Rsupport Builds NTT Docomo's 'Online Customer Counseling System'

On March 2, Rsupport, a company specializing in non-face-to-face and remote solutions, announced that it has deployed a cloud-based "online customer service system" for NTT DoCoMo, Japan's largest mobile operator, making it the first telecommunications company in Japan to offer online customer service.

Rsuport has added new features to RemoteVS, such as Co-Browsing technology, two-way screen sharing, and agent avatar profiles, to maximize customer-agent interaction. The online contact service allows Japanese mobile phone users to easily and conveniently access a wide range of products and services at a time and place of their choice without having to visit a physical store.

With the deployment of NTT Docomo's online customer service system, Rsuport plans to actively expand its presence in domestic telecommunications companies and related markets.

  Introduction to the Alliance

Monex Securities Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of NTT DoCoMo, Inc., and its parent company, Monex Group, Inc., have jointly unveiled a groundbreaking capital and business alliance, a strategic move that promises to reshape the landscape of securities services. Structural Changes

Effective January 4, 2024, Monex Securities will transition to being under the umbrella of NTT Docomo while retaining approximately 51% indirect ownership by Monex Group. The company name and leadership will remain unchanged, with Yuko Kiyoaki continuing as president, ensuring continuity in service quality and customer asset growth.   Seamless Customer Experience Despite these structural changes, customers can expect to enjoy the same high-quality services as before. The alliance aims to enhance and enrich the customer experience by combining expertise and resources.

Japon mobil operatör NTT Docomo, web3 teknolojisine odaklanmak için birkaç yıl içinde 600 milyar ¥ (4,1 milyar $)'a kadar yatırım yapmayı planlıyor NTT Docomo, beş ila altı yıllık bir dönemde web3'e 500-600 milyar ¥ arasında yatırım yapmayı planlıyor.
