In theory, I should say Coke. Partially due to what part of the world I reside in.

However...the real answer?

None. Of. Them.

There is only one answer (with two possible backups because it’s hard to find where I am!): Lemon Fanta.

Listen: I love me some Lemon Fanta.

It’s not R. White’s Lemonade (which I can get from the British specialty shops here) or San Pellegrino (I’m here for Limonata, Aranciata, blood orange, pomegranate pear, etc. I’ve tried a lot of these, thanks to my future in-laws). It’s LEMON FANTA.

However, if you live in the United States, you are screwed out of the lemony deliciousness and are given, in its stead...pineapple. PINEAPPLE.

I have a bias against pineapple flavored things now that aren’t actual pineapple or pineapple-flavored gummi bears, just for this reason.

As for Lemon Fanta? It’s partially because it’s delicious and partially for nostalgia reasons. When I was in university abroad, there was no better cheap meal for the day than some combo of the following:

- Lemon Fanta

- 2 pack pain au chocolat from Tesco Express

- Steak bake or sausage roll from Greggs

- Premade curry from Waitrose or premade sandwiches from Marks and Spencer Food

- Cadbury bar and/or wine gums

What, we’re gonna go out and be fancy for one of these meals? Then by all means (if you’re too tired to find a real curry house), roll on up to the nearest Wetherspoons for the weekly Curry Club and spring for the extra naan before washing it down with Strongbow.

Or Pizza Express or Nando’s. Never forget about those options.

I’m afraid to admit how many breakfasts on the go were Lemon Fanta and those pain au chocolat from Tesco Express, though. I should’ve at least sprung for Costa or Caffe Nero and just waited for my tea to steep, but I liked my sleep and running a little late just became...normal, I suppose? That, and lingering along all the shops and townhomes in London’s South Kensington area.

And one last, honorable mention for sodas? Fitz’s root beer. It’s very specific to one region of the United States but you haven’t had root beer or cream soda until you’ve tried Fitz’s. Everything else is rubbish compared to it.

welcome to the kirby place, an apartment complex that is way more than just a place to live, it’s a community. our establishments count with many shops and restaurants on the ground floor as well as being in close range of a farmers market for every resident to enjoy and hang out in.

the kirby place is a chill and relaxed apartment 28+ discord verse based in chicago, heavily focused on character development and relationships of them with the other members. hopefully focused on the writing and moving your muse’s life forward. it will mostly be a plotless group to keep the growth of the characters as a priority but it will count with many small events to keep things moving and interesting !

01. first and foremost, NO OOC DRAMA, we are all adults and are all friends here there is no need to air out your drama on the chat, if you do have a problem with someone or something happening please reach out to me in private and we can figure out a solution for the problem. but of course ic drama is always encouraged.

02. as said before this a 28+ group verse, which means all muses must be over the age of 28 ( muns must be over 18 since it will probably have mature themes ). now i usually go with the ± 5 years rule for a fc, but please keep in mind that someone under the age of 25 probably shouldn’t play a 28 year old character.

03. i plan to be more lenient with the activity, considering i’m striving for this to be a more writing based verse and i’m well aware how time consuming school and work can be, but i beg everyone to try to be the most active they can be !

04. please no bubble rping, i know this sounds weird saying on a small group but please please make sure you are reaching out, plotting and interacting with everyone in the group !!

• First Job – at 16 y/o, giving private lessons of Maths and Physics. Primary and Secondary level.  In that time I also worked as a “kind of computer technician”. I don't know how to call it. Some people had problems with their computer software, so I fix it for them. As all in this country, works are always precarious things. They are ok for a short time. Then you need to switch to another thing.

• Favorite pizza – Napolitan one: with 4 cheeses and tomato. Maybe with some broccoli too. And a lot of Garlic, please.

• Favorite dog – Bull Terrier, even though I never had breed dogs. My favourite dogs are the beautiful mongrels I always have :D

Made some updates

I made some updates to my rules page and about page for Nori, though I will continue to do more over time. I still have plans for an icon since he needs a face claim at some point. It’s just that I struggle with what I want him to look like, I have an idea for his face it’s just the hair. ( maybe I need refs or just help in general with it )

I decided to make a note that I might have days of little to no activity due to either work or my personal issues getting to me. ( I actually have depression so it kills my motivation now and then. I will place ( Hiatus ) on the page’s description when I am away for a long time due to low motivation.

hello, hello !! i’m sorry for the late intro post, buuut here i am! i’m roma, mun of this ghost enthusiast witchboy we shall know as minjae hehe. unfortunately i am a bit caught up in technical problems at the moment with a broken laptop so i have less time to be around (hence why this intro is late) but!! things should be solved within this week and i’ll still be around at least once per day so everything should be okay;;

Who the heck is my muse anyway:

Once upon a time, a Priestess met an entity whom she mistook as the deity she was meant to worship. A miscommunication on the Entity’s part led to the Priestess’s death. In order to better understand what happened, the Entity took possession of the Priestess’s body, which awkwardly melded the immortal Entity and a human body. The result of this combination was the birth of a third being -- one who would come to be known as a Goddess of Love. In the meantime, the unfortunate Priestess’s soul proceeded into several reincarnations...

