Access Bank Lagos City Marathon returns for a bigger and better THIRD YEAR!
Access Bank Lagos City Marathon returns for a bigger and better THIRD YEAR!
It’s difficult to believe that the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon is a new development, so easily have the people of The Centre of Excellence taken the annual sporting event to their hearts. But the race simply got bigger and better with every passing year, and it will return on Saturday, 10th February, 2018 for an amazing third run!
There is a fabulous new addition this year – a 10km marathon family fun run is being added so that those who can’t complete a full marathon needn’t feel left out – the race goes on!
But just because it’s tagged a fun race doesn’t mean there’s nothing in it for the happy winner. GAC Motor is offering a CAR PRIZE to the winner of the 10km race in both the male and female categories!
This fun run is the response from the organisers of the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon to the Nigerian public – something for us by us! This means that the 10km race is a family fun race strictly for people resident in Nigeria. So even if you’re Korean or German but live in Nigeria and don’t quite fancy the full marathon, then this is the race for you.
But if you’re fit, fierce and ready, then the 42km full marathon remains anybody’s baby! The first prize for both categories in the 42km is an incredible $50,000! Just imagine what you could do with that kinda cash!
This ain’t a sprint; this is a marathon, so let the training begin today – start by registering HERE for the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon. Eat clean, train dirty and #RUNLAGOS!
