumble to yourself washing the bowl and spoon that yiu used to eat. On your way to the bedroom you keep mumbling, “pinche luna, jackass” nonstop.
You turn off the light, lifting the very nice and soft blankets from the bed and sliding into the bed. You let out a relieved and deep sigh feeling the soft blankets caress your body, comfort hitting you at an instant.
“I hope the sun rises and the moon sets nicely, tomorrow will be better” you whisper to yourself as you slip into some much needed sleep.
Tomorrow will be better
——————————————————————————
Haven’t posted in a while, sorry for the really late update life’s been wild. Hope you enjoyed Chapter 4 of Sleeping In The Sun

CRK Profile: Moonlight Cookie 🌖
⚙️ Moonlight Cookie is a Legendary Magic Cookie who is prioritized towards the Middle. She was added to the game alongside Milky Way Cookie as one of five new Cookies in the “City of Wizards” series of updates. As of late, she is also the ONLY remaining guardian of the City of Wizards after the Wizards all disappeared. What caused them to disappear? Don’t ask me, I don’t have anything to establish a base for further research into this! She is well-versed in dream magic and has the ability to conjure a floating moon whenever she wants. Moonlight Cookie also has in-depth knowledge of dreams and acts as a protector of Cookiekind’s dreams from the World of Dreams. She’s also one the few Cookies that can equip resonant Moonkissed Toppings with Epic statlines and improved bonus stats. She also knows what I’ve been dreaming of since… FOREVER?! Does that mean she knows about that one time I hugged one of Black Raisin’s crows because I was having a nightmare-!
Tumblr media
🪶 That was one time, and my crow noticed that you were tossing and turning in your sleep.
⚙️ Black Raisin Cookie. What a wonderful surprise. Did you drop in to help with my archive?
🪶 Not yet. That’s for another time. I just came back to pick up some raisins that my crows left behind.
⚙️ Sure, sure. Maybe they can sleep on the perch of the windowsill if they wanted to too! Now let me get back to my archive.
🪶Black Raisin Cookie is now open for asks.

In-Game Story
Moonlight Cookie's graceful wavy hair shines under the night sky, elegant and mystical as ever. She was created by the ancient wizards and learned the secrets of the City of Wizards. Now, all the wizards are gone and she is the only one left to protect the city. She is the strongest while in her dreams, therefore is able to protect the city from intruders. Whenever she feels sad, she falls asleep, where she is able to lean by her friend Moon and draw in the night sky with her Star friends to cheer up.
Basic Attack & Passives
⚙️ Moonlight Cookie’s basic attack targets one enemy from modest range by attacking it with her staff, which shoots a star projectile at her target. Being a dweller of the World of Dreams, she isn’t susceptible to the damage inflicted upon awakening from Sleep by the effects of Beckoning Dreams and Dreams of Doom. She also self-heals after her skill and when a Sleep debuff expires after being inflicted on her.
💫 Observed ATK Speed: 1.6 Seconds
🪄 Range: Moderate
🎯 Number of Targets: 1
💥 CRIT%: 5.00%
💭 Beckoning Dreams / Dreams of Doom: Not Susceptible / Immune
✨ Self-Healing After Sleep or Skill: 29.8% of ATK
Tumblr media
Skill: Dream of the Night Sky
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Moonlight Cookie falls asleep in the night sky and dreams a dream where stars fall onto the enemies' heads, dealing damage and applying a DMG Increase debuff. Then, bright moonlight illuminates the battlefield, dealing damage to the enemies and putting them to Sleep. Enemies that didn't fall Asleep become Drowsy and will eventually fall Asleep when their resistance statuses wear off. When Moonlight Cookie awakens, she will restore her own HP. She will also restore her own HP upon awakening from Sleep effects cast by enemies. Being a dweller of the World of Dreams, Moonlight Cookie is not susceptible to the Beckoning Dreams & Dreams of Doom effect. (DMG relative to Max HP is capped at 300,000)
⚙️ Moonlight Cookie’s skill consists of two phases. Her skill’s first phase makes her fall asleep and scatter a lot of stars over the entire enemy formation, dealing damage over multiple ticks while inflicting an unstackable Weakness debuff. This star attack inflicts bonus damage proportionally against opposing Cookies’ Max HP, but this doesn’t apply to Cookie bosses or rival encounters.
