TIPS TO PREPARE YOURSELF FOR ONLINE INTERVIEW
Hey Job Hunters! Are you ready for your ONLINE INTERVIEW?
Here are some few reminders during your ONLINE INTERVIEW:
1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. 2. Speak clearly, and politely ask for a question to be repeated in case you didn’t hear it properly. 3. Pause after each question to be sure that the interviewer has finished speaking. 4. Do not interrupt. Wait for your turn to speak. 5. Look at the camera from time to time to maintain good eye contact. 6. Ask for the next steps in the recruitment process. Onboarding may take a while as Human Resource operations are affected by community quarantine. 7. Thank the interviewer for his/her time, and wish them well. A simple “take care” can go a long way, especially at this time.

Four (4) Things to Prepare Before your ONLINE INTERVIEW
1. Make a reminder of your scheduled interview. Example: April 8, 2020 Wednesday at 12:30 PM. Zoom meeting ID: 443411339. If you cannot make it on the interview schedule, advise ASAP and ask for a reschedule.
2. Download the application/platform of your interview. Example: Zoom, Google Hangouts. Familiarize yourself with how the app works.
3. Do a test run. Position your camera, and headset/microphone properly. Ideal background is tidy, distraction-free, and well-lit.
4. Dress professionally. Put on minimal make-up, fix your hair, and practice on-screen. Be aware of your facial expressions.