So that’s how/why there are sort of, kind of “two” individuals -- the Goddess and the Mortal Lenora -- whose fates are intertwined on this blog.

Points of interest:

Goddess!Lenora is an optimistic, maternal soul who takes on and nurtures her mortal wards unconditionally, acting as a matchmaker and guide to those on matters of the heart.

Mortal!Lenora is a science-loving, hard-working nerd girl who is possibly some sort of genius. She was raised by her sickly mother after her horrid father walked out on them, and helped to take care of her younger sister Rin ( @withagentleheart​ ) most of her life. She had one huge, life-altering relationship with a boy named Sato, who was basically the worst person ever. 

What they’ve been up to recently:

Mortal!Lenora has a verse where she pursues a career and ends up working in forensics. This also doubles as her Ace Attorney verse! She originally met Phoenix Wright  ( @fiircbird​ ) through work. They lost touch around the time he was disbarred, and recently reunited with him and started hanging around more to help him raise his adopted daughter, Trucy. Over time, she developed feelings for him, but they didn’t come out until after she herself was falsely accused of murder (and saved!). Now they are happily dating.

Goddess!Lenora has stumbled upon a reincarnation of an old acquaintance, Dionysus, and helped his mortal form -- Zelos ( @zelotae​ ) come to terms with and meld with the consciousness of her past life. Eventually, this led to him developing feelings for her. In order to truly love him back, Lenora has given up her immortality. Unfortunately, doing so significantly shortened her remaining timespan, and she passed away. Zelos, now a god himself, has since then went on a journey to seek her soul in hopes that it was reincarnated. At long last, he’s stumbled upon a strangely familiar pink-haired woman.

The Priestess has an AU where, instead of being placed in a shrine, she is married off to her realm’s King as his consort and spiritual adviser. As she is established as the country’s queen, she begins to gather her own personal task force to take care of the supernatural events happening around the realm. (Starring @nymphatragicae​, @invisibleimpossibilities​, @stxllaris​, and @finalhxaven​ ).

Where to find them:

The Goddess can be practically anywhere, but she prefers foresty areas and meadows, especially if there’s plenty of flowers in bloom.

Lenora is almost always at home, at one of her part-time jobs, or in some sort of science lab or studying at the library.

Current plans:

I have an arc with the Reincarnated Goddess that I want to get off the ground. Essentially, she runs a cafe called Caffe Romantica, which also doubles as a matchmaking service! I want her to have employees!

I also have an arc with @withagentleheart and @lavenderreaper starting where Lenora and Rin are noblewomen who need to find husbands before their shitty dad engages them to whoever he wants.

Desired interactions:

I want more ships for the Goddess! A mortal falling in love with her has a lot of struggles and drama and, as mentioned above, she can’t truly love someone without giving up her immortality.

I also just want more fully-plotted out interactions. They don’t need to be shippy! Lenora overall needs more consistent galpals in her life.

Offered interactions:

The Goddess can help find you a significant other! I also have a fantasy/chemist verse for mortal!Lenora, who sells medicine and ‘love potions’ as well. There’s actually a billion ways she can interact with people... I’d suggest starting with my Verses page to see what specifically you’d like!

I was thinking

I was tempted into making Nori have depression, in a sense someone as cheery as him at times must have one side that often isn’t seen. He masks is under a smile, no he doesn’t suffer from it all of the time but it gets to him every now and then. Joking around is just one escape from it as well as some hard work and friends. Note I do not think I will make this an instant thing for him, more like something that happens over a course of time. The dangers and stresses of joining U.R.S missions would just drive him to it when he sees people get hurt or in some cases die. 

I might delve more into this topic in any future head canons posts I make, I do have plans just haven’t had the time. Sorry for the dark topic, it’s just I imagine that things aren’t easy all of the time, I just like to explore dark themes once in a while.

Yeah I wanted to be a little more active over the weekend but my weekend got wasted because I cut my thumb open in a freak incident. Albeit it was my left hand and i’m right handed, but the pain makes it hard to think. Now I dread going to work with it since it’s gonna hurt like a bitch if you know what I mean. Lol honestly if I told you how I cut my thumb it would sound extremely stupid!XD Hopefully next weekend it will be better, so peace!