💫 Starlight Damage: 10 ticks over 1.8 Seconds -> 59.1% DMG per tick + ~0.8% per level (Max 108.5%)
🌟 Additional Starlight DMG VS Cookies: 5.5% Max HP (Maximum 300,000)
💥 *Starlight Ignoring DMG Reduction: 40.0%
⚡️ Weakness: +25.0% DMG from all sources (can’t stack more than once)
⏳ Weakness Duration: 12.0 Seconds
☁️ *“Ignoring DMG Reduction” might be a bit confusing because of its wording. But after discussing it a bit with a friend, I can try to give an explanation on how it works. Basically, my source claims that in this context, 40% of the damage dealt by Moonlight Cookie’s Starlight attack will bypass Damage Resistance/Reduction. The remaining 60% is subject to reduction from any Damage Reduction and Resistance. This essentially makes it the same as a similar factor in Black Pearl Cookie’s skill. If this is wrong, let us know ASAP!
Tumblr media
⚙️ The second phase of Moonlight Cookie’s skill covers the field in bright Moonlight, led off by the pulse denoted by the golden crescent moon in front of her once it zooms off towards the enemies (see left image). This crescent moon pulse deals additional damage to all enemies in its wake and puts them to sleep (see center image- HEY! WHO USED THE HOLOGRAM OF MY PAST SELF FOR THIS?!), immobilizing them for a short time.
Regular enemies receive more instant damage from the crescent moon pulse, while Cookies suffer True Damage proportional to their Max HP. Enemies that don’t immediately fall asleep because of temporary resistances against interrupting effects become Drowsy (see right image where the red arrow is pointing; trying to capture this debuff was harder than you think), lowering their ATK SPD and Movement SPD while their resistances are active, then putting them to sleep once these resistances end.
🌙🍪 Moonlight DMG VS Cookies: 125.0% ATK + 3% Max HP True Damage (Maximum 300,000)
🌙 Moonlight DMG VS Other Enemies: 255.0% ATK
💤 Sleep: Immobilized for 2.0 Seconds
🥱 Drowsy: -15.0% ATK SPD & MOV SPD, Inflicts Sleep once resistance status effects expire
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
⚙️ Upon awakening from her sleep caused by this skill or an enemy Sleep debuff, Moonlight Cookie heals herself automatically (see above-left image and passive).
✨ Self-Healing After Sleep or Skill: 29.8% of ATK
While Moonlight Cookie’s skill is active, she is completely intangible to enemy attacks. In this state, she can’t be attacked, damaged, or interrupted by almost ANYTHING, similar to Squid Ink Cookie’s skill and the skills of every Ambush Cookie. See Raspberry Cookie’s ever-vaunted Raspberry Reprise?! Dodged with ZERO DAMAGE TAKEN.
⏱ Initial Cooldown: 4 Seconds
🕰 Skill Cooldown: 15 Seconds
🌖 Skill Duration: 3.4 Seconds
Tumblr media
Toppings
Moonkissed Toppings: Preferably use them if you have them in either variety below; they have better bonus stats than Epic Toppings.
Searing Raspberries: To maximize her damage output overall, this should be your main set for raw damage, best used for PvE modes like World Exploration and Tower of Sweet Chaos.
Swift Chocolates: To exploit her 8.5% Cookie Max HP damage and Sleep/Weakness debuffs more often in any mode, this should be your go-to option.
Sub-Bonuses: Damage Resistance should be considered for Kingdom Arena due to the nature of specific teams like one-shot and scam groups, as well as opponents like Eclair Cookie who can single out high-ATK targets with his skill. If you’re running a full set of Swift Chocolates, shoot for -20% Cooldown overall to maximize her capability to put enemies to sleep and cast Weakness more often, usually staying until Moonlight casts her skill AGAIN for +25% added Starlight damage from the Weakness debuff.
Conclusion
⚙️ Moonlight Cookie is much more complex than Sea Fairy Cookie in every way despite both of them having the same role: deal heavy damage to everyone and stun them. Moonlight Cookie has a self-heal passive, can cast Weakness, has a unique stun effect in the form of Sleep, can effectively dodge every attack while her skill is active (negating the need to resist interruptions), and can chip away proportionally against Cookies’ max HP in two sweeping motions. While they both have a similar function, it’s all down to personal preference on how you want to stun, soften, and destroy everything in front of you:
Stun 5 targets, then deal massive raw splash damage to a nearby horde of enemies in minimal time? 🌊
Or
Float away from danger and damage enemies at an even pace over a slower timeframe while casting Weakness, then sleep and sweep away everything in sight all at once? 🌖
Both of them have their place in the game, but the choice is yours. Or better yet, USE BOTH OF THEM and keep enemies down in a longer stunlock! But then again, if there’s a special stat buff or a class restriction, it’s good to have alternatives.

