Happy Birthday Noelle! 🎂

Noelle is now a teenager (boo) and she's adorable, but she is indeed wearing a swimsuit in the winter. She has the insane trait so her teenage years should be VERY interesting. Teens are my favorite life stage so I'm really excited to start some unnecessary drama.