punkesweet’s stardew mega-modlist
Tumblr media
howdy doody everyboody! i’ve spent way too much time on stardew valley *cough* 200 hours *cough*, and i thought i’d give back to the community by making a modlist for the mods i use. mostly graphical overhauls and small tweaks here and there, and most of these are pretty popular so you’ve probably already heard of them, but hey it’s whatever. the list starts under the cut! engines/pre-reqs most, if not all, these mods require some combination of these engines to run. i know nothing about coding so i can’t give apt descriptors of exactly what these do or why they’re needed, but they are.
Content Patcher
Custom Critters
Json Assets
SMAPI - SMAPI is the modding API for Stardew, necessary for all modding (besides old xnb mods).
PyTK
quality of life mods that don’t super duper mess with the game, but just slight improvements or changes to the original General
BigSilo - Increases the silo capacity for hay storage to around 200k per silo.
CasksAnywhere - Allows casks to be placed and used anywhere (this can sometimes interact weirdly with other mods that add new locations).
Stack Everything - Allows normally unstackable objects (eg. casks) to be stacked, saving on inventory and storage space.
Starblue Valley - Redoes some of the colouring and filters. Blues are bluer, greens are greener, and the whole game looks a lot less yellow and harsh.
game tweaks things that add mechanics or change/expand gameplay Immersion (i guess?)
catGifts - Misleading title, dogs also have the same effect. Pets will occasionally leave you items.
Climates of Ferngill - Expands the weather system, adding custom weather like fog, as well as tweaking the original weather system.
Happy Birthday - Allows the player to set a birthday for themselves, on which npcs will give them gifts and wish them happy birthday.
Lunar Disturbances - Adds an overhead moon and a lunar cycle to the game, with some parts of the cycle affecting gameplay.
Gameplay
Mizu’s Flowers - Adds more flowers, because let’s be real, it’s frankly homophobic that there are only 8 types in the base game.
More Trees - Adds more trees (and by extension more fruits and wines).
Canon Friendly Dialogue Expansion - More dialogue babey! Ever get tired of hearing the same 4 things over and over? Well be tired no more, you’ll now hear 9 things over and over. Or 1500+ I guess, but who’s counting.
Places/Buildings
Oasis Greenhouse - Expands the greenhouse to have an even grid, as well as adding a basement and location to plant trees.
Slime Hutch Winery - Replaces the (let’s be honest, functionally useless) slime hutch with a winery! It’s customisable so you can have a cool looking bar, or work it in conjunction with CasksAnywhere to have a secondary basement-thing.
Spouse Rooms Redesigned - Redesigns the spouse rooms to be a little more aesthetically pleasing and reflect your spouse more (this does interact weirdly if you change the flooring of your house).
aesthetique™ we all know that the most important part of any game is making it look as good as possible, stardew is no exception. most of these are done by elle aka @junimods, who is a goddess at designing cute stuff. Animals
Elle’s New Barn Animals - Redesigns barn animals to look cuter (customisable).
Elle’s New Coop Animals - Redesigns coop animals to look cuter (customisable).
Elle’s Cat Replacements - Redesigns the cat to look cuter (customisable).
Elle’s Dog ReplacementsI - Redesigns the dog to look cuter (customisable).
Elle’s Critter and Butterfly Replacements - Redesigns the little squirrels that run into trees and butterflies that flap around to be cuter.
Eemie’s Bees - Adds bees! Who doesn’t love bees!
Buildings
Elle’s Seasonal Buildings - Redesigns for alllll the farm buildings, including the house, barns, coops, etc.
Items
Fence - Redesigns wooden fences to be cute little rope/dark wood fences.
Fippsie’s Alternative Lamp Posts - Redesigns lamp posts.
Kawaii HatsI - Replaces all the hats with cuter versions/new hats. Who doesn’t love having bows in their hair.
Yellog’s Wood Craftables - Redesigns all craftable objects (i.e. furnaces, chests, cheese makers, beehives, etc.) to fit one nice aesthetic.
General
Ali’s Flower Grass - Replaces grass with a prettier, greener, flowery-er grass. Probably my favourite mod tbh.
Babies Take After Spouse - Retextures your little chiddlers to look more like your spouses offspring than a random child you definitely didn’t kidnap. Also adds more clothes for your toddlers if you’re into that.
Garden Variety UI - Overhauls UI to look more aesthetically appealing. Customisable by choosing from a variety of colours.
cheatsy doodles most of these aren’t quite cheats because i don’t play that way, but they’re like, cheat adjacent.
AutoAnimalDoors - Animal doors automatically open and close at a set time every morning and night.
CJB Cheats Menu - It’s a cheats menu. Allows you to change movement speed, pause time, instantly grow crops, change heart levels, etc. Cheat menu stuff, y’know.
No Crows - No more pesky crows eating your crops.
No Fence Decay - Removes fence decay.
Tree Transplant - Adds the option to move trees the same way one would move buildings, by visiting the carpenter (instead of having to cut them down and replant).
UI Info Suite - Honestly a must have, even if you do everything else vanilla. Adds functions such as being able to see how long a crop has left to grow by hovering over it, whether or not you’ve interacted with an animal, the ability to check the calendar/community centre from your inventory, keep track of whether you’ve given an npc gifts that week, track npc’s on the map, etc. The best mod everrrrrrr.
and that’s that folks! i also have a handful of harvey dialogue expansions because he is and forever will be the best, but i decided to omit them in order to give this list a more widely applicable experience.

What does that make me
If I could take the parents and the money and the college away
Would you still carry that weight with a smile
How much would you unstack onto the same stack
over and over and over
What ever made your house my home
Was it a call or circumstance
A change of address shifting keyholes
I’ll see you going into the foyer forever
Was it always just our dads all along
I keep looking for an eggshell to say sorry
A back to turn on me hands to hold in a parking lot
The earth dividing, you know that’s my fault
Theres always a perfect moment to die
But friends haunt us back together before
“We can bury it now,” gasping to my grave
When did it get so hard to say goodnight
The moon will never see all that’s been flung to its reflection
But I’m always on the beach soaked lungs burning
I should just let those feelings sink a watery grave
They ended up being mine all the same

Ode to Repetition
I like to take the same walk down the wide expanse of Woodrow to the ocean, and most days I turn left toward the lighthouse. The sea is always different. Some days dreamy, waves hardly waves, just a broad undulation in no hurry to arrive. Other days the surf’s drunk, crashing into the cliffs like a car wreck. And when I get home I like the same dishes stacked in the same cupboards and then unstacked and then stacked again. And the rhododendron, spring after spring, blossoming its pink ceremony. I could dwell in the kingdom of Coltrane, those rivers of breath through his horn, as he forms each phrase of “Lush Life” over and over until I die. Once I was afraid of this, opening the curtains every morning, only to close them again each night. You could despair in the fixed town of your own life. But when I wake up to pee, I’m grateful the toilet’s in its usual place, the sink with its gift of water. I look out at the street, the halos of lampposts in the fog or the moon rinsing the parked cars. When I get back in bed I find the woman who’s been sleeping there each night for thirty years. Only she’s not the same, her body more naked in its aging, its disorder. Though I still come to her like a beggar. One morning one of us will rise bewildered without the other and open the curtains. There will be the same shaggy redwood in the neighbor’s yard and the faultless stars going out one by one into the day.”

[a way to say my bad]
Hark! Some messed up clarity brings Me to think of my being and be overwhelmed. Enough a            Surprise, to think I haven’t yet been blown away with wind nor strangled by a smoke:
Well. Perhaps, there is substance in’t. Enough to grossly populate these aggravated
Trees, o being ?? while upon lusty waters, in my cherished, throttling wake, usual wake, Makes the recession into something completely different full and Hopeful, each leaf a welcome crisis, or beckoning me to feel back to the Source of my conniving soul by the same rolling tolls of words Experts of culture’d remind me of as braincurd, local Rehabilitations unsuggested but primed for usage, lefty and righty thick As thieves in the sockets. My, haven’t lighted the way these enough? To vibrate               A collecting of of routed spots of feelings: fireside debates, chatty little vipers altogether
Humming a streettune the likes you have never seen ?? Will never ?? Would A cold stomach, purple with wear like Rimbaud’s gums of the bear Mightily create cramps of reality before fixations tell the obscurest reality A thing at the end of the catacombs, where stalagmite and stalactite Breed // Myself and his summoning wants a raining day reign Over this beleaguered picture, outside of the cave, though the search party Remains resistant and cross, a mob nearly, with scary Pitchforks bobbing in the air above the clump of people whom Charmed by acumen, want to see the reality unstacked by proving: Proving this, that. Old ways are new ways knocked out and When brought around we ask the place and time To meet and bridle control for the sake of inviting,                     Invigorating anger’s strut of heart. Waylaid awhile the skipped chapters seem less
A misdemeanor, beauty’s strut // Couldn’t get a hold on the ripped waves Chance seems to take into cheers in mine own head. The Feeling of regret, eking shivering through the long time spent under the darned Subject, we, that is, You and I, drape a folded world over crisis, deny Until the last unnameable regret lampoons itself and change Reprimands the clock with little words to the flock. So We Decide to make entrance into the cave. The Stake, high, gets higher; action upon the grunted dial of shoulder
Fronts shoulder, leg pairs twixt leg and mounting breath clutters like bats disturbed,
Which they are. Once dripped all of Us shadows into forms we could own and form and which / Are malleable demonstrate a lack of understanding this intimate crisis a long Was into Is And drip seeking the uncovered mantle denigrate Us. Like once a scion drew Being to geography, soul to where we are at the moment, Love to antipathy, or worse, so did light groove like some goofy magnet Terrified, until the diameter almighty grovels itself specks like as ants. It all Turns into ecclesiastic dronings before Meaning’s house, before the alter of meaning. Simply as if in a box my Guests decide to go in the cave, reaping twilight gets thereon all heads And so are these wolfish attackers lead themselves into darker spleenspaces In the hollow there, that cavern stunning all into obedience like a shepherd. Into it. Suddenly the horde gets clueless about why they there. All I said was, If y’all came, there’d be some nice cakes and funny hats. Call security !! My brain details as massive a reason for the turning of cogs as the cogs Themselves and accepts the objectness of my own slippy turnaround Of a thing neatly genetic, flowing form into grace sans the aftercontent An old man somewhere with issues writing to a little girl far away could Use if aware and a part of the knocking interest at the sudden door             For a week as feed for his Chameleon, named Joseph. An entirely different spastic
Tribe’s looping shouts mourn across lands and seas conscious of themselves, Immortal vistas, rounding judgmentally on the player and asking him to quit it. His move, but the move would be moral and has to be, not a thing growing ‘Neath swampy intestinal fragrant sourceramblings trimmed out of columned Thought’s various breaking points, all lethal, all in the end blithe births as hell, Strutting strumpets through miles of hail’s violence across the very room, A tribute to the clumsy forms: a regular Verseille of the mind: Us, We, Them, And whome to bless this nonemess connected moon to very Mars, marred After right places would be, in the distinct craned neck, in the blind man’s Infinite stroke upon of lathering corpuscle in the shower: I am cornered: I stress Various lines, all of a vericose, and thighs old and bloated as fuck of who?: O dream, o collapse pf // Anger ends relaxing over and across the maniablanket Of forgiven wasted time but wasted perhaps beautifully: am essence: am true: Am the schedule of clouds and such upon an empty cramp: from two to two To three to three interpreted crooked: wordpuzzles in spanish: we finally Figured out what she was saying and it was said as her hair scrammed in a Little flick of a bang out the way of her eyes with a blowed breath: it’s cute: The edge of time back to their bathroom and dorm. Lipstyck triptyche Altogether raising an eyebrow of culture and calling a love supreme The right improvisational discourse to not mess with in the right ways, Maybe, have an argument within what it is exist, like little slices of heaven And hell. Most have waited me to return from banter into the true reason for this Piece, to apologize: for I am, still, in a World that forgot literature’s Rocks and stones, empirical terrain; few know the chart anymore. Where we Are now because of others. That they would get us there is amazing but they do.            / / / G-
etting thru to th turnpike, on fire Some manner of homeless figure clatters Down towards the brown blooming plumes Like a magnet. I will talk to you, I will Sit there and eat a few things, And obscure weirdness will be a pendulum Between three speakers on their thought’s thread, and Finally as honest as a cross, as one says words the Lift of your mouth spatters shapes like phlegm to crease, At a joke, ruffled with jerking smiley shit, and hold my diaphragm, Fuckin hilarious !! We talk to you, both of us, you in you and me And the devil as moderator : and apoplectic stills the Scene into a single brown flame, dragging his Cart of dirty, soiled stuff, before the flame, this Entire world hideous and grand, broken .      .

Ode to Repetition | Ellen Bass
I like to take the same walk down the wide expanse of Woodrow to the ocean, and most days I turn left toward the lighthouse. The sea is always different. Some days dreamy, waves hardly waves, just a broad undulation in no hurry to arrive. Other days the surf’s drunk, crashing into the cliffs like a car wreck. And when I get home I like the same dishes stacked in the same cupboards and the unstacked and then stacked again. And the rhododendron, spring after spring, blossoming its pink ceremony. I could dwell in the kingdom of Coltrane, those rivers of breath through his horn, as he forms each phrase of “Lush Life” over and over until I die. Once I was afraid of this, opening the curtains every morning only to close them again each night. There will be the same shaggy redwood in the neighbors’ yard and the faultless stars going out one by one into the day.
